Instead, you have to call the helpline so they can reverse the payroll on the back end. I needed to update my address recently on our WC policy through ADP and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Our first payroll was messed up because of the person helping us and my staff didn't get paid on time. Also, my staff often have issues with the app not letting them clock in or out. Our plan includes processing, direct deposit, tax reporting and provides us with a strong set of reports for our accounting purposes. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** There are times when it is tough to reach their customer support and their call center appears to be in a foreign company and there is sometimes a basic communication issue. We recently downgraded our plan because we were using the highest available plan and we were not using any of the features for over a year. I might suggest that you have account representatives review individual accounts to find out why they aren't using pieces of the plan and educate them about the various offerings. I’m able to add multiple pay rates for employees who do multiple jobs, and the holiday time and overtime capture features take a lot of the guesswork out of tracking hours. I also really like the live chat feature—you can start with the bot and then connect with a live person if the bot can’t resolve the issue. I’ve gotten help from both, and it’s been a good experience. I also like that adp can intergrate with most softwares. the site is slow at loading a lot of times but other than that I don't have to many complaints. I see the intelligence with the website and I love it! Another thing I love about RUN is the ability to copy the schedule but a suggestion Id have for it is when employees request time off or unavailability within the app it would be nice to see it on the calendar as a good reminder because after I approve them sometime I forget. It use to show on the calendar but with an update it stopped. Now the pricing is pretty good, for the convince of all what we get in our package, we definitely see the ROI with certain employees and their unique situations, its also reassuring for our customers that we run background checks on all employees. thanks to ADP RUN, its a great software. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** The loading of the site, from the internet to the mobile devices, it takes forever to load, especially when Im in a rush. And each page loading in the site takes a minute to load. And the schedule situation when I approve time off or unavailability. IE: someone being paid significantly more or less than the last pay period, people missing pay entirely, and before anything can be done, that there are no missed time entries. Having to go through each time card to find issues to resolve can be time consuming, and you cant trust the notifications because if the entries are "even" then it wont show up in the notification. I like that all my issues are solved through the chat portal, so I don’t have to lift a phone and talk to anyone. We use the Time software, and I like how it integrates with RUN Powered by ADP. The initial setup was also very easy. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I wish when inputting the schedules for employees that the dates up top stayed there when scrolling down because there have been times I have inputted the schedule in the wrong date for an employee. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** RUN Powered by ADP saves us time, keeps us organized and accurate with payroll. The simplicity of use and excellent customer service make timekeeping and payroll easy, with helpful chat support saving us from long phone holds. ### 46. We’ve also run into problems with previous products not filing our reports correctly, so getting that part right is important to us. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I’d prefer not to receive so much marketing from ADP about other products we don’t need. We also ran into some challenges at the beginning with onboarding and getting all of our data copied over, but the support team ultimately helped us work through the issues and get them resolved. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system integrates well with other tools we already use, like QuickBooks. We also use the ADP 401k plan, so payroll and retirement benefits are managed in one platform, which is really nice. ### 47. It shows me everything about my company—employees, the time clock, tax rules, etc.—all in one place at a glance. I also really like the chat option for communicating with representatives. I’ve never had a better chat experience, and most problems get solved within 30 minutes or are submitted to the appropriate team to handle further, which I appreciate. The app’s performance is great, and running payroll is a breeze—it doesn’t take me long at all. We use a physical time clock as well as an iPad time kiosk to capture time from employees at odd locations. During setup, the representatives worked with us to find a reasonable budget for our needs and not go overboard with features we didn’t need. I also love the AI chat and how it connects me with the right team member to help with my issues. We love the quickbooks integrations that allows us to connect QBO to our Run ADP account **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I would say one of the the things I dislike about Run by ADP is sometimes I feel like the time clock itself does not have the best features as far as having employees clock in for different jobs at different rates, its a little bit confusing but not impossible **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Run Powered by ADP is solving several problems of our company! Payroll is at the top of our list but they also take care of all of the tax filing for us, and they help even with outside tax issues that affect things like W2s. Our company had an employee receive TDI compensation which I hadn't dealt with before but I simply sent the tax report to ADP and they reviewed it and amended the employees W2. It was such a relief to have their expertise. We also benefit from timekeeping, employee records, HR reporting, tax info, and even a calendar with all employees hire dates and birthdays has been so beneficial! ### 48. When I say I'm not interested in something offered (like Retirement), I wish I wouldn't receive anymore communication about that topic. The initial setup wasn't super easy, to be honest. I expected it to be smoother since all the documents were pulled from my old account with PayChex. **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use RUN Powered by ADP mainly for annual payroll and receiving estimated annual tax payments. I appreciate the convenience and having everything in one spot, although I faced an issue with a second invoice sent in error. ### 49. Running payroll is straightforward; it only takes three buttons, and it prompts me if I have any other employee to add. At the end of the year, it asks if I want to put any bonuses or anything like that. It's always ensuring I have enough funding in my account, which helps in not putting myself in a bad position. The initial setup was very easy with some help, and it was very simple. They also did a great job resolving a recent issue with an employee's paycheck. Additionally, they offer incentives for referring other businesses, like free payroll, and are always there to answer questions. The initial setup was super easy too. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** Sometimes customer service is hard to get a hold of on the phone, but today, I used the chat feature, and it worked really well.
