**What do you like best about ikas?**

What I like best about ikas:

It’s super easy to use: I could set up my store quickly without any coding or tech headaches. 
All-in-one system: I didn’t need a bunch of extra apps marketing tools, payments, shipping, analytics, it’s all built in.

No limits on products or traffic: I never worried about hitting a cap as my store grew, especially during promotions.

Practical marketing features: Things like abandoned cart reminders and email campaigns actually helped increase sales without extra tools.

**What do you dislike about ikas?**

Design customization is somewhat limited, and the app ecosystem is still growing. Pricing can also feel a bit high if you’re just starting out.

**What problems is ikas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ikas removes the tech headaches of building and managing a store by combining hosting, payments, shipping, and marketing tools in one place, so I can focus on selling. It also eliminates limits on products and traffic, letting my business scale smoothly without worrying about upgrades or caps.

I’ve been using ikas for a while now, and it has made my workflow much smoother. The interface is quite user-friendly and easy to understand even for beginners. I especially liked how everything is organized clearly, which saves a lot of time during daily tasks. Daily tasks like orders and payments are easy to manage, making my work faster and more efficient. The initial setup was quite easy and straightforward, with clearly guided basic steps like adding products, setting up categories, and configuring payments, so it didn’t take much time to get started. The interface is user-friendly, which made the process smooth even without much technical knowledge. Additionally, ikas integrates well into my workflow with accounting and communication tools. It helped keep everything organized without needing a large setup.

Customization options could be better. It takes some time initially to explore all features. More control over design elements like layout, fonts, and section placement would help. The best thing about ikasis how easy it is to use, setting up an online store is simple, the interface is clean, and managing product and orders dosn't take much effort.

**What do you dislike about ikas?**

Downside would be that some adcvanced customization options are limited as compared to larger e-commerce platforms, as buisness grows, you may need more flexibility orintegrations for spcific requiremnets.

**What do you like best about ikas?**

I like that with ikas, I can create my own brand and products, and easily sell and showcase them to see how they look. It's great how it provides an AI tool that enhances the quality of the product images, which is really helpful. I can also customize various features such as the checkout page and the web page very lovely. Additionally, ikas offers a lot of clean templates, making it easier to set up and customize things.

**What do you dislike about ikas?**

I feel the AI feature for product images, while helpful, could be improved by changing the parameters for better accuracy. There's a lot of AI models that could show how the scrubs are worn in AI-generated models, and I would appreciate if they incorporate any of those models. Also, I would really love it if ikas could support the Arabic language for websites.

ikas offers ready-to-use templates, saving me time and money from building a website from scratch, helping me start my online business with less effort.

**What do you like best about ikas?**

The fact that ikas offers a clean and well understood user interface that makes the store setup so easy- tap tap and the store is set is something that I find very useful, particularly without heavy tech support. Using the platform, it is possible to create multiple storefronts, manage products, orders and payments, significantly increasing efficiency.

**What do you dislike about ikas?**

Although ikas is awesome in smaller to middle sized applications, advanced setups (perhaps shipping or stock tracking in non-fashion workflows) would be served well by having more customization options. Structures had to be manually amended since some of the fields are not applicable in non-traditional retail settings.

**What problems is ikas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ikas is the tool I use on a daily basis to manage e-commerce operations we have (120+ products on various channels). The drag and drop storefront customization tool saves me time in updating product pages and I do not need to have extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS; all the order management and credit card processing (using PayPal and Stripe) is done on-site and saves our team 2-3 hours weekly. The inventory levels, and pricing updates, as well as promotions are all applied and taken care of with a single dashboard which has enhanced efficiency as well eliminated errors.

**What do you like best about ikas?**

At this point, unfortunately, I cannot say there is anything I genuinely like about Ikas.

**What do you dislike about ikas?**

We had signed an agreement that we meticulously planned for over a month, where we were going to distribute 15,000 coupon codes. After signing the deal, we generated the coupon codes. However, on the very day the distribution was supposed to begin, the category structure was completely changed due to an Ikas update.

In a normal e-commerce system, subcategories are nested under their respective main categories. But now, all subcategories are displayed at once under each main category, completely ignoring the hierarchical structure.

The company we made the agreement with called us and asked for the issue to be fixed. We told them we were handling it, but when we relayed the issue to Ikas, they said:
“This change came with a general update. Unfortunately, we will forward your request to our technical team. They will process your request. There’s no clear timeline for when it will be resolved.”

Naturally, we cannot say anything to our partner company. They no longer want to proceed with the coupon code distribution because the category section looks confusing and it hasn’t been fixed.

Thanks to Ikas, we are about to lose a major commercial agreement. We will suffer significant losses due to Ikas changing our site structure on their own, without informing or consulting us.

Worse yet, Ikas seems completely indifferent. When I reach out to the support team, they give the same generic responses: “We have forwarded your request to our team,” etc. It appears even they cannot do anything about it.

Now I have two questions:
	1. To the Ikas representative reading this: What would you do if you were in my position and lost this deal?
	2. If I lose this agreement because of Ikas, will Ikas compensate for my losses?

After going through this situation, I’ve truly realized why I should no longer work with Ikas.

In theory, Ikas is meant to simplify e-commerce management by offering an all-in-one platform for product listing, inventory control, and campaign management.

However, in practice, we are currently not experiencing those benefits. Sudden platform changes without user consent—like the unexpected category structure update—have disrupted our operations and damaged a key commercial partnership. At the moment, the problems Ikas is supposed to solve are being overshadowed by the new problems it’s creating.

Ikas has been a game-changer for managing my online store. What stands out the most is its incredibly user-friendly interface. You can own multiple stores, add and manage all products in a single place. There are multiple features, like if you are a programmer and going to code and build your own eCommerce site, it would take a lot of time. You can verify your domain, set up payment methods, and allow users to offer discounts during amazing events. It's just awesome! You can create multiple storefronts using built-in templates, list your products, mention your prices, and manage delivery and payments. You can also do marketing using the built-in bulk email feature and other marketing tools. Additionally, you can generate reports and analyze your sales, clothing, and more. In my case, I just own a clothing store for developers and manage it there.

On the basis of technical aspects it takes more time to install a template than other platforms, rest everything is good.

Being the Sales Engineer I was actively involved in the decision to adopt Ikas, It's deployment and the entire implementation process and I can attest just how easy and unchallenging it was set it up without affecting any of our business operations. Ikas delivered a paced and user-friendly interface that was less sophisticated making it easy for every other team member to take part in the building of our online store front comfortably without complication and makes daily e-commerce task seamless. I appreciate how Ikas has considered the needs of our non technical team by including a wide variety of templates, customs styles and themes that enabled us to quickly put together and customize an appealing online store for our wood products without having to start from scratch. It has proven to be a practical tool by allowing us to present all our products in images of itself and even better embedd an image of construction projects where the product has been used and include measurements, tags, well defined categories and price even when there is any discount soo that the websites visitor can get a clear view and full information on all our products. This makes it soo easy for our customers search and spot the any product they are looking for so easily. Updating and adding the front display is hassle free and we can add as many products as we have available in our stores. My greatest highlight is it's comprehensivity into a single unified single checkout page that have made management of our online store on multiple platforms and facilitation of all orders and stock tracks a breeze.In addition there is a carting system that allows website visitors add things to cart and onboarded a POS system as well ie we have been able to develop a fully functional and complete sales system. Having integrated Ikas with AWS has enhanced it's security and reliability and we haven't experienced any security breaches on our online store since it was deployed. We are lucky to have Ikas, it has elevated our entire E-commerce experience. It integrates flawlessly with our social media pages. 'This has been killing two birds with one stone' because the product catalogs, discount campaigns that we prepare for our online store are still the same one that we directly transfer for marketing on our social media platforms which saves us the hassle and time. Creating an amazing online store with our product catalogs well displayed has enabled double our sales by not only relying on walk-in clients but also reaching out to the far reached online prospects and customer base. We have stretched our craft and products wings to international markets courtesy of Ikas. Moreover it has been our life hack in managing all these sales proceeds from communication, orders receiving, payment processing, order dispatching to followup and review by customers without them having to come physically to the store. Ikas is our master of convenient buying and selling. We no longer have to have to manage products and inventory on the numerous spreadsheet which required us to manually key in details. We are using the powerful Ikas tools for realtime product management and inventory tracking in utmost accuracy. This also has saved us the time and resources while ensuring our records are updated. Security of online store is way better than that of our physical store. We have had to invest on pricey burglar proof systems but with the online store all the proceeds are secure.

**What do you like best about ikas?**

We owe our success in online sales to ikas because it helped us come up with a fantastic online store for selling the sporting products we make. ikas has very simple to use tools for creating an e-commerce store which allowed to create our own store without sourcing for external skills. It is much impressive how ikas allows us to keep our store up and running at all times without any breakdowns. ikas makes it so easy for us to add product pictures into our online store by allowing us to upload multiple pictures at the same time. It allows us to keep our store very well arranged which ensures that we are giving buyers very easy time when looking for the product they want to buy from the store. It has also helped us to provide buyers with an effortless and quick check out system which makes their purchase experience very friendly and simple. We receive exceptional support services from the support team who have always been quick to respond to our requests. They usually gives us guidance on how to improve our online store to make it more profitable. ikas also allowed us to setup a self checkout system at our physical store and allows us to easily track our sales from both the online store and the physical store by synchronizing sales activities across the two stores. It always sends us notification to update our online store with new products which help make sure that the products displayed in the online store are readily available for delivery incase a purchase is made. ikas provided us with very futuristic themes that allowed us to make our online store very beautiful and attractive to our buyers. Another excellent thing about ikas is that it helped us make our online store available beyond our local area which has helped us reach to buyers from all over. It provides our store with high-end security which ensures privacy and safety to all our data and also keeps our buyers data safe. Its seamless integration with shipping and delivery products allows us to provide our buyers with accurate updates to track their deliveries. It allows us to offer discounts on our sportswears by easily adding a discount option to our buyers during checkout. It is easy to track activities in our online store which makes it easy for us to understand the performance of our online store. Also, ikas allows us to add survey forms which help us understand the experience the buyers are having with our online store and also to collect feedbacks about our sporting products.

ikas simplicity and reliability has been so on point that there has been nothing to hate about it. Our experience with ikas has been smooth and without any challenges.

ikas has helped us to acquire an amazing online store for selling our sporting products over and beyond our local area. It allows us to have an always updated online store that help us reach out to buyers from everywhere in the nation and beyond. ikas has allowed us to offers our customers with a convenient and less stressful way of buying our sporting products where they get to order the products they want from our online store and we do the shipping and delivery to their location. It has helped us improve our sales by making our sporting products accessible to larger number of audiences as compared to when we were only selling from our physical store.

The best thing I like about Ikas is their ease to handle interface, where we can manage all our products and customer responses without failure. They have easy implementation and multiple integration options.

**What do you like best about ikas?**

From the first time I contacted ikas, the team helped me a lot. I had a failed e-commerce venture before, so I was a little concerned. However, representatives from ikas never left me alone throughout the process and encouraged me to work in this field. Using the panel is quite simple, I can do almost everything on my own after a 1-hour training planned for me. It was a critical step to grow my business, I'm glad I chose ikas.

**What do you dislike about ikas?**

However, it would be better if the mobile application was developed a little more. It is possible to update Product information via mobile application, but it is not possible to add new products. It would be very practical if the product could be installed from the mobile application.

**What problems is ikas solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most critical part for me was that processes such as shipping, payment and accounting could be easily managed from the panel. It is very positive that ikas provides easy integration and has a clear interface. If I have a problem, the process goes very well as I can reach the support team 24/7.
