The employee self on-boarding feature is great because it allows me to quickly enter new hires and focus on other tasks. The 401k integration is excellent as it consolidates everything into the ADP mobile app, so I don’t have to manage multiple accounts for 401k information. The HR platform is also a positive aspect I like. Setup was easy and quick. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** The only thing that ever held me up was the inability to pull payroll reports across multi-years, like Feb-Feb, for insurance audits. It becomes easier to make payments when we track the employees', and RUN has helped organize the payments. What I like most is the support from ADP, because their team helps a lot when there is a problem on the site or when there is a question. They can explain very well and can solve it when there is a problem. Once I accidentally ended up deleting one during the past week, and I was able to talk to them about it, explained what the situation was, and they promptly reversed the situation, restoring it. I also needed to make a payment manually and was taught how to make this manual payment. The speed of support is the most important thing for me, and they solve the situation very easily. They have an ease of explaining the site's functions, and I really like that. I like how they serve me, their politeness, their speed, the way they teach, I like all of that. The initial setup was easy, even with many options. The interface is very good. Overall, I have nothing to complain about, I really like using it and would recommend it with a score of 10. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I think RUN Powered by ADP could be a little more intuitive in some parts, especially when synchronizing. Sometimes when I need to do it manually, it becomes a bit unintuitive. I needed to make the payment manually because it was past the payment day and I couldn't do it correctly—I didn't find an option that was very easy to use. The options when entering the payment could be easier to use, for example, when entering how much was paid or how it was paid, whether it was paid in advance privately or not. It would be interesting if I could already have the specific hours at that stage and not need an employee to manually enter the time cards. It would be interesting to be able to enter deductions under the employee's name when necessary. I like that it allows employees to onboard themselves and access their information. The reminders to run payroll and notifications for information changes are also features that I find particularly useful. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for us. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** Nothing **What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find RUN Powered by ADP is easy to use, helps me communicate easily for assistance, allows employees to onboard themselves, provides them access to their information, and sends reminders and notifications. ### 50. I can enter payroll in under 10 minutes. **What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?** I honestly can’t think of anything that’s been least helpful. The only downside is that, when I call in, I sometimes have to speak with a third-party representative in another country.
