I find RUN Powered by ADP to be quite useful for managing payroll and compliance issues related to state taxes and insurance, which is crucial for keeping my business compliant and on track in New York State. I appreciate the relatively easy onboarding process, even though onboarding usually isn't enjoyable for me, and the access to support from ADP's representatives has been very helpful. I enjoy the feature that allows employees to load their own information and access the portal for basic questions about pay. Very convenient for my small team. The ability to integrate with my Clover POS system, which helps me pull hours and input them into ADP, is an advantage. Additionally, maintaining a simple and straightforward user interface, along with accessible support through phone or live chat, is most impactful for my continued use of the platform. What I like best about RUN Powered by ADP is how easy it makes payroll and HR management for a small business. The platform is intuitive and streamlined, allowing us to run payroll quickly, manage employee information, and stay compliant with tax requirements without needing a large administrative team. I also appreciate that tax filings and payments are handled automatically, which removes a lot of stress and reduces the risk of errors. One downside of RUN Powered by ADP is that customer support can sometimes be difficult to navigate when an issue comes up. Getting a timely response or speaking with someone who can resolve more complex questions can take longer than expected. Additionally, some features feel a bit limited unless you add additional services, which can increase the overall cost. What I like most about RUN from ADP is that it gives me control over the things I need, which makes onboarding and making edits to existing employees very easy. I also appreciate their training. Their reports are inconsistent. I export the CSV files every payroll, and the order of the accounts changes depending on things like holidays, double overtime, etc. That means I have to go in and manually edit the files each time. For the most part, the site is easy to navigate with the main menu on the left. The search bar in the top middle of the page is exceptional at finding what I'm looking for. For example, I couldn't find where to update my banking info on the menu, but the search bar found it no problem. I also like that the chat feature is always in the bottom right corner for help from customer support if I need it. The integration with our HR and 401k is very helpful. Forcing me to update my password on a regular basis is a major pain. If you google it, you will find that the industry experts actually discourage updating passwords on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The format of the online tool is clear, and the different work tasks are easy to locate. It is directed towards small businesses, so there are not a lot of setup options and details that practitioners have to worry about. The pay cycles automatically start (which is nice after incurring issues from occasionally forgetting to in another platform), and it provides plenty of reminders and standard reports. I have always been able to call in for assistance, and the ADP Assist chat has also been helpful when I need guidance while in noisy areas. After coming to Run from years of extensive use in Workforce Now, there simplicity of Run feels restrictive, granted I only use Run once a week compared to five days a week in Workforce Now. Changes have to be manually on time instead of having the ability to set a future effective date. The more condensed version has its benefits, but I feel I sometimes lack information not being able to see all the settings and audit histories. I just had a dealing with Jacob one of the agents and he was totally awesome! I have to say he was a true ray of sunshine and was very confident in his ability to take care of the clients. I have been having an issue with how my account and once I explained the issue, Jacob jumped right in, fixed the issue and went above and beyond! You can tell he truly cares about his job and the clients and really cares about ADP as well. It was such a pleasure to deal with some one who really cares and will go the extra mile to make the clients always have a positive experience. I like the payroll processing and payroll management features of RUN Powered by ADP. For a small business, it can be difficult to navigate all of that, but with RUN Powered by ADP, all I have to do is input what's necessary and it's all integrated to the bank account. I trust that they would handle everything, and employees get paid at the correct time. The platform addresses a critical need by managing payroll compliance and government filing requirements all in one place. The learning curve for navigating some of the more specialized features could be improved. The onboarding process was okay, but I wish they took more time to explain how the platform works once you're onboarded. The interface, while functional, is not always the most intuitive, especially when you're a first-time user and do not know what exactly you're trying to locate. I really like that ADP is a user-friendly platform. Everything is very organized and intuitive. Even if someone who has never used it before logs in, it's not very difficult to figure out. It's very comprehensive. I've used other platforms, and so far, ADP is my favorite. Customer support is good. although sometimes there is a long queue, the agents always help to resolve all questions and concerns. There are some things that cannot be handled unless authorization has been granted, such as Workers Comp. This has been requested on more than two occasions, by phone and by mail, and we have not received any updates on this matter. The software is easy to use, the navigation is fantastic, It's easy to find what I need by the headers of the tabs and options, it's fast, very little lag, if I have to change something it's easy to update. I was a little confused about exactly when I do an off cycle check or a manual check. Because of this I was in the wrong area and there are three check stuck in off cycle that I will eventually contact customer support to help me delete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
