I like being able to utilize my own mobile device rather than a physical phone. I am able to take calls anywhere eliminating extra usage of an additional device/platform.

From my perspective - Nextiva made everything seamless like it's part of my normal work system/equipment.  I don't feel like I have to do any extra logging in or extra work to get it going.  I just get on my computer -  open up the app - and get going immediately.  It also sends calls to my phone if I am away from my desk and again - works seamlessly.  That is probably the best feature of Nextiva - I don't feel like I'm using extra softwares or systems just to make or take a simple phone call.
