I really like how easy it is to use and the additional data and insights we get in our GA properties. We also love that they are already supporting GA4 tracking. **What do you dislike about Littledata?** It can be a little daunting to understand the full suite of tools offered by Littledata but they have a good knowledge library and resources to hand. Also their support can be a little slow at times. **Recommendations to others considering Littledata:** Recommend reading through their library of blogs and support articles that clearly explain some key processes. **What problems is Littledata solving and how is that benefiting you?** Littledata fills in the blanks when it comes to Analytics. We find on Shopify that there are missing events (impressions, promotions, checkout flow etc.) when using their Analytics solution, Littledata has these things sorted as well as powerful subscription analytics. ### 2. The integration with Shopify is one of the best for analysis, it was what was missing to this valuable tool. It provides excellent tracking in terms of prices, events, and again I must highlight the data that are very accurate. **What do you dislike about Littledata?** The integration with Recharge is not as reliable as the one with Shopify, the tools although very easy to set up are not straightforward to understand, but the support team has been up to the shortcomings, although they are a bit slow with responses. **What problems is Littledata solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has been very useful to create promotions and provide more fluidity in payments, it has allowed a more reliable analysis system that the client likes a lot, since he feels more secure when interacting with our services. GA4 presents a huge learning curve and the team has been extremely hands on with us, helping create reports to help us see what is going on in our store and they have been able to trouble shoot other issues that were giving us false information and fix it. It's fast to install the cost is low and there is minimal setup. From there you're able to improve attribution and the accuracy of tracking and can get set up with ga4 immediately. There's also really helpful benchmarks to compare how you stack up against the industry. The best part is that because you're not losing data from the built-in tracking of Shopify you will improve your marketing spend, AB testing and general data reliability. It also supports subscription tracking so you can track revenue attributed to recurring orders when visitors don't come back to the website. **What do you dislike about Littledata?** It's not a super customizable tool. There is a slight premium compared to doing it yourself and hosting a server but given how much Google analytics changes as well as Shopify and the rest of the marketing stack we find it's an easy trade-off. **What problems is Littledata solving and how is that benefiting you?** We recommend little data to nearly all of our clients at Prismfly to ensure the data we reference for A/B testing is reliable.
