It's easy to use the chats are lined next to each other and you can see the profile without closing the current page

I think you need to see more information on the same page rather than opening another tab

Seeing cx information and helping them better

Simple to use theres not so many steps to do tasks
Our company uses two different programs within
Not sure is one was bought with conversion but overall this one is much easier to navigate
Fast

Not enough use within company
We currently use two different systems depending on location 
Sometimes it freezes but we havent determined if its software or not

Its easy to use and has multiple functions.

Inventory is better & faster customer service
Knowing what we have is easier now than it was at other retailers

**What do you like best about Back Office?**

The system makes sense from a logical point of view, such as certain actions that rely on previous actions. It is easy to learn and use. 

**What do you dislike about Back Office?**

I wish there were more available and easier to use keyboard shortcuts on the system to make processing faster. 

**What problems is Back Office solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was very useful to look at KPI's for the store, based on different dates as well. We were also able to look at the specific items sold to gain an understanding of what was popular for the day or week.

It is designed in a way that makes managing the tasks much simpler. Another positive is the way we can customize the tool to do cross platform management

**What do you dislike about Back Office?**

It is not very intuitive to learn the tool. It took me a while to figure out the different options in the menu.

**Recommendations to others considering Back Office:**

Try it to see if it is the right tool for you.

**What problems is Back Office solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem that can be solved is managing multiple tasks in a single plan and gives a good snapshot of the high level tasks.
