What do you like best about Klaviyo?

I have used Bronto, Exact Target and a few others and nothing compares. It is this simple if you on Shopify Klaviyo is your only choice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaviyo?

Suppressing users. You shouldn’t have to export and then upload to suppress. It should be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klaviyo?

Good deliverability and stronger UX than some competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klaviyo?

Their pricing, also while their UX is stronger than say Infusionsoft or Keap, they still could be better. They also don't offer a ton of support for how high their prices are Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
