What do you like best about MSG91?

I use MSG91 as an SMS gateway for my Shopify app Simplify My Login (https://apps.shopify.com/login-using-otp) to send OTP on SMS and WhatsApp for easy login using mobile number. The platform is very user-friendly, and the APIs are defined for the right standards, making them easy to understand. Support from MSG91, especially Nishant, has been great. He is very responsive and knowledgeable, helping me to get better pricing and quickly solving any issues. The pricing is great, and the platform, along with its support, is best in class. Any issues I have, even on a Friday night, are addressed almost immediately by Nishant with replies within like ten minutes, which has been amazing.
