I hope she sees this, Katharine Biarrieta has taken us from demo to training to trouble shooting and she is FANTASTIC. We had a bad storm here which had all internet out (since the internet was out, the phones were out). She helped troubleshoot in my time of panic how to get around this -- again, fantastic woman. Very easy to switch over to this system, especially with the hands-on from Katharine. Any question we had, she would answer in a jiffy.
What do you dislike?
So far, nothing comes to mind. This switch has been beneficial to all team members and we are very happy!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our old phone system went down EVERY SINGLE DAY. Coming into the present day and moving to VOIP, we have not had problems.
