Once it's set up, it just works. We can move phones from office to office, and it just works. And the admin interface is excellent. Lots of options, lots of flexibility. Carly Uehlein was especially helpful making changes to our account when it was time to renew! Pricing is competitive compared with other similar business services. Performance has been excellent; we haven't noticed dropped calls or anything. And I especially like having the AI voice that can read our menu to callers, so I don't have to record it myself.
