**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I use Zoom Phone mainly for making and receiving business calls, team communication, and staying connected while working remotely. It's easy to use, integrates well with Zoom Meetings, and offers clear call quality. I love that it's a reliable cloud phone solution for individuals and teams, and everything is in one app—calls, meetings, contacts, and voicemail—so I don’t have to switch tools, which saves time and makes communication faster and simpler.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Some advanced features are only available on higher plans, and setting up call routing or admin settings can be a bit tricky at first. Call routing setup could be simpler, with clearer settings and guided setup for admins.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Phone for managing business calls in one place, staying reachable remotely, and avoiding physical desk phones. It offers clear call quality, seamless integration with Zoom Meetings, and easy call management, making communication faster and simpler.

  ### 2. Reliable and Efficient for Seamless Business Communication

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prabhu B. | Marketing Research and advertising , Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I really like how easy it is to connect with clients and buyers without delay using Zoom Phone. The calling is simple and generally reliable, which is great for discussing orders or clarifying details quickly. I also appreciate that it keeps everything in one place, making call management and follow-ups easier. It integrates smoothly with Zoom Meetings, allowing me to switch between calls and discussions effortlessly. The interface is simple, so managing calls, checking history, and following up is quite convenient. It's reliable for regular use, which is vital for my daily client communication. Additionally, I value how it works well with Google Workspace for scheduling, helping me stay organized.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Sometimes the call quality is not consistent if the internet is weak, especially when speaking with international clients. It also takes some time to understand certain settings at the start. Simpler setup and more affordable pricing options would make it even better. Making the interface more beginner-friendly would really help, especially for first-time users. Better guidance during setup and improved call quality on weaker networks would make a big difference. It would also be great to see more affordable plans for smaller teams.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Phone to stay connected, respond quickly, and solve slow responses. It makes communication smooth and keeps everything organized. I like the seamless integration with Zoom Meetings and Google Workspace, making it easy to manage calls and follow-ups.

  ### 3. Zoom Phone Streamlines Team Calls with Smart Transfers, Transcription, and Video Switching

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vijaysing P. | Test Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

The call transfer, voicemail transcription, and instant conversion to video from Zoom Phone offer the greatest benefit in everyday processes. Two years of professional experience show that the shared line group and dynamic caller ID functions make it easy for a team to deal with incoming calls.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Internet dependence results in call interruptions and lags with my two years of professional experience, particularly when sharing the same Internet connection, and customer support requires extensive time to solve problems related to shared lines. Portability issues and difficulty in viewing multiple lines hinder reception work, although calling remains consistent.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone combines the separate functions of voice calling, voicemail management, and video calling into one application that works for dispersed teams. Over two years of using Zoom Phone as part of my professional duties, I have found shared lines and auto-attendants helpful for managing customer inquiries, eliminating the need for old hardware devices.

  ### 4. Zoom Phone: Easy Setup, Flexible Calling Anywhere, and Great Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitesh B. | Sr. Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

What I like most about Zoom Phone is how easy and convinient it is to use. Setting it up doesn’t take much effort, and you can use it on your phone, laptop, or even in a browser, which makes it really flexible. You can pretty much make calls from anywhere without any trouble.
Also, it’s pretty affordable compared to other business phone systems, but you still get helpful features like call routing and team chat, so it feels totally worth it overall.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Sometimes the call quality isn’t very consistent on weak internet, and the setup plus advanced features can feel a bit confusing at first.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is is mainly solving the problem of complicated and expensive traditional phone systems by giving a simple, cloud-based way to call, message, and manage communication all in one place. It helps me stay connected from anywhere and makes handling calls, messages, and team coordination much easier and faster, which saves time and effort overall.

  ### 5. User-Friendly and Efficient with Stellar Call Quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek S. | Talent Acquisition Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I find Zoom Phone super useful and helpful for making phone calls, and the call quality is good. It's network-friendly, which really helps in connecting calls. I appreciate being able to easily navigate to voicemail and also text easily. The user interface is something I like most; it's easy to use and was a big reason for switching from RingCentral. I also value the AI companion feature because it helps find things in Zoom, makes transcripts, and assists in navigating during calls. The initial setup was very easy as well. Overall, I'm impressed with how all areas work for me, and that’s why I gave it 5 stars.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

It depends on a stable internet connection for good call quality, and the costs are high.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Phone for calls, texts, and voicemails. It's useful, with good call quality and is network friendly. The AI companion helps with transcripts and navigation during calls.

  ### 6. Easy-to-Use Zoom Phone That Streamlines Remote Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjaly T. | Market Research Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

What I like best about Zoom Phone is its ease of use and seamless integration with the Zoom ecosystem. The interface is simple, call quality is reliable, and features like voicemail transcription, call routing, and mobile/desktop access make communication much more efficient. It also helped streamline workflows for remote collaboration without requiring complex setup or training.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

One downside of Zoom Phone is that some advanced call management and admin settings can feel a bit complex for new users. Occasionally, minor call delays or notification sync issues happen on mobile devices. It would also be helpful to have more advanced analytics and AI-driven features included without additional costs.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone helped simplify our communication by replacing disconnected calling tools with one centralized platform. Before using it, managing calls across remote teams was less organized and harder to track. Now, we can handle calls, voicemails, and meetings in one place, which has improved collaboration and response time. Its easy setup and reliable performance also reduced the need for IT support and made remote communication much smoother.

  ### 7. Reliable cloud calling for modern business teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pablo C. | CRM Solution Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

What I like best about Zoom Phone is that it brings business calling into a modern, cloud-based communications experience. For users who are already familiar with Zoom, the phone functionality feels relatively easy to adopt because it fits naturally alongside meetings, contacts, messaging, and collaboration workflows.

I especially like that users can make and receive business calls from different devices instead of being tied to a physical desk phone. This is valuable for remote and hybrid teams because employees can stay reachable from their computer or mobile device while keeping business calling separate from personal communication.

Another strong point is the simplicity of the user experience. Core actions like placing calls, receiving calls, checking voicemail, and managing call history are straightforward. For many users, that reduces the learning curve compared with older phone systems.

Overall, the best part of Zoom Phone is that it makes business voice communication feel more flexible, accessible, and aligned with how modern teams already work.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

What I dislike about Zoom Phone is that the experience can depend heavily on how well the phone system is configured for the organization’s specific needs. The basic user experience is straightforward, but more advanced requirements like call routing, auto attendants, call queues, reporting, permissions, and integrations require careful setup and administration.

Another area for improvement is that Zoom Phone works best when the organization is already committed to the Zoom ecosystem. If a team uses different tools for meetings, messaging, CRM, support, or contact center workflows, the overall value may depend on how well Zoom Phone integrates into those existing processes.

I also think some organizations may need more guidance during setup to make sure the phone system reflects their actual business workflows. For example, call flows, escalation rules, voicemail handling, business hours, and department-level routing can become confusing if they are not designed clearly from the start.

Overall, Zoom Phone is strong for modern cloud calling, but the administrative setup and long-term fit need to be planned carefully, especially for organizations with more complex phone or support operations.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone helps solve the problem of modernizing business calling and reducing dependence on traditional desk phones or legacy phone systems. It gives users a cloud-based way to make and receive business calls from different devices, which is especially useful for remote and hybrid work.

The main benefit is flexibility. Employees can handle calls from their computer or mobile device, access voicemail and call history, and stay reachable without being tied to a specific office location. This makes day-to-day communication easier for distributed teams.

It also helps consolidate communication tools. For organizations already using Zoom for meetings, Zoom Phone can bring voice calling into a more familiar environment, reducing the need for users to switch between separate systems for calls and meetings.

Another benefit is easier scalability and administration compared with older phone setups. Adding users, managing phone settings, and supporting remote employees can be simpler than maintaining a traditional phone system.

Overall, Zoom Phone benefits us by making business calling more flexible, accessible, and aligned with modern work patterns, while helping reduce the friction of managing voice communication across different users and locations.

  ### 8. Great VoIP Idea, But Campaign Approval Makes Texting Hard

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam J. | CEO + Coach, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I think it offers a good solution for people who don’t want to operate a physical phone and are looking for a VoIP option instead.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

I found it extremely difficult to get approved for any campaigns on their platform, which meant I couldn’t really use it to send text messages. If you’re a business that’s looking to send more casual texts to employees, leads, etc., rather than advertising blasts, I wouldn’t recommend it.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me have a business number opposed to having to buy a second phone or use my personal number for business related calls/ having a business number on invoices etc.

  ### 9. Flexible Cloud-Based Solution with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac G. | Technology Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I like that Zoom Phone is cloud-based, allowing me to make necessary changes from a web portal. It seems very flexible, and the physical phones are pretty friendly with any network they're plugged into. They only need Internet access and don't require custom firewalls or port rules to work. Essentially, you just plug them in, and they work regardless of location. The initial setup was pretty easy because we could start deploying them through a web dashboard after getting the licenses.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

It's a little tricky deploying them to desk phones with users because you kinda have to wait on the user to accept the invitation to join Zoom before you can assign them to a desk phone.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a phone solution not localized to one location, ensuring a cohesive experience across sites. Zoom Phone's cloud-based system allows easy changes via a web portal and works seamlessly without complex network setups.

  ### 10. Daily Tool - Can't Work Without It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria G. | Program/Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

Zoom has so many features and makes training, meetings and collaborations easier and more efficient. Every day, I have multiple meetings on Zoom. I love that I can record and share and have the ability to "work" with people from all over the company and my clients.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Sometimes, when I'm on my VPN, it starts to act a little weird. I experience some latency and I have to restart the application and/or sometimes even my entire system. It doesn't happen everyday - but sometimes. I would like it to be more friendly when it comes to allowing the owner of the Zoom session to do more with the tool.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom is so easy to use across our organization and when we meet with clients. Other solutions don't allow what Zoom does. Other solutions don't give us the opportunities that Zoom gives us.

  ### 11. Zoom Phone Boosted Our Call Audio—Seamless Internet Calling Without a SIM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Subham A. | Sales Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

Zoom phone is a calling software that has been developed by zoom networks. We have been a old user of Zoom for video calls and meetings but after installing zoom phone the audio interactions has been improved as it does not need mobile network service provider or a SIM card for connecting calls. The software completely works through online medium and strong internet connectivity.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Zoom is a platform that is mainly developed for professional and business usage only even if you have bought its premium plan you will not be able to make personal call as calls only get connected through internet connections and also there is no availability of multiple channel video conferencing feature like zoom video calls.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are able to connect with our team all over the world through zoom phone only we mostly try to use this tool whenever there is an availability of mobile network as our team member work in remote areas so June help us in connecting with them with the help of Wi-Fi Internet and share all the document also

  ### 12. Zoom Phone Makes Global Video Calls Easy—All in the Cloud

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umesh K. | IT Team, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

Zoom phone is a online calling system that completely works on internet and cloud storage. This calling system does not need a mobile and sim or any kind of landline connection. All the calls that we do through zoom are mainly video calls and it helps us in easily connecting with clients and our team members all over the world.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

I have felt that there are two major con of Zoom phone the first one is that the tool is not so much required for doing locals calls because all the calls are video based and need so much of internet connection. So, it is not required only and the second one is that it will need a strong broadband connection for good call quality otherwise the calls are too laggy.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As Dorto function on a doorstep snd cloud car detailing module. So, we need a strong support system for our business and zoom phone helps in giving assistance to our clients all over the country with the help of its internet calling system. I will also like to add that if a business is not sales and service oriented then they can go for some other platform

  ### 13. Seamless Communication and Effortless Integration with Zoom Phone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiwari S. | Systems Integration Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

What I appreciate most about Zoom Phone is its seamless integration with the Zoom platform. Having calls, messaging, and meetings all in one location means I don’t have to switch between different apps. The setup process is straightforward, and using it is simple. The call quality is consistently reliable, and it connects effortlessly with my contacts and calendar, making communication both straightforward and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

What I find less appealing about Zoom Phone is that it sometimes feels somewhat basic when compared to specialized phone systems. Certain advanced calling features, such as in-depth call analytics, more sophisticated call routing, or highly customizable auto-attendants, are not as fully developed. Additionally, international calling expenses can accumulate quickly. For some teams, this may mean having to seek out additional tools or upgrades to address these shortcomings.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone addresses the issue of fragmented communication tools by integrating voice calling with video meetings and messaging on a single platform. This integration means I no longer need to switch between different apps, maintain multiple contact lists, or cope with varying user experiences. As a result, setup becomes more straightforward, collaboration improves, and interruptions are minimized—all within one unified space.

  ### 14. Seamlessly Bridges Work and Personal Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aubrey K. | Director of Social Media, USC Athletics, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

Zoom Phone helps me maintain a boundary between my personal cell phone and work calls. It allows me to receive notifications about work calls on my cell phone without fully integrating them, so voicemail notifications feel like emails and remain in the realm of work communication. I appreciate the Transcription feature that transcribes voicemails, which helps me decide whether I actually need to listen to the voicemail and call back. It's also great that Zoom Phone allows us to take work calls from anywhere, which was particularly beneficial when many employees were working from home.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

The Zoom app logs me out more often than I would like. The login experience is easy, but I would like it to keep me logged in for longer.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone lets me receive work call notifications without full calls, keeping work and personal separate. The easy interface helps maintain this balance, and I value the voicemail transcription feature. Transitioning from physical phones, it enables work calls from anywhere, benefiting remote work.

It worked well on my phone as well. Didn't cause any type of lagging what so ever. Id recommended for appointments and meetings and even catching up with friends or family. Most definitely 100% functionality and using the platform was straight forward and very easy too manage. It also has a number of great features to consider. I still use this platform for all my appointment needs. They also have great customer support if you have any issues. Signing up was a breeze and downloading is very smooth and they have videos too help you. Setting up and receiving your zooms were very smoothly ran and your software testing was a breeze. Very simple and straight forward too download and using its capabilities.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica M. | Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I like that with Zoom Phone, I don't have to use my personal phone number, which is great. It allows me to access the company portal on my phone without using my own number, and if I leave, someone else can easily pick up and continue where I left off. I'm looking forward to the integrations with Salesforce because we can directly go to a contact record and make a call, and it logs the call for us. The initial setup is still ongoing, but it's been good so far.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Texting feature - I have not tried it but you can't do mass callouts.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I avoid using my personal number while accessing the company portal on my phone. Zoom Phone integrates with Salesforce, allowing us to log calls directly from contact records.

  ### 19. Seamless Communication with Powerful Call Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit Kumar R. | Operations Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I use Zoom Phone mainly for daily business communication such as calls with clients and team calls, and it's great for managing calls from a single platform with Zoom meetings, making communication more organized. I appreciate features like call routing, voicemail, call logs, and call quality analytics, which are helpful for tracking and follow-ups. It's perfect for remote and hybrid work as it allows taking calls from desktop and mobile without needing a physical phone. What I like most is the seamless integration with the Zoom ecosystem, which makes switching between calls and meetings smooth and keeps communication in one platform. The reliable call quality and flexibility of using it on both desktop and mobile support remote work effectively. The integration saves time and avoids confusion by allowing a call to switch into a meeting instantly. The consistent call quality ensures clear communication with clients and team members. I find call logs and history very useful for tracking past conversations and planning follow-ups, improving productivity. Overall, these features make communication more streamlined and reduce the effort needed to manage multiple tools, adding real value to my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

While Zoom Phone works well overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup and configuration can feel a bit complex, especially for new users or smaller teams without dedicated IT support. Sometimes advanced call routing or admin settings take time to understand. I’ve also noticed that call quality can occasionally depend heavily on internet stability, so in low-bandwidth situations there may be minor delays or drops. Additionally, the pricing can feel slightly higher compared to basic VoIP solutions, especially if you only need simple calling features. That said, these issues are manageable, and the overall experience is still very positive.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoom Phone to manage business calls across devices and locations. It centralizes call history and voicemails, improving response time and accountability. It's great for remote work, with consistent call quality and easy integration with Zoom Meetings, organizing my communication effectively.

  ### 20. Streamlined Communication with Zoom Phone, Despite Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Balrampreet s. | web master, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

What I like most is the 'single pane of glass' experience, which integrates everything my team needs in one place, making it a natural upgrade since we're already using the Zoom app for video meetings. The interface is intuitive, so if you know how to join a Zoom meeting, you already know how to use the phone dialer. I also really appreciate the call quality and reliability, as we've tried other VoIP solutions that would get choppy with network issues, but Zoom Phone handles packet loss incredibly well, offering consistently crisp audio. The 'Call Flip' feature is a standout for me, allowing me to transfer calls from my iPhone to my laptop seamlessly without the client noticing, which is perfect for my hybrid work schedule. Lastly, I love the Slack integration, which lets us jump into voice calls directly from our chat platform, and the Gmail add-on that allows us to call numbers directly from our inbox.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

While I love the app, SMS texting has been a surprising headache. We assumed texting clients would be as easy as using a cell phone, but because of new carrier regulations (10DLC), we had to register our 'brand' and 'campaigns' with a governing body just to send simple texts to clients. It was a bureaucratic nightmare that took weeks to get approved. Additionally, customer support can feel nonexistent for smaller accounts. Because we are a mid-sized business (not a massive enterprise), we don't have a dedicated account manager. When we had a porting issue with one specific number, I spent three days going back and forth with a chatbot and email support before a human actually fixed it. The main frustration is the 'chatbot loop.' For small-to-mid-sized accounts (under ~50 licenses), there is no direct phone line to call when things break. You are forced to file a web ticket or talk to a bot, and the turnaround time can be 24-48 hours.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone solved our fragmentation and privacy issues by putting a business line on personal devices, preventing client calls to personal numbers. It reduced app fatigue by consolidating our communication tools, ensuring seamless transitions between calls and video meetings, and improved team professionalism.

  ### 21. Reliable Call Quality and Seamless Zoom Ecosystem Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jyoti H. | Senior International Business Development Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

Zoom Phone offers reliable call quality and seamless integration with the Zoom ecosystem, making communication simple and centralized. The ability to manage calls, voicemails, and call logs from both desktop and mobile helps sales teams stay responsive and organized, whether working remotely or in the office.

One of the newer things I like about Zoom Phone is the integration of AI-powered features through Zoom AI Companion. **What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

The GUI is easy to work with and clients have not run into any issues with it. We have had success utilizing the AI features with summaries. It was a bit rough to start but it has come a long way though still certain parts that don't cover the information that I expect it to.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

We always set up the client owner account first and none of the default admin roles have all the rights that we as an MSP require to support the client so if we do not manually create a role and add permissions we have to wait for the client to log in as Owner. It would be nice to have a Super Admin role option.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to Share and redirect calls when someone is unavailable or sick. Being able to handle the VoIP for our clients has been great.

I use Zoom Phone to get a dedicated business number, which helps me keep my work and personal life separated. I also like that it rings on multiple devices so I don’t miss calls, which is important for my business. I appreciate that Zoom Phone is nicely integrated with Zoom Meetings, allowing me to call clients and set up meetings quickly.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

There should be a lighter solo/freelancer plan as well because paying enterprise money for solo calling can be quite expensive. The initial setup was a mix of easy and difficult. Creating the account, getting the number, and installing apps on the laptop and mobile were very easy, but the hard part was call routing, business hours, voicemail rules, and stuff because I didn't actually know what to do here.

A class of 100 students can attend classes online without any problem, which is helpful for studying during the pandemic. It was very easy to set up; you just sign in first from your phone number, add details, and you can schedule meetings. I also use the whiteboard to draw and explain things and the background changer.

I usually use Zoom Phone for attending office meetings and college lectures, and it's really helpful. It's convenient, supporting all platforms like my Mac Mini, Android phone, and even my laptop running Linux Ubuntu, with quite simple access. I really like the UI/UX of the overall software. I use Zoom Phone to connect meetings and interact with people and my team, even if they are in another city or country. I like its features such as the camera and microphone that are enabled by default, making it easier for me to interact with others virtually. This is especially helpful during times like when I was in college and when COVID made virtual teaching necessary, as it helped faculties to teach us effectively. Another feature I like is that when I'm on a normal phone call during a meeting, the meeting is put on hold and doesn't automatically end, unlike Google Meet. So others know I'm on another call and can resume the meeting later. The setup of Zoom Phone was very easy; it's user-friendly and smooth, and I didn't encounter any challenges.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

I don't have anything to dislike in zoom

  ### 41. Revolutionized Business Calls with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vicky V. | Education Management

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I like how Zoom Phone is really helpful for working remotely, as I can make and receive work calls directly on my laptop. Sagar uses the mobile app to stay connected when he's out of the office, which is convenient. My favorite part is the simple interface because it looks just like the normal Zoom app I use for meetings, so I didn't have to learn a new system. The audio quality is usually better than my cellular reception, which gives me more confidence talking to important customers knowing they can hear me clearly. It also saves us a lot of money compared to our old landline provider. Setting it up was pretty straightforward with the intuitive admin portal, allowing me to assign numbers quickly. I love the Google Calendar integration for dialing numbers directly from my schedule without copying and pasting. Connecting it to our Slack channel to get instant missed call notifications is super useful. Overall, it saves us money and makes remote work easier since we don’t need desk phones.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Sometimes it gets really annoying when the app doesn't sync perfectly, so my phone keeps ringing for a few seconds even after I have already picked up the call on my laptop. I also feel like the call quality drops pretty quickly if my internet connection isn't super strong. I really wish they would update the app to recognize faster when a call has been answered on another device so it stops ringing immediately, and for the connection issues, they should definitely add a low bandwidth mode that keeps the voice clear even when the wifi drops for a second.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone is my primary business phone system, letting me make and receive work calls on my laptop, preventing me from giving out my personal number. It saves money compared to our old provider, and its simple interface and high audio quality enhance my remote work confidence.

  ### 42. Revolutionized Our Remote Work with Convenient Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kala P.

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I really like the call flip feature because I can start a call on my laptop and then move it to my mobile instantly without hanging up if I need to step out. The audio quality is honestly better than my normal cell carrier. I also think the call recording feature is super useful, especially for Venu, because he uses it to review client conversations to make sure he didn't miss any important details. The recordings save automatically to the cloud, which is really convenient. We connected it to Salesforce, so when Venu gets a call, the customer info pops up automatically on his screen, which is super helpful. I personally use the Outlook integration a lot to schedule calls directly from my calendar without opening the app. The setup was actually surprisingly easy because we just assigned the licenses online, and Venu was able to configure the call queues for his team in just one afternoon without needing any IT guys to come onsite.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

The most annoying thing is that the mobile app sync can be a bit slow, so when I answer a call on my laptop, my phone keeps ringing for a few seconds, which drives Prasad crazy during meetings. Also, Venu says the app drains his battery pretty fast if he leaves it running in the background all day.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoom Phone lets us handle business calls anywhere, solving missed calls when traveling and eliminating the hassle of desk phones. The call flip and call recording features enhance professionalism and accuracy, while integrations with Salesforce and Outlook improve workflow.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

Zoom connections drop sometimes and sometimes the audio is in and out. I've been on calls that drop for no apparent reason. Recordings are also limited if you aren't a paid subscriber, and sometimes you can't access them at all. If you don't pay for Zoom now, you are limited in use to 40 minutes.

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

I like that Zoom Phone lets me handle all my business calls and messages together in one cloud-based business system, allowing me to manage customer calls, SMS, and voicemail from anywhere, without being tied to the office. These capabilities give flexibility and help me stay responsive to customers wherever I am, keeping all calls, SMS, and voicemail in one place instead of juggling different apps. The initial setup was very straightforward, and I appreciated the clear admin interface, guided setup, and the documentation and support that made configuring call routing and integrating with our existing Zoom workflow easy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

One area for improvement is call quality consistency, especially on weaker mobile or Wi-Fi connections, where occasional drops or audio glitches can disrupt conversations.

I use Zoom Phone to manage business calls, SMS, and voicemails in one cloud system, providing flexibility to stay responsive from anywhere without being tied to the office. It consolidates communication, simplifying management and supporting remote work effectively.

  ### 50. Zoom Phone Review: Seamless Calls, Smarter Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karl C. | Logistics Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Zoom Phone?**

What I appreciate most about Zoom Phone is how seamlessly it integrates with the rest of the Zoom ecosystem. It’s incredibly convenient to switch between calls, meetings, and messaging—all in one platform. The interface is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to use even for those who aren’t tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about Zoom Phone?**

While Zoom Phone is generally reliable, there are occasional delays in syncing contacts or call logs across devices. Also, some advanced features require additional setup or licensing, which can be a bit confusing for new users. A more simplified onboarding process would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

in a hybrid or remote work setup. Before using it, managing calls and messages across multiple platforms was inefficient and time-consuming. Now, with Zoom Phone, everything is centralized—calls, voicemails, and even SMS—making communication smoother and more organized. It also reduces the need for physical desk phones, which is a big plus for mobility and cost-efficiency. Overall, it’s made my workflow more flexible and responsive, which is a huge benefit in a fast-paced environment.
