Yeah, I really am not happy with the service. It works, it runs the payroll, but don't trust your sales rep. My rep John lied to me constantly until the contract was signed, then suddenly it was "somebody else's problem" and wouldn't answer my calls anymore. It's a fair price, when it works properly. I joined ADP because I was promised next day deposits. That was a lie. Despite dozens of emails promising me next day deposits, they would only put me on a four day hold.
