Littledata makes it easy to put implement a best-in-class Google Analytics setup. I really like how easy it is to use and the additional data and insights we get in our GA properties. It can be a little daunting to understand the full suite of tools offered by Littledata but they have a good knowledge library and resources to hand. Also their support can be a little slow at times. We find on Shopify that there are missing events (impressions, promotions, checkout flow etc.) when using their Analytics solution, Littledata has these things sorted as well as powerful subscription analytics. The analytical reports of the software are very accurate, the initial configuration is quite simple and does not require cumbersome processes, the implementation as I said before is fast because the software seeks simplicity for its users, something that I value very much. The integration with Shopify is one of the best for analysis, it was what was missing to this valuable tool. The integration with Recharge is not as reliable as the one with Shopify, the tools although very easy to set up are not straightforward to understand, but the support team has been up to the shortcomings, although they are a bit slow with responses. It has been very useful to create promotions and provide more fluidity in payments, it has allowed a more reliable analysis system that the client likes a lot, since he feels more secure when interacting with our services. It is a tool that gives us detailed and accurate reports which are easy to analyze and interpret by our analysts, in the company it has allowed us to save a lot of time. It is an e-commernce platform, where it is mainly characterized by tracking and data collection for internal training to expand the porfolio of potential customers, contains and interface very easy to interpret and where you can move very easily, its integrations with Google Analytics, ReCharge increase the ability to be effective in the purchasing process by minimizing the time spent on that function and also generates detailed analusis which makes the company can make better financial decisions. The only thing I dislike about this tool is that does not have a system to perform a cleaning of straggler data within the platform, if the next update would add this feature would expand the effectiveness to manage financial data. We first connect with Little Data to unmask data and in Google Analytics and it definitely helped us but then when we moved to GA4, the team has just been amazing. GA4 presents a huge learning curve and the team has been extremely hands on with us, helping create reports to help us see what is going on in our store and they have been able to trouble shoot other issues that were giving us false information and fix it. Littledata's UI walks you through each system setup with easy to follow and up to date guides so there is little room for error in your setup to get up and running. Pricing can be a bit high for smaller brands/companies, however I have failed to find anything as seamless and as full-featured otherwise so the price does equal value of what you're getting. We use a third party software to consolidate all of our analytics from multiple platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Klaviyo Email, Google Ads, Shopify, etc.) however some of these systems native integrations leave room for error and missing details in referral/session info, transactional data, etc. Littledata not only fills in those gaps to create a nearly perfect match between our native systems and our analytics systems, but also provides level of detail that some platforms no longer can even do natively since privacy restrictions have gone into place over the last few years. Littledata's software stands out for being easy to use and implement, its features are easy to understand at all times, the marketing and information channels are guaranteed, improving without a doubt all the company's performance, the integration with Google Analytics allows a complete data analysis and detailed reports by segment. The ease with which you can track subscriptions, all sales that are made in the company is excellent even you can refund any order from the platform, the support team is competent and the installation of the application is very easy, payment statistics are complete and can be seamlessly integrated with Facebook ads. The prices are high for an application of this size, it is true that it meets all expectations, but I would like an adjustment in prices, the help center has little information for user care you have to contact support directly for a better understanding of the problem you face. It is the tool that is responsible for tracking social ads, marketing and sales examine the behavior that customers have related to the consumption of products to adapt quick solutions on sales increasing the profitability of the company, simplifying the work whitout the need to study the aspreadsheets that are perfomed manually as Littledata is based on modern DTC data achieving track the life cycle of each of the customers. The only problem I have with Littledata is that it's not for everynone in a department because it requires a lot of knowledge about marketing analysis, marketing campaings, and sales spreadsheets.
