**What do you like best about Stripe Terminal?**

In my personal opinion stripe, that’s a good job of bringing together online and in person payments onto one simple platform. It allows our business to bridge the digital currency with physical currency easily. I believe that it helps us to create a custom checkout experience for people with flexible, hardware, and it provides us with consistent reporting and data across all of our ourselves channels. It’s a great POS software system because it also supports payments and other countries we have the chip contact list and swipe capability as well.

**What do you dislike about Stripe Terminal?**

I have to be really honest here and say that for as much as good as it has, it really does have some significant high technical barriers. The specialized support is really crappy and it is a high cost compared to all in one POS systems we used in the past I think that it’s required more for developers versus just not very user-friendly. We don’t have a striped POS app that we can use so that makes it really hard and the transaction fees are pretty insane.

**What problems is Stripe Terminal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think for us so far stripe has helped us with complex payment challenges by handling it with a secure and automated platform. It has reduced failed payments definitely prevented fraud. We have automated subscriptions and we can manage multicurrency transactions. I guess with the high fraud rate delivery. It is the best thing that we have because it can block fraudulent transactions, allowing us to not lose out any revenue.

I really like how seamless it feels to manage both online and offline transactions from one dashboard. Their documentation and support are also top-notch — it saves a lot of time for developers and teams.

**What do you dislike about Stripe Terminal?**

The only thing that could be improved is the pricing structure for small businesses — it can get a bit expensive when you’re just starting out. Also, occasional firmware updates can take longer than expected, which can be slightly inconvenient during busy hours. But overall, these are minor issues compared to the benefits.

Stripe Terminal has made it simple to unify our online and offline payment experiences. Earlier, managing in-store payments alongside online transactions was a hassle with different systems and manual reconciliation. I love how easy Stripe Terminal makes it to view all of our past transactions. The amount of data and analytics provided is impressive and very helpful, allowing us to quickly pull up reports and track our fiscal year performance, keeping us on track financially. It's essential for processing our online donations, and we've never had any issues with getting payouts. The initial setup was very easy, and learning to use it has been smooth. It's a cost-effective way to process online donations, and I would recommend it highly.

I work as an accountant in the UAE, and my clients have given me access to Stripe based on their POS statements. I use this information to implement the data into their books of accounts. I find Stripe much easier to use when it comes to reconciling closing balances with the records in the books. The platform provides straightforward reports, making it simple to track payouts. Its user-friendly interface and overall ease of use are definite advantages.

**What do you dislike about Stripe Terminal?**

The payout process with Stripe can sometimes be delayed. Occasionally, payments are processed quickly, but at other times, it takes longer to receive the funds from my clients' customers.

I don't like that sometimes the websites will glitch and lose connection, causing my work not to be saved and deleted, making me start over. I also don't like the size of the images you can upload because most images are bigger than the requested size, causing me to spend time editing and changing my image to be able to be uploaded.

I use Stripe Terminal for my online e-commerce sites and a print-on-demand clothing line to help process and document all my Visa, debit, or credit card purchases. I like how streamlined and easy it is to integrate with my business; you can get an API key, or platforms like Shopify already have it integrated for easy processing of payments. I appreciate how my sales are documented with a full view of my data, allowing me to see every purchase and payment order received clearly. I can use the data to see who is buying what and when, also collect emails and info, and cash out the money from sales directly to my bank account. The initial setup was easy for both API and integration, and it's used when building apps for the subscription process. I like the platform, so I don't have anything negative.

Not being able to create a "pay as you go" link or being able to create a subscription for 6 months.

Stripe Terminal is very easy to use and setup. I like that it connect fast with mobile app or web system and accept card or tap payment without problem. The dashboard show all transaction clear and update quickly. Integration with backend using API also very simple. It make customer checkout faster and reduce manual work for us. I also like the design of the reader device – small, modern, and work stable most of the time.

Sometimes the connection between reader and network drop for few seconds, especially when Wi-Fi is weak. Price for hardware device little high for small shop. Also it take bit time to understand all setup steps if someone new to Stripe. Customer support is okay but can reply faster.

What I like best about Stripe Terminal is how straightforward it is to get up and running. The setup is quick, the interface is easy to understand, and it integrates seamlessly into the way we already handle payments. Even people in our team who aren’t very technical find it simple to use.  I use this on a daily basis for a number of websites.

**What do you dislike about Stripe Terminal?**

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike because the service itself is excellent and everything runs smoothly. The only point I’d raise is around the transaction fees — while I recognise you’re paying for a reliable and friction-free system, I do wish the fees were a little lower. It’s a small trade-off for the quality you get, but it would make a great service even better.

Stripe Terminal makes it much easier to manage payments when I’m running multiple events, often with lots of different people paying on the day. Because the market is so competitive, I wish that the pricing was better. As a small business owner, it is helpful to have products that are cost efficient for a low overhead.

I use Stripe Terminal to collect payments for my personal business. I really like the dashboard and how quickly the payouts happen. It's very easy to use, especially with a link to check out for customers. I appreciate that Stripe allows me to accept credit card and PayPal payments.

Setup was a little confusing, and I was really unsure about taxes and whether I needed to include those in my total fee. I didn’t feel like the info provided was enough for me to decide.
