We frequently have issues with employees not being able to access their accounts if they have had employers use ADP in the past. I find the various prompts for employee setup very helpful to ensure that I have collected all the required information like SSN, W2, and eVerify documentation. It's great that calculating hourly and monthly payroll, taxes, and overtime is all automated, making the tip payroll a breeze. I don't need to keep up to date with tax regulations as the software does that for me, and I greatly appreciate the addition of timesheet imports. I also find it really affordable for everything it offers. I particularly value the ease of keeping track of employee payroll advances and garnishments, which would have been impossible to track without payroll software.
