"Communications beyond physical limits"

What do you like best?

There’s so much that can be said about Cisco BE6k. It’s a communications suite of tools that Cisco puts out that carries communications and collaboration way outside of the traditional phone system to areas that have helped our organization realize efficiency and connectivity with each other and outside of the walls of our business. We have been able to employ tools such as mobility to encase each worker within a virtual office that travels with them where ever they go.

What do you dislike?

The first thing that most would say about anything Cisco is the complexity. And although this is not a tool for the uninitiated and not sold as being so. What I feel is the largest roadblock for this suite of tools is its interdependence on A Cisco infrastructure for major features to deliver.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being a communications tool primarily providing phone services to our work force. The BE6k system has become more that that providing all with virtual office tools that allow work away from the office without compromising brand and collaboration.

"Great Product "

What do you like best?

Cisco offers multiple ways to communicate with VoIP. The softphone is very helpful as well as the headset that plugs into the PC. Improves the performance of teams that use video through video phones. Some of the many pros to this product would be increased productivity, It has a wide range of functions, lowered maintenance costs, Screen Sharing, you can conduct Conference Calls & Desk-to-Desk Calls as well. The ease of use leaves for very minimal training time. My employees love this product as well as myself. Business has definitely ran smoother since implementing the program.

What do you dislike?

I do get kicked out sometimes which does hinder things. Could use more features for international calls.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is a great product. I highly recommend buying this

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Costs are down and communications are at an all time high

What VoIP solution do you use?

What do you like best?

CUCM CUC and CUAC were all in the same bundle for us. Everything was there including the UCS hardware ! Price was very competitive as well.

Implementaion is very complicated, but after its all done, day - day work is pretty easy.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
