What do you like best about Nextiva?

The phone product is very flexible and we were able to tailor it to our company's needs as our company grows. Tech support was always available when we needed it and staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextiva?

Although the tech support was great, Nextiva did not plan for our needs on the front end. This left us needing more tech support and even hardware that was not anticipated in advance. This made for a bumpy implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextiva solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have an employee who recently moved out of state and is working remotely. We needed to be able to transfer calls to her from our main office. Nextiva has given us the ability to link her into our main phone line. We can now easily transfer incoming calls to her and she can even answer the call from her location. Previously, we had only one phone line. Now we each have our own extension and can make and receive multiple calls at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
