I find DoubleTick.io problematic with its AI agent. The database has lots of limitations, like not being able to save PDFs or DOCs. There is inefficiency with token usage and I can't figure out where the waste is happening. I can't download AI agent chatbot logs in bulk, which means I can't audit the system properly. The after-sales service needs improvement because they don't have a proper team for the AI agent, and they charge a very high amount without giving detailed solutions. Even events like Tally aren't working, and I have to manually input amounts despite having a Tally connector. Overall, it's a very lagging system and the initial setup was very slow and bad. This is a scam company. Don't fall into their trap. They cheated me by taking the complete money in advance by saying they will give me enterprise plan and after they say we sold you only pro plan and money cant be refunded.
