"Reliable Video Calls and Smart AI Summaries in One Webex Suite"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webex Suite?

I use Webex Suite at Yebehir Marketing for client meetings, team messaging, and webinars, and have for about five months. Many of our clients are outside Ethiopia, so reliable video calls are essential.

The interface is clean and consistent across desktop and mobile. I can move from a team chat to a video call in one click, and scheduling through the Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook integrations saves me time setting up client meetings.

Performance is the biggest strength for us. Calls stay stable even on weaker internet connections, which is common here, and the background noise removal keeps meetings clear when working from busy locations. Screen sharing during campaign presentations is smooth with minimal lag.

The AI Assistant adds real value. It generates meeting summaries and action items automatically, so I no longer take detailed notes during client calls. After a strategy session, I share the summary with the team within minutes, which keeps everyone aligned. Real-time translation and captions also help on calls with international clients.

Pricing feels fair given that meetings, messaging, calling, and webinars come in one suite instead of separate tools. Onboarding was straightforward, and support resolved a setup issue with our webinar settings quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webex Suite?

The desktop app can feel heavy at times. It uses noticeable memory and battery, and on older laptops it sometimes slows other apps during long meetings with screen sharing.

The settings menus are spread across different places, so adjusting audio, video, or meeting options can take more clicks than it should. Some clients joining for the first time also struggle with the join process when they don’t have the app installed, which occasionally delays meeting starts.

Messaging works well, but it feels less polished than dedicated chat tools, and searching older conversations or files isn’t always quick.

The AI summaries are useful, but they sometimes miss context or attribute action items to the wrong person, so I review them before sharing with clients. Advanced features like webinar tools and AI capabilities also depend on the plan, which can make pricing feel complex.

Overall, these are minor issues compared to the reliability and features Webex provides. A lighter desktop app and a simpler guest join experience would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
