What do you like best about Webex Suite?

What I like most about Webex Suite is that it brings meetings, messaging, screen sharing, file sharing, polling, and collaboration together in one platform. As a teacher, I find the interactive features particularly useful for online classes, faculty meetings, presentations, and student engagement. The video and audio quality is reliable, and features such as polling and Q&A help make sessions more interactive. I also appreciate being able to continue communication and collaboration before and after a meeting without switching between multiple tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The main drawback for me is that Webex Suite can feel a little overwhelming because it offers so many features, and some settings take time to understand. The interface can occasionally feel less intuitive, especially for new users. Webex Suite helps solve the challenge of managing communication, online meetings, and student interaction across different platforms. As a teacher, I can use one platform for virtual classes, faculty meetings, presentations, messaging, polling, and Q&A. This saves time and reduces the need to switch between multiple tools.
