It is easy to learn and use. **What do you dislike about Back Office?** I wish there were more available and easier to use keyboard shortcuts on the system to make processing faster. **What problems is Back Office solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was very useful to look at KPI's for the store, based on different dates as well. We were also able to look at the specific items sold to gain an understanding of what was popular for the day or week. ### 5. Another positive is the way we can customize the tool to do cross platform management **What do you dislike about Back Office?** It is not very intuitive to learn the tool.
