"Sparkpost & MessageBird are irresponsibles"

What do you like best about SparkPost?

Nothing, the Sparkpost and MessageBird have the worse service I have ever seen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SparkPost?

Sparkpost & MessageBird are irresponsibles with their account suspension, they don't care about the impact they can produce to the customers, and they don't care about the service. They cut our service because they didn't answer to more than 25 emails and 15 tickets we opened to inform that we need the payment information which they changed when moved from Sparkpost to MessageBird. They responded 6 months latter with wrong information delaying more and more the payment, but then they cut the service. It is the worse service I have ever received Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best about this product is -

- Easy to handle

- Better deliverability

- Track opens, clicks, unsubscribe, bounce, etc

- Have template builder

What do you dislike about SparkPost?

There is not such any instance where we can say that product is not useful.

We have implemented the same in our marketing automation flow through webengage and the jorneys works well. We would need more support in future whenever we increase our automation journey flow! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good for what I need it for!"

What do you like best about SparkPost?

I use Sparkpost to manage my customers' email domains through our platform, so I have a pretty narrow use case, but it works perfectly for that use case - no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SparkPost?

The only thing I don't like is that domain verification resets after a given timeframe. But I don't think that's something specific to Sparkpost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SparkPost solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Sparkpost to authenticate customers' email domains for use in our email feature - it allows our customers to 'dupe' their email + make it look like they're sending an individualized email directly from their personal inbox, where in reality, they are actually using our email sender (Sparkpost). "Not Very Accurate"

What do you like best about SparkPost?

Easy to Use and not very expensive. They have a long way to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SparkPost?

Ran a list of about 26,000 emails through their system, and about 300 came back as not mailable. Did a blast with the remaining, but over 400 were non-deliverable, and 65 made SPAM complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Integration to our CRM"

What do you like best about SparkPost?

SP is very intuitive. I am not a techy by any stretch of the imagination but am by default the "go to" in our office for management of emails. SP integrates into our CRM flawlessly, and we have only on a few occasions had to log into the master account to troubleshoot issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SparkPost?

My only complaint is we don't have spell check within our email. Because we use our email integrated within our CRM I am not sure if this is a CRM issue or Sparkpost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
