What do you like best about Stripe Terminal?

I find Stripe Terminal great for my business, allowing customers to pay for products through a website or app without any hassle, and enabling them to choose their preferred delivery time. I also love the invoice feature where customers are able to payment later if necessary, ensuring I do not lose money on transactions. Additionally, the ability to create customer profiles on both the app and website, allows experiences to be tailor to the shopping experience and keep track of customer preferences and popular products. The dashboard is another highlight for me, as it provides valuable insights into visitor numbers and revenue, helping me to monitor sales and manage inventory effectively. What do you dislike about Stripe Terminal?

I don't like that sometimes the websites will glitch and lose connection, causing my work not to be saved and deleted, making me start over. I also don't like the size of the images you can upload because most images are bigger than the requested size, causing me to spend time editing and changing my image to be able to be uploaded. What do you like best about Stripe Terminal?

Stripe Terminal is very easy to use and setup. I like that it connect fast with mobile app or web system and accept card or tap payment without problem. The dashboard show all transaction clear and update quickly. Integration with backend using API also very simple. It make customer checkout faster and reduce manual work for us. What do you dislike about Stripe Terminal?

Sometimes the connection between reader and network drop for few seconds, especially when Wi-Fi is weak. Price for hardware device little high for small shop. Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike because the service itself is excellent and everything runs smoothly. The only point I’d raise is around the transaction fees — while I recognise you’re paying for a reliable and friction-free system, I do wish the fees were a little lower.
