The system & UI is every user friendly & organized. The chat system is also fantastic. There is definitely a learning curve, especially when you are first getting started.

ADP also offers a solid variety of integrations, which helps keep payroll, HR, benefits, timekeeping, and other systems connected. When those integrations work correctly, they can eliminate a lot of duplicate data entry and save time. AI / Intelligence

I still think there is room for improvement in making these tools more practical for everyday users. In particular, I would like to see AI used to make reporting easier, help troubleshoot payroll issues, explain errors in plain language, and make it faster to find information within the system. One thing I dislike about ADP is that I can’t process payroll ahead of time. There are times when I know I’ll be out of the office or have a busy schedule coming up, and it would be extremely helpful to prepare and submit payroll in advance. More flexibility with payroll processing dates would make the system much more convenient and would help me plan better around vacations, holidays, and other scheduling conflicts. I like that as a very small company, RUN Powered by ADP works great for us and offers support that is readily available to answer questions and assist with issues. The cost aligns with our needs. It would feel more personal if after getting so many emails regarding required retirement plans, that ADP noted in my account that we have a waiver due to having our own plan. The constant barrage of emails remind me that they are not paying attention to my little nonprofit.
