What do you like best about Zoom Phone?

We have continued using zoom because it's more flexible in what we need to carry our classes throughout all the locations. We rely heavily on the zoom platform and they are very responsive when situations of connectivity arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?

One thing that would improve it concerns the way files get labeled in the cloud storage. If they have to be downloaded for any reason, you have to remember the name you gave it because that name does not carry over when it's downloaded. That's a bit frustrating. What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?
