What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

Jive makes it extremely easy to get setup as a partner, and to quickly ramp up to be able to service customers. The support and enablement is fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

Recommendations to others considering GoTo Connect:

Jive provides a fantastic service at a great price. The system is very easy to setup and administer yourself, but if you're not comfortable with that, Jive support is great. As a partner who has implemented Jive at multiple customers, I can honestly say that all of them are extremely pleased with the overall service, cost (all have saved compared with their former solutions), and feature set. We have not had a single customer leave Jive for another service and to me that speaks volumes. We are very happy with our partnership! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?
