**What do you like best about Tapcheck?**

The best thing about Tapcheck is that I don't have to do anything. Tapcheck takes care of all the customer service, and it doesn't cost me anything. Tapcheck allows my employees to get paid the very next day after they work, which they love because it gives them the freedom to access cash when they need it without coming to me for personal loans. Setup was super easy. I just answered some questions about my systems, and we got connected; they've taken care of everything since. We switched away from Tapcheck once and tried ZayZoon, which was a disaster, so we went back to Tapcheck and will never leave again. Absolutely do not miss this product; there are no downsides.

**What do you dislike about Tapcheck?**

It could only be better if people could get their paycheck immediately after working a shift, or if they could get it in cash from their phone.

**What do you like best about Tapcheck?**

Tapcheck is so easy for our employees to use.  The app is very intuitive and makes it easy for our employees to access their earned wages.

**What do you dislike about Tapcheck?**

Absolutely nothing!  I think Tapcheck has the best EWA platform on the market.  Switch to Tapcheck from another provide has freed up so much of my time, and made a great experience for our employees.

**What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our prior provider did not deliver in the customer support area.  Tapcheck does a fantastic job in delivery top notch customer support, not only to me but also to our many employees actively using the Tapcheck platform.  And Tapcheck made the implementation super easy for us, which made for an easy switch from our prior provider to Tapcheck.

**What do you like best about Tapcheck?**

I like that Tapcheck allows caregivers to advance as much as they need based on their work without having to call the office. It gives them peace of mind knowing they can manage their finances independently. As an employer, I appreciate that I don't have to manually record the advances in my payroll system, making the payroll process faster and more accurate. It's really easy to use for employers who are not tech-savvy, and they appreciate it. The initial setup was really easy, and Tapcheck took care of pretty much everything for me. It's integrated with Isolved, my payroll system, and employees can access it directly from the employee app.

Nothing! I love everything about it

Tapcheck allows caregivers to advance pay independently without involving the office, offering them financial management freedom. It speeds up the payroll process by automatically recording advances, ensuring accuracy, and is user-friendly even for those not tech-savvy.

Before we used Tapcheck, we had to do daily imprts to pur HRIS to allow employees same day access to the ir paycheck.The admin burden was high.

I love that with Tapcheck, we don't need to manage or fund day-to-day withdrawals. Additionally, Tapcheck's integration with our payroll system makes employee repayment automatic and seamless. The initial setup was a snap, requiring little effort on our end.

From an employer standpoint, the implementation was seamless and a steady turnaround to offer to employees.  As an employee, the process to request funds is easy to follow, especially from the app!

I honestly can't say there is anything I dislike.  Although customer support is automated, I still receive a response timely.

**What do you like best about Tapcheck?**

Tapcheck is a valuable option for our employees to access daily pay, emergency funds, or just "mad" money.  Our employees like and value the ease of use of Tapcheck in order to gain access to funds they would otherwise not have available to them on short notice with a minimal fee to them.  

I value the automation of Tapcheck.  At the point of notifying Tapcheck of our new hires, the email blasts to new employees informing them of all of their options with Tapcheck, the seemless payroll process of communicating deductions with each payroll, the ease of use of their employer portal, to the marketing materials that are available to everyone.

My customer relations manager, John Quinones, is the absolute best!  He is always responsive to our company needs, replies and solves any issue that may arise within 24 to 48 hours, and assists me with anything I need at a moments notice.

**What do you dislike about Tapcheck?**

The employees do not like the customer service interface of chat only with no customer service phone # to contact.  When issues arise with their Tapcheck they do not want to wait for a response.

Tapcheck is offering our employees a resource in which they can gain access to funds based on hours worked on a daily basis.

**What do you like best about Tapcheck?**

As a small business the biggest thing about Tapcheck is that it has releived the personal burden of staff asking for pay advances. We know life is hard and have traditionally tried our best to help all staff that needed assistance, but had run into lots of issues and financial burden to the business this way. Tapcheck has eliminated this issue entirely!

I also love that it takes the embarassment out of asking for assistance out of the whole process.

Tapcheck eliminates the need for pay advances directly from our business. It has been a huge help to our staff when getting their money before payday makes all the difference.

**What do you like best about Tapcheck?**

I wasn't sure at the beginning if I would have that many employees that would actually use Tapcheck. To my surprise, there were more employees than I had anticipated that actually use it on a biweekly basis. It ended up being an actual perk to our employees and they are very happy that we are providing this type of applications during tough times. Plus it's seemless to me. I have no worries if any employee borrows on their paycheck because the payroll company interfaces and it automatically comes right out of their check. There is no work on my end at all.

**What do you dislike about Tapcheck?**

There really isn't anything that I don't like. When I know someone is terminating, it's just the first thing I do is go into the system and terminate them immediately.

Employees are so happy to be able to draw an advance on their paycheck whether it be for first of the months bills, unexpected bills or just for some extra cash in their pocket before payday.

I love that my employees can access their paycheck at any time for shifts they have already worked instead of a cash advance that they would have to pay back. Customer Support has always been super helpful when an employee or I have a question.

I wish their was a way for my employees to be automatically uploaded into Tapcheck instead of having to maunally load them.

Tapcheck solves our problem of only getting paid twice a month. This benefits my company because if an employee is running low on gas money, they can use this system to access their money instead of having to call out of a shift.

**What do you like best about Tapcheck?**

1. There are automated timekeeping feeds to Tapcheck.
2. Employees are generally able to self service by downloading the app and requesting funds, questions arise periodically

**What do you dislike about Tapcheck?**

1.  You have to export your employees from Quickbooks into a CSV file, and then upload that to Tapcheck
2.  When you load that employee file Tapcheck gives a message that says it will notify you when the import is complete; it doesn't, nor does it tell you if it failed, and it certainly doesn't tell you any specific issue (e.g. missing a first blank column).  So did the file load or not?  You check and the employee isn't there, so you contact support...
3.  It takes a day or more for support to respond, via email.  They don't understand your questions, and they don't tell you what is wrong with the file, you are on your own, and this drags on for days.  Previoulsy they had to get implementations back involved.
4.  You have to manually key in the advances from the employees, no automated feed into Quickbooks.
5.  I was sent an email by the account manager offering a $50 gift card for a 5 star review here; it is a 0-10 rating system?  I asked for her help, and that was 3 business days ago and have had no response.

Employees can access their pay outside of the bi-weekly schedule.

Tapcheck was easy to integrate with our payroll system, and the app is easy to set up on the employee's side. The service is free for employers and very affordable for employees considering the benefits of using it as a recruitment and retention perk and providing financial relief for employees when needed. I am happy we decided to add Tapcheck as a partner.

At times not easy to get a hold of a live customer service representative.

**What do you like best about Tapcheck?**

This is a great employment marketing tool.  Being able to tell people that they have access to funds at the completion of their shift is huge after they complete what is necessary for their shifts.  I like that there are money management tools available to them.

**What do you dislike about Tapcheck?**

Being the lead person on this project, and directing people to the customer care, it doesn't seem like that is working the way I thought it was.  I am still being contacted for a lot of questions that when examined are pointed back to them.  Maybe I missed something in the HR sections on setup but it's hard to say.
When we moved from Quickbooks to Asure the transition was more challenging as the info to complete the uploads was different.  The rehire process has also been a bit cumbersome.

People are taking advantage of the program currently.  I think they see the value offered to them which is very unique right now.

Tapcheck has been a great resource and incentive that we get to offer our employees! It was super easy to set up both on the employer's and employee's side. Our employees love that they can get paid early!

There really isn't much that I dislike about Tapcheck! The only thing that sometimes irriates is that it takes quite a few minutes for the website to upload my new employee report. But that is just me being impatient and petty though haha.

Tapcheck has been a great way to not only retain employees by giving them access to their pay on a daily basis, but also a great promotion for us in our recruiting ADs. Being able to tell potential employees that they are able to access their pay daily is a great recruiting tactic for us. Tapcheck is easy to use, and was easy to integrate in our small business.

There have not been any drawbacks so far with Tapcheck. The option is always there for our employees to use if they have an unexpected bill or life expense.

Recruiting has been a large benefiting factor when implementing Tapcheck. Our employees also have piece of mind that they do not have to wait until their next paycheck if they need money now. Recruiting and retention have been the largest benefit for our business.

It's hard to measure how valuable access to your money really is - but for workers in this economy it's often the difference between success and failure.  Giving them freedom to manage their money has helped keep our Care Pros hummin' along.

Tapcheck allows our employees to get paid prior to their paycheck which is every two weeks for a minimal fee (comparable to an ATM fee)

Monthly cost is high if you only have a few employees using the service

Tapcheck is a great system that allows my employees to receive their money whenever they want before payday! There are many companies that do not give you the time of day, but Tapcheck is always there to help you answer any questions. We have been using Tapcheck for over a year now and our caregivers frequently use it. They dind it to be a great benefit our company offers.

Sometime when updating our roster, it does not always work on the first try.

Tapcheck was easy and quick to set up. It has been a helpful and frequently used resource for our employees.

**What do you dislike about Tapcheck?**

The only downside that I have seen is that sometimes the time clock system and Tapcheck do not sync well. On our end the employee has completed shifts and should have funds available, but it is not. I have had to reach out so support a few times because fo this after the employee has also reached out to support.

It has replaced salary advances and is another offered benefit, which has helped in recruitment/retention.

We have partnered with Tapcheck for our employees.  A lot of times life happens quickly and can be very expensive very quick.  Tapcheck was an easy way to help out our employees.  Their customer serivce is topnotch and never made anyone felt bad.  Downloading the app was about the easiest thing for anyone to do.  The free education classes are great as well!

Everything is easy to use.  Nothing to not like about it.

I takes a while to upload new records. The file transfer is simple but it takes some time to see the changes.

Provides a safe, low cost method for our employees to access a paycheck advancement option, when needed (because sometimes payday is just too far away when a financial need occurs). Once registered, it's easy for employees to request and receive the funds in advance of payday.

Not many downsides for employees to use Tapcheck, except when payday comes & they forgot they had taken an advance, so they're surprised when paycheck seems too low.

It helps to solve a problem for employees when something unexpected occurs financially and Home Instead has Tapcheck available for their use to receive funds quickly without waiting until the next payday. This type of benefit is a valuable option for our employees, which is part of an overall staffing strategy to attract & retain employees.

As a small business owner, I like Tapcheck as a business partner. It is easy to use and proivide a great option to many employees. When we had a technical issue, their techical support team was very quick to respond and solved our issue. The sales rep is very helpful and friendly.

Our payroll is semi-monthly, so it can feel like a long time between paychecks, especially if something comes up and you need money right away. I love that I am able to offer our employees a way to access their pay when they need it. The folks at Tapcheck were very helpful in getting the system up and running for us - they walked me through the process, which was quick and easy. Integration is a breeze and there is very little for me to do on my end ongoing, but whenever I do have a question, the Tapcheck team is responsive and friendly.

**What do you dislike about Tapcheck?**

The only real downside for me would be that Tapcheck isn't fully integrated with Evolution, so I have to run and upload those reports monthly - which really isn't a big deal.

In the past, we had employees who would ask for advances or loans; now they can manage their money better using Tapcheck, and we no longer get those requests.

As an employer, it is wonderful to offer employees a way to tap into money they have already earned.  Tapcheck takes care of all the support that an employee needs if there is an issue.  From our standpoint, it is a win-win situation.  
When we have questions, the support is phenomal for the employer as well.  I would recommend to other businesses or employees to use.

Employees sometimes need to access money before payday in order to make their ends meets or when something unexpected happens.  This is a great way for them to do with only a low fee. I have used other pay advance systems in the past and Tapcheck makes this process seemless as an employer. They provide me with a report prior to payroll and integrate with my payroll provider so all I need to do is verify the information and there has never been an error. It's a wonderful benefit for employees to have access to earned funds in real time.

I enjoy allowing my employees to have the flexibility to have funds in order to make emergency financial decisions in a short timeframe. It was tough before Tapcheck when many of my employees were getting high interest payday loans to tie them over until their paycheck. Now they have access to those funds which builds as they show up to work.

**What do you dislike about Tapcheck?**

The maximum amount of $200.00 per day is something that would be helpful in some instances to increase so employees are not waiting multiple days to pull higher amounts of cash.

**What problems is Tapcheck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tapcheck allow me to offer a benefit which really helps our employees with the Janitorial sector because of the access to earned wages which differentes us from other companies. This also allows us to keep payroll at 2X per month while employees while still allowing employees to gain access to capital.

Our Employees have benefitted greatly from using Tapcheck. They can access funds they've already worked for and deserve as early as that day!  Singing up and using the App are easy and problem free. Tapcheck works with our payroll company to do all the work, we only have to enter new employees into the payroll system and Tapcheck integrates them into their portal. We haven't had any promblems for customer service to help with, but they were quick to respond when we had a question.

There's nothing we dislike about Tapcheck. Everything has worked great.

Our company's payroll is every two weeks. So, this leaves some employees needing money before they get paid. Tapcheck has allowed them to get access to the money they need that day for food, gas, and bills.

I love the ability of my employees to access wages they've earned prior to payday if they need it. They don't have to come in to the office and ask for an advance, which can be embarrassing to them.  Advances also create extra work for my office staff. It's a win/win.

**What do you dislike about Tapcheck?**

The only downside is the cost of accessing the funds, but they are minimal and worth it to the employees if they really need to money. It is also much less expensive than the alternatives.
