What do you like best about Close?

What I like most about Close is how simple and intuitive it is to use. Everything I need.....calls, emails, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking is in one place, which makes it easy to stay organized and move quickly. I also really appreciate how it’s built with sales teams in mind, especially the calling and automation features, because they help me stay productive without feeling overwhelmed. What do you dislike about Close?

If I’m being honest, the main downside for me is that Close can sometimes feel a bit rigid. It does what it’s designed to do really well, but when you want deeper customization or very detailed reports, you may hit some limits. Close makes it really easy to manage and track all communication in one place. The built-in calling, email sync, and lead tracking are seamless, and the Smart Views save a lot of time when prioritising outreach. What do you dislike about Close?

The reporting side could be a bit more customisable, especially when it comes to team performance breakdowns and activity tracking. Sometimes filters or exports require a few extra steps. "Easy Setup and Feature-Rich, But Redundant Functions Need Streamlining"
What do you like best about Close?

What do you dislike about Close?

The redundancy. It would be better to only have one day to perform a function, not a half a dozen. Not knowing all the features and how to utilize them eats at me. I know I can learn more. What do you like best about Close?

I find Close very easy to navigate and use. The platform's user-friendly nature makes it simple for me to handle tasks efficiently. I love how everything, including email, is well integrated, making it easy to manage communications. The text campaigns, incoming calls, and app perform really well, especially when I'm away from my computer. It's incredibly helpful to access the entire lead sheet with full information on the go. Everything being accessible on one platform is just great for my workflow, allowing me to manage my clients, outbound dialing, and communications all in one place. What do you dislike about Close?

What do you like best about Close?

It's easy to use, and both leads and tasks are organized in a way that makes tracking simple. The integrations are impressive too, with LinkMatch being a particular favorite of mine. I really appreciate the task function—each day, I just check my inbox to see what needs to be done. When we first started, getting set up was effortless; with just one click, we were able to start using Close right away. Customer support has also been quite responsive. What do you like best about Close?

Close is incredibly intuitive — the ease of use is one of its biggest strengths. From day one, our team could navigate the platform without training, and it’s made daily tasks feel effortless. The number of features is also impressive: everything from lead tracking to automated follow-ups is built in, but it never feels bloated. The ease of implementation was a pleasant surprise — setup was fast, and we didn’t need a long onboarding process. Plus, the ease of integration with our existing tools made adoption seamless. What do you dislike about Close?

Honestly, very little. If anything, I’d love even more customization in reporting views. That said, the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions — so even small issues get resolved quickly. What do you like best about Close?

I use Close for managing leads I get through cold email outreach. It solves the biggest problem, which is me forgetting to follow up on the prospects that are interested in my services and it gives me a clear view on how many of them I have in the pipeline. I like that it instantly synchronizes with my email messages even though I don't use Gmail nor Microsoft Mail. And I love that it gives me the option to customize categories I can put my leads in. What do you dislike about Close?

It doesn't give the option to use my phone number for SMS and receiving phone calls, and it doesn't give me the option to buy a Serbian phone number. They could expand on their services to automate cold email outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the most is the email campaign and workflow feature. It helps us reach more people with mass campaigns, and at the same time, we can send quick one-to-one emails right after a call using templates. What do you like best about Close?

I appreciate Close for its great AI assistance in lead summarizing and lead search. I also find the task system awesome. The AI assistance is present in every step, which is really helpful. Additionally, the call recognition system works well, making my experience smoother than before. The initial setup of Close was dope, which made it easy for me to get started.
