**What do you like best about Inbox Monster?**

The most helpful aspect of Inbox Monster is the added layer of deliverability visibility it provides beyond our ESP reporting. We rely on it regularly to monitor sender reputation, validate inbox placement across major providers, and quickly diagnose issues that could impact engagement at scale. As our email volume has grown, having a tool that helps us protect domain health and send with confidence has been extremely valuable. The platform is easy to use, straightforward to implement, and integrates smoothly with our existing email stack, which made adoption simple for our team. Inbox Monster also offers a strong set of features without feeling overly complex, and we use it frequently as part of our normal campaign workflow.

I also want to call out the support. Our rep, Josie Garcia, brings a ton of real-world experience and has gone above and beyond for our account multiple times. She’s extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help us work through complex deliverability questions. That level of support makes the platform even more valuable.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?**

I would like to see more proactive alerts or automation around deliverability changes. The data is there, but it would be helpful to have more built-in notifications when inbox placement or reputation shifts significantly.

**What problems is Inbox Monster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inbox Monster has become an essential part of our email marketing and deliverability toolkit. As a team that sends high-volume lifecycle, promotional, and transactional campaigns, we need visibility beyond what our ESP provides, and Inbox Monster gives us that. We rely on it for inbox placement testing, domain and IP reputation monitoring, and identifying issues across Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo that would otherwise be impossible to diagnose. The platform makes it easy to catch problems early, validate new templates before sending, and maintain strong sender health as our volume scales. It has been especially valuable when troubleshooting drops in engagement or warming up new sending domains, and it gives our team confidence that our messages are actually reaching players’ inboxes.

**What do you like best about Inbox Monster?**

We use several dedicated IPs to send millions of promotional and transactional emails to our members each month. Maintaining a strong sender reputation and tracking inbox placement rates is extremely important for our business. 

For the past several years, we've used Inbox Monster to monitor these metrics. 

The Inbox Monster platform is intuitive and easy-to-use, and their customer support has been exceptional. On multiple occasions, we've been able to use Inbox Monster's reporting to identify and resolve deliverability issues before they have widespread impacts on our business.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?**

No downsides to speak of. I'm happy with the platform.

We need to closely monitor our sender reputation and inbox placement rates. Inbox Monster allows us track the former by importing reputation data from Google and Microsoft, and we monitor the latter using Inbox Monster's seed lists.

The platform is easy to use, very intuitive, and we've had EXCELLENT support from our account rep David. He helped us through our transition from a shared IP to a dedicated IP, in conjunction with a major company rebrand, and the addition of new sending subdomains. With his guidance and expertise, it went more smoothly than I could have possibly imagined. The reports are insightful and clear. We're beyond pleased with the service we've received, and I'd consider Inbox Monster a must-have addition for providing peace of mind when it comes to something as critical as deliverability.

Have not found anything to dislike. It's been a great product for us.

We ran into deliverability issues while on a shared IP and made the business decision to transfer to a dedicated IP, along with separate sending subdomains. Inbox Monster helped us a) come to the conclusion that this was the best option for us based on our volume and sender reputation and b) helped us immensely throughout the transition. We made this critical move with minor issues, and any we ran into (ie. Microsoft), our rep David handled quickly and expertly to minimize any interruptions.

I'm newer to the email team that utilizes InboxMonster but from what I've gathered from my coworker who has worked with Josie and InboxMonster for over a year, Josie was instrumental in providing actionable insights to enhance deliverability.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?**

We don't have a proper CRM tool to leverage so InboxMonster isn't as much a problem as the tool we're using for email.

**What problems is Inbox Monster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the beginning of the year, the team discussed solutions such as better domain/IP allocation, stricter demark policies, and monitoring iCloud; they also noted the impact of email frequency and rogue franchisees on complaint rates. Next steps included investigating unsubscribe inconsistencies, exploring click activity data, discussing IP address optimization, and a future demo of Inbox Monster's "Creative Projects" tool; Josie Garcia will also provide further ISP and deliverability information. Most recently, Josie shared SendGrid-specific recommendations, best practices, and provided platform training, including user management, notifications, campaign tagging, subscriber insights, and spam trap analysis.

I've been in the deliverability space for over a decade and have used all of the major players, including ReturnPath (now Validity) & SparkPost (now MessageBird) - and we've always found ourselves back at Inbox Monster. The application is intuitive, the reports generated are useful and actionable...but what makes Inbox Monster top is the team of experts working behind the scenes. Their knowledge of the best practices, ESP policies, and reputation recovery is above most in the industry.

Seed list data outages were a regular occurrence in 2025. Although each instance was resolved in less than a week - still hurts to lose that data.

When I started their offering may not has been as robust as other providers but they have made continual improvements based on regular feedback from their users.

**What do you like best about Inbox Monster?**

Inbox Monster has been a life saver for our email program. We have worked with Josie for just under a year, but the amount of dedication and support she provided to analyze our deliverability, help us come up with an action plan to remediate our poor deliverability and sender reputation, and ongoing monitoring of trends after working through our issues, has played a significant role in the health and success of our email marketing. 

Josie is always quick to respond and will walk through the issues with us, giving us valuable insights and recommendations along the way. My team does not have a strong background in deliverability, but Josie and the Inbox Monster team, has made a very technical part of email marketing very easy to understand and action against, allowing us to grow our skillset while also educating the rest of the company on deliverability best practices to ensure we do not fall into the same mess that we worked so hard to pull ourselves out of. 

In October 2024, we found out, with the help of Inbox Monster, that our inbox rate with Gmail was at 1% with low sender reputation. After working with Josie, we were able to increase and maintain our Gmail inbox rate to 95-100% with high sender reputation within 4 months. I cannot recommend Inbox Monster enough.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?**

Email deliverability is overwhelming. This is not an Inbox Monster issue. The team at Inbox Monster is incredibly knowledgeable and gives so much information. A lot of the time, the analysis is easy to follow while meeting with the Inbox Monster team, but the amount of numbers and tabs within the platform make it a little difficult to follow on our own. We have a wonderful support team who are willing to meet at our cadence to discuss, but it's a bit difficult to  do our own analysis outside of those meetings.

I love the support I get from the team. They are responsive and resourceful. IM helped bring my company from being blocklisted to having a high sender reputation again. Forever grateful! The platform is very easy to understand and use. Integration was easy and our account rep is supportive. My team gains a lot of insight from the platform. I am in the platform multiple times a week monitoring campaign performance.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?**

I wish it offered list-cleaning services. I also think the seedlist logic has implicit biases so although I trust IM inbox placement results, I still take the results as directional. I may just not have a full understanding on how the seedlist logic works. I will work with my IM analyst on this to get a better understanding.

Implementation is a little tough when it comes to monitoring deliverability for journeys. We have so many journey's set up and our emails are always changing, so having to built automations that monitor deliverability for all of our journey's is a bit challenging.

**What problems is Inbox Monster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IM helped bring my company from being block-listed to having a high sender reputation again. Josie, the analyst we work with, has given our team a wealth of insight when it comes to inbox placement and overall deliverability. Our company is very reliant on email so maintaining strong sender reputation is crucial to our business. Josie has also been a subject matter expert for us, helping guide our strategy and keep us on deliverability track!

**What do you like best about Inbox Monster?**

I'm a big Inbox Monster fan. I've been working with Brad for the last 3 years. Notice how I mentioned an actual human's name there? That's because, unlike some other inbox monitoring solutions, Inbox Monster offers a comprehensive platform AND support. 

And by "support," I mean proactive and reactive recommendations for any delivery issue that should arise. Add to that monthly check-ins where we discuss current and future state of our email & SMS program means that Inbox Monster is actually invested in ensuring that our direct response campaigns succeed. 

Don't get me wrong. The platform is great; easy to navigate, filled with the information I need to ensure I'm reaching my subscribers. The Dev Team is always working on new features, including a recent SMS tracking / rendering and a competitive benchmarking feature. 

I highly value and recommend Inbox Monster as a partner in any direct response marketing program.

No complaints. I highly recommend Inbox Monster.

•	Track email inbox placement & engagement – what % (weighted by our subscriber list demographics) of our emails are arriving in the Inbox, and in the case of Gmail, where (eg. Primary, Updates tab)
•	Track SMS delivery – what % of our SMS are delivering successfully to the Carriers
•	Monitor blocklisting / SPAM traps - Are we hitting any blocklists and/or SPAM traps, and if so, which ones and for how long?
•	Monitor IP & subdomain reputation – what’s our reputation at Outlook, Google and what factors are driving an increase or decrease in this metric?
•	Monitor Authentication – is DMARC, DKIM, and SPF configured correctly for our IP addresses and what is the pass/fail % at all major ISPs? 
•	Analyze engagement – which operating systems, software/browsers are subscribers using to read our email? What is the average read time, share of desktop vs mobile, and delete without reading rate?

**What do you like best about Inbox Monster?**

We've been using Inbox Monster for over 2 years now, and we've been very happy! It provides the necessary insights and signals for deliverability performance, and also is extremely useful during migrations. Our end goal is to maintain High IP and Domain reputation, and achieve 100% Inbox-placement across all relevant mailboxes. Inbox Monster helps us to test/monitor/analyze and benchmark our email activities against our deliverability performance.  

There are some good features to support our reputation monitoring, like Google Postmaster Tools and SNDS integration, blocklist monitoring, DMARC monitoring, spam-trap analysis, and creative design tools.  We can setup alert notifications to our Slack and email to let us know when thresholds exceed the rule-sets, which is super helpful to stay on top of things if we don't have time to check the dashboard.
 
Deliverability can be complicated, but Inbox Monster provides a lot of signals to help us improve our email program. Brad's team of deliverability consultants are also awesome to work with and have helped us tremendously!  The platform is easy to use, and has become an integral part of our business.  We appreaicte their partnership!

There's not much I don't like about Inbox Monster. When we have any issues, concerns or suggestions to help improve something, we simply share with their team.

To name a few... spam-trap detection, sender reputation, IP warming support, list hygiene and segmentation, blocklist monitoring, etc.

Clear reporting to understand our deliverability/inboxing, as well as domain/IP reputation factors. And the consulting services offered save us a ton of time, as they leverage existing relationships with email providers to troubleshoot/address inboxing issues. Super easy to use and onboard as well.

Everything is worth it, but the tool costs more than other deliverability platforms, however, that's largely because they are taking on the work of coordinating with email providers

They offer a one-stop shop of crucial information to understand our sending domain/ip health, and most importantly, offer services that help us work with email providers quickly and effectively. This saves our team a ton of time we would otherwise have to spend coordinating with each ESP

The Inbox Monster team is constantly making improvments to the platform. I love the new UI and ease of use compared to similar tools, but I especially appreciate that they keep things up to date as the industry landscape changes. I also love being able to share campaign reports directly with clients via a link. Additionally, I appreciate that they can sync with my MTA platform, bringing in any new sending IPs that our customers are using. The team at Inbox Monster is always willing to help as well. I appreciate their partnership and willingness to hear my team's feedback on enhancements!

Where Inbox Monster truly excels is in the close, collaborative relationship customers have with their Client Success team. They offer the personal touch and care you’d expect from a small business, but with enterprise-level support. Additionally, the ease of implementation with little to no IT support needed allowed us to get up and running within a matter of days.

Inbox Monster helped quickly identify and resolve a spam filtering issue for our brand within a few weeks once we onboarded them. Our deliverability service manager is so on top of everything, and will often reach out to flag any issues proactively before I've even had the chance to check the platform. They help remediate issues quickly, and make great recommendations to improve deliverability. I couldn't recommend inbox monster enough.

There was a bit of a learning curve in terms of using the UI, but I felt comfortable using the platform after about a week.

The onboarding process to set up our account was very easy. Set up was done within a day and we were able to start tracking immediately.
The interface is inuitive and easy to use after first onboarding walkthrough. Inbox Monster has a wide array of tools and a clean user interface. Anna is our success rep and she is beyond fantastic and knowledgeable. We get weekly reporting and if in between our reports Anna sees a problem, she alerts us right away and we mitigate the issue. Having insight into if your email messages are actually making it into the inbox is a must have / must know for email marketing. And Inbox Monster is an incredible tool for doing just that at a reasonable price.

The setup of any tool like this is going to be some work. Inbox Monster made it easy as possible but it's still a bit of work. The tool itself is great though and I can't think of anything I would complain about at this point.

**What do you like best about Inbox Monster?**

Very simple and user friendly interface that allows us to see how our campaigns are delivered in outlook, gmail, yahoo, etc.  Another feature I love to use is the campaign report. Here we can review campaigns and see how are creative is reviewed by the email providers. We primarlily use images to build campaigns so it's helpful feedback to make better design decisions. They also have a great customer support team which is quick to repsond to any questions we may have about the platform.

When using the spamtraps section - I often find myself a little confused by all the different trap defintions. Any help icons that could give a little more insight into the defintions would be helpful. Not a huge issue obvisoluy, but I love when platforms provide that level of detail.

In every key category of what I need in an email deliverability solution, Inbox Monster is at the top of the list of options, and sometimes even innovates beyond what exists elsewhere in the industry.

The domain weighting by email client for B2B is new and very useful.

The "beacons" feature that allows you to sign  up and monitor to any company's email program is unique as far as I know.

Inbox Monster allows you to share insights and edits regarding any email template to other members of your team without requiring them to log in the platform, with a collaborative experience a la Google Doc. 

Its reputation monitoring and spam traps network is second to none.

I could go on and on. This is just an outstanding tool and I highly recommend it to everyone.

They will roll out - but haven't yet as of the writing of this review - an API for point of capture, real-time email validation for sign-up protection.

They help you see in real time how your emails are getting delivered. Our deliverability was less than 1% with some ESPs and our domain reputation was terrible. With a few changes and monitoring, we now regularly get open rates around 50% and our reputation is saved! We can now focus more on engaging content and other strategies to communicate with our customers. Highly recommend.
