I liked that PayClock Online's reporting was really easy, and I was able to collect all the data online rather than waiting for emails and staff to submit paper timesheets. It made it super easy for me to collect billing information for the sites that we needed to bill. The initial setup of PayClock Online was really easy and very intuitive. Some things that didn't work for us is we're in the state of California, so we needed attestations to be added and PayClock Online did not let us do those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

if i don't do and update and download data 2-3 times a week it doesn't record time punches. it will recover the punches that were made, but not until you download it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Payclock.com works great and is very easy to use. Support is great and fast and we have very few issues with Payclock. I have been very satisfied with how easy it is to setup new employees and download their punches into our Quickbooks Payroll system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the Touchscreen & Proximity Badge Time Clocks had the ability to control or edit the settings on the clocks remotely as well as reboot them remotely, etc. It would be very helpful for businesses like us with multiple remote locations to be able to manage the clocks themselves remotely. I like the reports. The clock itself is fine. The software is good, there are a ton of reports that are helpful in tracking time and making sure all employees are paid properly.I like that an app with GPS can be utilized instead of the clock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are too many reports. While I like the reports and there are a good many of them, they are very overwhelming. The only thing I do not like is having the make sure a period is closed out. If a period is not closed out, my employees cannot clock in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
