What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I enjoy the fact it works and the layout is fairly intuitive. Its not hard to learn where to go and how to use as a user, most of our users dont even need any type of training. Pricing isnt too bad compared to mobile lines we have with Tmobile. Even the admin side of the program works just fine and performs well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Not much I can say I dislike. I guess I just dislike the mobile app as its not my favorite thing to use when making calls. I think if possible, it would be cool it I could somehow use my native phone app to make calls from this number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dialpad Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

For our sales and customer service team, it’s been super simple to assign licenses and provide numbers to our user base. Since we have offshore customer service reps, this works much better than having to provide an actual SIM card or a separate cell phone for them to use. They can also use the browser site if they can’t use the desktop app, which makes it even easier to support different setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
