I genuinely have very little to dislike about NUACOM. The UI/UX is straightforward and easy to navigate, and we have found the system simple to use day to day. The integrations have worked well for our requirements without creating unnecessary complexity.

In terms of performance, the platform has been reliable and consistent, which is particularly important for a business phone system. From a pricing and ROI perspective, I feel it provides good value for the functionality and flexibility offered.

The support and onboarding experience has also been positive, with help available when required and the setup process being relatively straightforward. The AI and intelligent features are a useful addition and add further value to the overall platform.

Overall, I have not encountered any significant problems or shortcomings that I could fairly highlight as a dislike. NUACOM has met our business needs very well so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
