The desktop software (exe version) claims to self update according to the documentation, but I've never seen this work reliably in my experience, I have to manually download the updates every couple months. This can be a frustrating experience when our call center agents start missing calls in the middle of a workday due to the software just glitching out until the newer version is installed.
