**What do you like best about NUACOM?**

We recently moved four numbers across to NUACOM — US, Canada, Ireland and UK — and Vaibhav handled the whole process from start to finish.
What stood out was the communication. Every update came before I had to ask. When the Irish port hit a snag early on, he flagged it straight away, explained it needed no action from our side, and resubmitted — no drama. The US and Canadian numbers went across first, then Ireland and the UK number went live today exactly when he said it would.
It's the kind of service where you notice what didn't happen: no chasing, no confusion. Vaibhav was responsive, competent, clear and just got it done.
Highly recommend.
The desktop app was very easy to download and the phone works smoothly and is very intuitive.

Nothing, the onboarding process was very smooth and the assigned contact extremely competent and available for questions.

**What do you like best about NUACOM?**

Support is key in a telecoms partner, and Nuacom are very responsive. The platform is comprehensive, sophisticated, and still easy to understand, and the apps are straightforward too. Calls can be handled on mobile via the app, as well as on Mac/PC and IP phones, which makes it flexible for day-to-day use. The use of AI to set up the IVR, along with call recording and redirecting, is excellent. The monthly fee includes all calls under a fair usage policy. Call quality is on par with, or even superior to, other providers in the IP telephony space. They also offer integrations, although I haven’t explored those yet.

**What do you dislike about NUACOM?**

The only negative with Nuacom is the same as with all IP telephony platforms: it depends on the quality of the internet connection. That said, I think it performs extremely well.

**What problems is NUACOM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m setting up a new business and needed a new telephone number, professional IVR messaging, and a seamless way to connect with my team both in the office and out in the field. Since I often work from Spain, it was essential that I could operate smoothly regardless of my location.

**What do you like best about NUACOM?**

On behalf of Cost Management Ireland Specialist Limited, I would like to say that the team at Nuacom were extremely helpful and very easy to deal with throughout the entire process.

They answered all of my questions clearly and arranged online calls with me to make sure I was completely happy with everything I wanted set up. Once connected and provided with a new number, I was assigned a dedicated specialist who helped me with everything I needed.

They handled the setup for me, meaning I didn’t have to do anything myself, which made the whole process very straightforward and stress-free. The level of support and communication has been excellent from start to finish.

I would highly recommend their service. In my opinion, so far, everything has been perfect

What I like best is the unified desktop app and mobile synchronization. In recruitment, we are rarely sitting at a desk all day; NUACOM allows us to transition from a candidate interview on my laptop to a client follow-up on my mobile without any drop in call quality or data tracking.

**What do you dislike about NUACOM?**

If your business relies on high-volume, high-touch relationship management like recruitment or consulting, stop looking at basic VoIP providers. NUACOM is a productivity platform first and a phone system second. It pays for itself in the time it saves your team.

**What problems is NUACOM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In recruitment, critical candidate details often get lost in unrecorded calls or handwritten notes that never make it into the CRM.  NUACOM’s automatic call logging and CRM integration ensure that every conversation is a permanent part of the candidate’s record. It gives us a "single source of truth," so any member of our team can pick up a relationship exactly where it left off.

The service works, with a great clarity on the call. It was also a very good experience to sign up with the people working for NUACOM being very helpful and had great attitudes. When I initially signed up I dealt with Anthony and Vaibhav, both of whom were excellent and flexible.

I have had only good experiences so far, for my simple needs it is perfect. I suppose if I was to say something I would say the online advertising could better highlight pricing, because its excellent value, and what you get, because it is awesome, and I have shopped around.

The way things are with fake calls coming through from mobile numbers, it is great to have a landline and also great to be able to easily call the other regions we operate in.

The customer service is excellent, we were provided a lot of support in our first steps with a new platform and it was all done very timely. They did a great work.

The platform is user friendly and the induction process comprehensive and tailored to our needs. The whole transition happened surprisingly smoothly. The team was even able to help us integrating with a custom Salesforce based platform, which was great.

**What do you like best about NUACOM?**

The thing I like best about NuaCom is the promptness of which I can get my questions answered. I had a couple of question about an Integration I needed to do, and in a couple of minutes after talking with Vaibhav, all my questions were answered. Not to mention his promptness in answering general questions, not just regarding the integration. He is also very prompt when I have to do major changes to the call menu or other changes. I am amazed by how quick our problem can get sorted.

From my personal experience, its very luck based when calling customer support. You can get someone who will be able to help you, or you can get someone who needs more knowledge about the product, perhaps they are still learning about the product but say that you are still learning or send the call to someone more knowledgeable.

It helps us by allowing the customer to get to the proper department faster so that we can give them the proper information faster.

Naucom is a great option for us, having used it at a previous company it does exactly what we need of it, with lower minimum licenses than competitors, at a fraction of the price.

Vaibhav is excellent with onboarding and support, their customer service is amazing.

There isn't any, if I had to be very picky the UI could be cleaner.

It gives us a centralised dial, and lets us record our calls which is a useful tool.

From our first phone call to Sales, right thorough to production we have found NUACOM to be very helpful. We are moving as our CRM and Pipedrive are integrated with NUACOM therefore allowing us handle incoming customer calls more efficiently. We will admin the system ourselves and the portal is laid out very well and if you are unsure you can search the many 'How to' videos if you are unsure if anything.

I have no dislikes. Their service has been exceptional to date.

As the system has many integrations' and will integrate with both our Ez Management Software and Pipedrive we will save time on searching for customer accounts.

What I appreciate most about NUACOM is its flexibility, ease of use and the wide range of features it offers, along with its reliability, even when working remotely or on mobile. Their support team is quick to respond, friendly, and always attentive. Our changeover and integration was painless and seamless.

**What do you dislike about NUACOM?**

NUACOM needs a certain minimum speed + stable upload/download for VoIP to work well.  If bandwidth dips, calls might drop, but with stable connectivity at our site we're hopeful this won't affect us.

**What problems is NUACOM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Installing NUACOM’s VoIP extensions across our multi-element premises has greatly improved communication and efficiency. Calls can now be transferred seamlessly between departments, reducing missed calls and presenting a unified, professional image to the public. Staff can answer from any location via the app, ensuring continuity of service. The system also centralises call records for accountability and training while lowering ongoing phone costs and maintenance through a single, cloud-based platform.

**What do you like best about NUACOM?**

I’ve had a great experience working with Naucom so far. James and Anthony, my account managers, were excellent. I did have a few billing concerns early on, but they took the time to listen, address them, and provide a solution that made me feel both heard and valued. My onboarding session with Vaibhav was also very helpful. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and offered thoughtful suggestions that gave me confidence in the process. Overall, I’m happy with the service and look forward to continuing to work with the team at Naucom.

**What do you dislike about NUACOM?**

The only area I would mention is around billing and user expectations. While everything was clearly explained upfront, it still took me a little time to adjust. That said, the team was responsive and worked with me to make sure I felt comfortable with the process.

**What problems is NUACOM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NUACOM has helped streamline how I manage calls and client communication. Having everything in one platform including call recording, auto attendant, integrations, and reporting saves time and reduces the need for multiple tools. It has improved both internal efficiency and the way I serve clients which ultimately makes my day to day work smoother and more productive.

James Hawkins made the sales process very easy. There was nothing hidden. He has the quote through to me before I was off the call with him. James also came back to me very quickly if I had any questions. Vaibhav Sharma also made the onboarding very easy and was very knowledgeable. The switch over from Eir to Nuacom was instant and no issues

There was nothing I disliked as all was made very easy for us

Previously if one person was on the line no other calls could come through. Now calls can continue to come through to us when there is already a caller on the line. Also, the integration with HubSpot was a huge benefit to us.

I would like to thank both James Hawkins & Vaibhav Sharma of Nuacom in particular for their help in getting us signed up and switched over. To be honest I was actually blown away by the ease of integration.

Vaibhav has frequently kept in touch to make sure everything is working out the way we wanted.

Nothing really, one small thing is to maybe to inform & offer the higher quality hardware that they have available.

From the Sales to the Customer Support Department everything is working like a dream. The proccess was explained very well and worked just as promised. The features are excellent on the Dashboard and app.

I was with a different VOIP provider and it took them 2 weeks to set me up and still I had problems. NUACOM did a far better job in 2 hours.

**What do you like best about NUACOM?**

The team are very friendly and provide excellent customer service, particularly Anthony and Vaibhav who we dealt with. The onboarding support in particular for integrating with our main business software, was truly excellent, and we have been able to get our system set up much quicker than we thought due to this. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. We think Nuacom is incredible value for money, and will really help our business to grow and adapt. The AI facility in particular, saves a lot of time and is very convenient for us compared to our previous provider who did not have this facility.

Nothing so far, it's great and we feel very satisfied.

We needed a VoiP integration which specifically worked for Odoo software, and which could help us to boost our sales, as well as handling incoming calls with a new IVR menu to better direct customers. Nuacom has everything we need.

We’ve been using Nuacom for our office phone system, and the experience has been genuinely excellent. The setup is reliable, easy to use, and fits our needs perfectly. A special thank-you to Vaibhav, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He responded to every question quickly and clearly, which made everything run smoothly. Highly recommend both the service and the support team.

Nothing! It is very easy to use which makes taking our day to day office calls much better

Customer phones numbers are logged so you can easily respond if the call is missed. 
Calls come through to my laptop and phone simultaneously so I can decide which device suits to answer from. 
Customers have the option to hold until call has been answered or to leave a VM - reduces irate customer from unanswered calls

What I like most about Nuacom is the ease of integration with other tools such as Gohighlevel, as well as its user-friendly interface and excellent customer service—especially from Vaibha Sharma. Every time I’ve had an issue, it has been resolved within minutes.

Perhaps what I’ve liked the least are the call reports. I was expecting them to be more detailed and a bit more comprehensive

The only problem I’ve encountered is that I wasn’t able to connect two Gohighlevel subaccounts with a single Nuacom account. However, after a few days, I was told that this feature would soon be available in Beta.

The platform is user-friendly, and the onboarding team has been fantastic. From our very first call through the entire onboarding process, we've been thoroughly impressed. The team has been extremely helpful, and I especially appreciate features like click-to-dial, the ability to add notes and tags, and the seamless integration with Hubspot.

We would have preferred a wider selection of headsets, as this would have allowed us to obtain them directly rather than having to find our own.

The click-to-dial feature makes placing calls both easy and fast. Having notes link directly into our CRM has also been very beneficial. If our team were larger, I could definitely see even more value in the other features offered.
