What do you like best about NUACOM?

The service works, with a great clarity on the call. It was also a very good experience to sign up with the people working for NUACOM being very helpful and had great attitudes. What do you dislike about NUACOM?

I have had only good experiences so far, for my simple needs it is perfect. I suppose if I was to say something I would say the online advertising could better highlight pricing, because its excellent value, and what you get, because it is awesome, and I have shopped around. What do you like best about NUACOM?

The thing I like best about NuaCom is the promptness of which I can get my questions answered. I had a couple of question about an Integration I needed to do, and in a couple of minutes after talking with Vaibhav, all my questions were answered. Not to mention his promptness in answering general questions, not just regarding the integration. He is also very prompt when I have to do major changes to the call menu or other changes. What do you dislike about NUACOM?

From my personal experience, its very luck based when calling customer support. You can get someone who will be able to help you, or you can get someone who needs more knowledge about the product, perhaps they are still learning about the product but say that you are still learning or send the call to someone more knowledgeable. What do you like best about NUACOM?

From our first phone call to Sales, right thorough to production we have found NUACOM to be very helpful. We are moving as our CRM and Pipedrive are integrated with NUACOM therefore allowing us handle incoming customer calls more efficiently. We will admin the system ourselves and the portal is laid out very well and if you are unsure you can search the many 'How to' videos if you are unsure if anything. What I appreciate most about NUACOM is its flexibility, ease of use and the wide range of features it offers, along with its reliability, even when working remotely or on mobile. What do you dislike about NUACOM?

NUACOM needs a certain minimum speed + stable upload/download for VoIP to work well. If bandwidth dips, calls might drop, but with stable connectivity at our site we're hopeful this won't affect us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NUACOM?

I’ve had a great experience working with Naucom so far. James and Anthony, my account managers, were excellent. I did have a few billing concerns early on, but they took the time to listen, address them, and provide a solution that made me feel both heard and valued. My onboarding session with Vaibhav was also very helpful. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered thoughtful suggestions that gave me confidence in the process. The only area I would mention is around billing and user expectations. While everything was clearly explained upfront, it still took me a little time to adjust. James Hawkins made the sales process very easy. There was nothing hidden. He has the quote through to me before I was off the call with him. James also came back to me very quickly if I had any questions. Vaibhav Sharma also made the onboarding very easy and was very knowledgeable. What do you like best about NUACOM?

The team are very friendly and provide excellent customer service, particularly Anthony and Vaibhav who we dealt with. The onboarding support in particular for integrating with our main business software, was truly excellent, and we have been able to get our system set up much quicker than we thought due to this. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. We think Nuacom is incredible value for money, and will really help our business to grow and adapt.
