What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I love the auto-dialer and how clean the call log looks. Salespeople can call a list of leads very quickly without having to dial manually, and having the automatic recordings right there makes it much easier to audit calls and provide feedback to the team. What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

The desktop app sometimes has issues with the call log. There are times when the recent history simply doesn't load or gets stuck, and you have to open the web dashboard just to see previous calls or notes. It takes quite a bit of time when you're in the middle of a call session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CloudTalk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solved the lack of visibility we had over incoming calls and team availability. Previously, we lost leads because the routing rules were too rigid and missed calls were left in limbo without clear follow-up.
