What I like most about Simpplr is how easy it is to turn a simple idea into an employee poll. I’ve used the AI-assisted poll creation to describe what I wanted to learn from employees and get a starting point for the question and response options. I can then adjust the wording before publishing it. That’s useful when I need quick feedback without spending much time building the poll from scratch. The overall interface is also straightforward, so creating and sharing the poll doesn’t require much effort. A big part of the value for us is having one controlled platform for internal company information. It reduces the need for employees to use different third-party tools and gives us better control over access and data. For me, that convenience and security makes the cost worthwhile.
