"Good for startups and small companies to have discipline approach and maintain data."

What do you like best?

We started using this as a free software but then we moved to standard package as the product was able to meet our growing needs. We primarily used for contact management and integrating with our website for collecting incoming data. The form build up is easy, and as a startup company FunnelCRM gives you a discipline approach to your routine task and maintains the data.

What do you dislike?

I don't have any dislike for this, this is ideal for startups and small businesses

Recommendations to others considering the product

Every company needs some crm to start with, i would recommend FunnelCRM. You can start with the trial and then can upgrade to their packages per your requirement. The cost is not too high and it create an internal process for your routine task.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Creating forms for our website and collecting data was important, we could achieve this through Funnelcrm. We started out on trial but using this simple UI for our employees we moved to standard package

"Best CRM for Digital Marketing Agencies "

What do you like best?

Funnel CRM helps us to manage all our contacts, leads, accounts and sales pipeline from one place.

What do you dislike?

I haven't found any disadvantage yet. So far so good.

Funnel CRM is easy to use CRM than PipeDrive and SalesFalre and it doesn't have the bloated features

Funnel CRM eliminates the need to use scattered solutions. It’s one heck of a tool that unites your sales force around a single suite of software that easy-to-use and brings all your leads, customer interactions and more together in one place. So you can close more deals everyday by zapping your annoyance for manual data entry and complex work flows.

What do you like best?

The amount of options and flexibility this software provides is amazing. Like a business in a box.

What do you dislike?

Nothing - absolutely nothing to dislike.

Just buy it!!! You won't go wrong.

It solves the problem most CRM's have, which is time spent in the CRM vs. out in the field selling. Minimal time in Funnel CRM to reap big returns in benefits.
