# Get someone out of waiting in flows

I have an issue where we created a trivia game using our SMS flows. The questions would be sent at different times, and the trivia would last over one day and the first trigger was for 7:30am. Unfortunately, some users entered the flow after the first question had sent, so they became stuck in "waiting", and the trigger would have sent the next text at 7:30am the following day... after the game was over. Is there a way to force send to these users?

Hi Brett, thank you for asking this crucial question about your trivia Flow. Our recommendations here will really depend on your Flow setup — once a Profile is in the "Waiting" stage, you will be unable to force send to the user. There are usually workarounds, however, so I'm going to have a member of our technical Support team reach out to you and provide some suggestions. In the future, feel free to post these questions in our Klaviyo Community Forum so you can learn from your peers! www.community.klaviyo.com
