Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DoubleTick.io? I'm really disappointed with DoubleTick.io. Their basic static bot infrastructure is poorly developed. There's no bulk keyword upload, which means I have to add keywords manually, one by one, and duplicate keywords are rejected without any clue on what's duplicated. With over 500 keywords, finding duplicates manually is a nightmare. Also, I can't control the bot's frequency. I need settings to make a bot run only once a day or once a week, but the same bot just triggers over and over, even when another cycle is still running. Technical support is slow and unhelpful. I expected basic automation features, but even the core functions are incomplete. It's the worst bot studio without basic controls, and it's making our customers irritated by sending repetitive messages. The development team doesn't seem to listen or support us. The setup was very slow and poor, and the overall service is not worth the cost. We are considering moving to another provider because of these issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I appreciate that DoubleTick.io has solved our biggest challenge of managing WhatsApp conversations across multiple team members, specifically with CRM integration and broadcasting which have helped streamline marketing and sales. The platform is intuitive and quick to set up. Their customer support has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance, and the platform has remained stable even as the number of conversations has grown. Setting up was quite easy initially. I would appreciate a better approach to classify marketing messages as utility. When I chat with the customer support team and request to be connected to an agent, it takes a while to get connected. The export of data can be slow sometimes, taking hours for the email to arrive. Also, setting up conditional nodes in the bot is the only way I can handle edge cases, which occasionally fail.
