Call quality has been consistently solid, and having messaging right alongside the phone tools makes it much easier to manage support conversations. When a freelancer or client needs a follow-up, I can quickly check who’s available, send a message, or jump on a call without constantly switching between apps. The mobile app has been reliable, so I can stay reachable when I’m away from my desk, and the call history is useful for picking up right where a previous conversation left off. Some of the settings and reporting screens feel more complicated than they need to be for everyday support work. We’ve also run into a couple of minor glitches with the mobile app staying connected, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to handle things on the go. On top of that, setting up specific call groups or routing took a bit longer than I expected at the start, even though it became manageable once everything was configured and in place. The AI features are there, but I don’t really rely on them much for support conversations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
