## About Close
Close is a sales CRM with built-in calling, SMS, email, automation, and AI, designed for founders, startups, agencies, and growing sales teams. The platform helps businesses manage leads, communicate with prospects, track opportunities, and automate follow-up from a single system. Close is commonly used by teams that want their CRM to support sales execution, not just store customer data. Users can call, email, text, manage pipelines, assign tasks, create workflows, run outreach sequences, and track sales activity directly inside the platform. Close is built for founder-led businesses, startups, small businesses, agencies, recruiting firms, coaching companies, financial services teams, SaaS companies, and inside sales teams. It supports teams ranging from individual founders to sales organizations with more than 100 representatives. Key capabilities include: • CRM and pipeline management for tracking leads, contacts, opportunities, activities, and customer relationships • Built-in calling, SMS, and email, with communication history connected to customer records • Sales automation for workflows, sequences, lead routing, task management, and follow-up • Power Dialer and Predictive Dialer for teams managing high-volume outbound sales or recruiting workflows • Reporting and analytics for pipeline visibility, activity tracking, forecasting, and sales performance • Chloe, the AI agent built directly into Close, which can help qualify leads, book meetings, follow up with prospects, research accounts, enrich records, summarize conversations, and update CRM data Chloe operates inside Close, where customer records, conversations, activities, opportunities, and workflows already live. This allows Chloe to take action using CRM context, rather than working as a standalone AI tool connected through separate integrations. Teams can use Chloe to engage new leads, re-engage dormant opportunities, capture qualification data, schedule meetings, and hand qualified conversations to human sales representatives when appropriate. By combining CRM, communication, automation, reporting, and AI-assisted sales workflows in one platform, Close helps teams reduce manual work, improve speed-to-lead, maintain follow-up consistency, and manage more sales activity without adding unnecessary operational complexity.

## Close Reviews
  ### 1. Best Dog Groomer CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nico V. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I've been using Close for a few months now and can safely say it's one of the best customer management options for dog groomers. It's hard to find tools for my industry that do exactly what I want so when I came across Close I figured I'd give it a shot and I'm glad I did. All customer info in one place, auto follow ups, and can even send and receive emails directly from the desktop app. The custom pipelines help me a lot because each service I offer has a different process, making a pipeline for each one helps me visualize my operations.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Would like to see one-click call options on the leads or contact pages so I don't have to open up a new tab / page every time.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualizing my internal processes and marketing to customers pre and post payment.

  ### 2. Everything We Need, and User Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank O. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close has everything that we need to run our brokerage. The communication threads are amazing for us to see who spoke with who, when, and how. We compared close to multiple other CRM's and unanimously we chose to go with close. It was simple to use, and offered us everything we needed to efficiently run our business. The customer support has been great, and it was very easy to integrate everything we already had and implement it into our company. We use it all day every day.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

So far theres nothing I don't like about close. Its been pretty much perfect.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to stay extremely organized. We are able to track everything from the phone conversations to the emails and texts we send and all users cn stay on the same page with each client

  ### 3. Effortless Cold Calling with Ultimate Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really appreciate that Close keeps everything organized and is very easy to use, making it very productive for me. I like the simplicity and that it puts everything all in one place. The initial setup was very, very easy for me, and it's been very good for cold calling.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I would say connecting multiple channels, like FB messages, or IG messages, etc

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Close keeps everything organized and is very easy to use, making it productive for cold calls.

  ### 4. cost effective crm option

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig B. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like that Close is a cheap option for customer management. I credit my account twice every month and make 100s of calls for each of those months. I can also keep track of what was said during each call with their AI note taker, good for me because my memory isn't the best and some calls can go on for a while. When you're in the trenches like me you don't always have a pen and paper ready to take notes.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Smart lists took me a while to understand. I am in the process of putting together quick access lists for my contacts.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cheap calling and customer management. It's good when I can instantly recall what was said during each conversation simply by checking the AI notes taker. Love it and don't want to switch because of this feature alone.

  ### 5. Super Easy, Quick-Acting CRM for SDR Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex D. | SDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

Super easy to use, quick-acting CRM, great for SDR function!

**What do you dislike about Close?**

A little better navigation from home page would be helpful.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing SDR function to outreach effectively and hit mass prospects in sequences and call cadences!

  ### 6. Versatile Communications Hub with Easy Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bharath P.

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love the seamless integration of apps in Close, which allows me to manage all my communication in one place without needing to switch between different applications. This is incredibly convenient for efficiently contacting my clients globally. The platform's beautiful features enable me to handle all tasks from a single platform. I find the initial setup of Close easy and quick, which made the transition smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this integrated approach streamlines my work process and enhances productivity.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

NA

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close for contacting my clients globally, appreciating its integrated features that eliminate the need to switch apps, ensuring seamless communication from a single platform.

  ### 7. Sales-First Design Shines, But Major Issues Hold It Back

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles P. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

The only thing I liked is its sales-first design and its strong pipeline visibility.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I can list the issues I didn't like.
It has limited customization.
Its reporting function is very basic.
Its mobile experience is the worst.
It has very limited automation.
Its pricing is the issue if you need it for a big team.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using it for my sales process and it was hard to use with very limited options

  ### 8. Best Cold Calling Software i have ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adhiraj P. | Sales Closer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really liked using Close.com. It's a powerful CRM that makes follow-ups, lead tracking, and pipeline management super efficient. The interface is clean, everything is organized well, and it's clearly built for people who care about closing deals fast. Highly recommended for sales teams and agency owners.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Its predictive dialing feature only calls 1 call at a time when i use it i want that it call 3 4 number at a time so that i can save more time

Also it should have the capability to skip the voicemail it should have a option whther to skip the voice mail or not

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calling a lot of people in a conveinient way thats what i like

  ### 9. Flawless interface, integrated with all the features you could need.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dalton P. | Chief Executive Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close has been wonderful for me and my team. It creates a dominion for each member of the team where they can thrive and reach new limits that were never possible with other softwares. Close makes everything easy and has wonderful functionality. The Close interface is so user friendly, you could pick it right up in a few days.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The only thing that I dislike about close is that when you go to “done” - “messages” it puts the same thread in the channel multiple times. Just put the name.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything is all in one. Saves me a lot of time.

  ### 10. Unmatched CRM Features, Easy Setup, and Intuitive Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomasz A. | Owner/Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I appreciate the AI features in Close that offer perfect lead summaries, making it easier to track lead status without sifting through information. I find the auto-recording of calls and built-in dialer incredibly convenient. The CRM's simplicity and ease of use are outstanding, with everything I need within easy reach. The activity log is amazing, and the overall cleanliness of the interface stands out.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I find the automation builder in Close to be less than ideal. It doesn't compare favorably to other platforms like Go High Level, which offer far superior automation capabilities.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close solves numerous problems by centralizing CRM activities, offering easy-to-use features like auto call recording and AI summaries, enhancing efficiency in managing leads, and simplifying my workflow.

  ### 11. User Friendly Close

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Import and Export | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like the user friendly feature of close . I have other CRM as well , but close is more user friendly with better filter options. I like close note taker.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I have seen ,close gives tasks updates 5 mins prior to the scheduled time and vanishes from pop up on the exact time. We can still can find in task section , but if this is improved it wold be of great help.
If few more options are added to the status of the lead .,like filled it by mistake . it will help to filter out

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping me easily reach out to my clients ., I can access emails and read them ,customise them too. I can filter out leads and add them based on the current status.

  ### 12. everything you need rolled into one platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damian W. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Safe to say I have been a daily user of Close for the last few months (since signing up). Basically, it replaces all other services that I was using which is nice. Between myself and my the few team members that use my account for sales management, we rarely lose track of anything anymore. Email setup is a breeze and can even import my contact list from a CSV. Saves me hours of manual work since I have thousands of contacts. Really good overall and I won't be leaving.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Desktop app has a tendency to change audio settings sometimes.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taking all my contacts and placing it into close was great. From there, I've been sending jobs out to my time with ease.

  ### 13. Close is great product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wesley M.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Can be slow to update sometimes

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping leads organized

  ### 14. Since making the switch to Close I have had nothing but a great experience.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric B. | Founder and President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I can't speak highly enough about the set up and ease of use. So freaking easy compared to some of the others I was considering. On top of that when I had a question the Customer Support was phenomenal. Hands down the best CRM I have used in my sales career and definitely the most cost effective. Also, I love the automated workflows with the SMS feature.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I honestly don't have anything at the moment that I dislike about Close. It has everything that I need. If I had to nitpick I guess not being able to adjust all the settings on the phone app like I can on the web version would be it. Again, that's nitpicking because I use the laptop 85% of the time anyway.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me with my lead organization and follow up. It helps me by making things automated, clear and consise.

  ### 15. Excellent CRM with Powerful Features and Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raul E. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

We've been using Close for some time now, and it's been a game changer for our sales process. The ease of use stands out right away – the interface is intuitive, clean, and easy to navigate, even for team members who aren’t tech-savvy. Implementation was quick and smooth, and we were up and running in no time.

One of the things we appreciate the most is the customer support – fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Every interaction has been professional and efficient, which really makes a difference when you're working on tight timelines.

Feature-wise, Close is packed with useful tools, but a special shoutout goes to the email templates and automation features. They've helped us streamline outreach, save time, and stay consistent in our messaging. The automation flows are simple to set up but incredibly powerful in day-to-day operations.

Highly recommend Close to any team looking for a reliable, all-in-one CRM solution that delivers real value.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

While Close has been an excellent CRM overall, one area we believe could be improved is the Inbox management. Currently, the Inbox catches emails from all leads and contacts, which can make it cluttered and harder to prioritize key conversations.

We’d love to see an option to exclude certain contacts or email threads from the Primary Inbox — perhaps with a way to mark them as “Ignored” so they only show up under Inbox > Emails and not in the main thread view. This would help us focus on the most relevant conversations while still keeping everything accessible when needed.

It's a small thing compared to all the great features Close offers, but it would really enhance our day-to-day workflow.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps us stay on top of post-proposal communication and improves tracking efficiency

One of the main problems Close is solving for us is the follow-up process after sending proposals. With Close, it's much easier to keep track of ongoing conversations, set reminders, and ensure that no opportunity slips through the cracks.

It also allows us to efficiently track email and document history for each lead — something that was far more time-consuming and fragmented when we were using Gmail. Now, all our communication is centralized, organized by contact, and easily accessible, which greatly improves productivity and clarity across the team.

  ### 16. company email sending app

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian L. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Feature rich email sending and calling. Custom pipelines are good (still making mine). Always use this for my mass email sends to team members.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Smart views are not easy to setup but the customer support is working with me to get this done.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

email sends and team meetings.

  ### 17. Favourite Software for Client Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard G. | Director of Numero Agency, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Love how Close can be used as a complete back-end software for client retention. Myself and my assistant have been setting up automations that automatically manage our existing client list with upsells and general nurturing and the response has been great! Rosalie, my assistant has picked up Close fast and we're getting so much done for half the effort.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Workload management when you have multiple team members on the same account takes a while to figure out.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Close a few months ago I had a fairly bad client nurturing system but now with Close I can add my personal email account and phones and speak with clients wherever I am. Messages never (that I know of) go to spam and with my email metrics they're always delivered.

  ### 18. Close Is Here To Stay: Fast, Efficient, Reliable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron D. | Owner: CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Over the last few months I've been testing Close and their options and it's safe to say I'm impressed. Costs to operate the software are cheap in comparison to what's out there. There's near no latency when calling and notifications for incoming calls, emails, and txt messages are instant. Their desktop program makes using Close on my work computer a breeze and overall with my extended use I only need to credit my account once every few months. I will be using Closing going into the future.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The sms options are useful but take a lot of time to set up.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of what I use Close for is for creating internal communication channels within my company and giving me marketing team a way to reach our database without using too many platforms.

  ### 19. Effortless to Use and Intuitive Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard G. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I've used CRM's such as Vinsolutions and Hubspot. This CRM really is much better than both in my opinion. Easy to use, very customizable.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I will say, with all of the customization available, it would be nice if you had more options in regards to bulk updates. It's pretty limited in comparison to the rest of the platform.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed a CRM, this is hands down better than Hubspot.

  ### 20. Effortless Cold Calling Boosted Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akansel O.

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like that Close is quick, clean, and has no bugs. When cold calling, time is money, so its speed allows me to call more people and make more money. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Nothing

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close for cold calling from Turkey to France. It's quick, clean, and has no bugs, which is crucial since time is money in cold calling. This helps me call more people and potentially make more money.

  ### 21. Excellent Support, But Pricey and Limited Call/Text Options

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close's customer support is very good and responds quickly. There were very helpful when I was first setting up my account.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Close is quite expensive for its functionality and I don't like that you can't pay for unlimited call/text usage.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close is helping my company to make outbound calls from anywhere in the world and store recordings of every call so that we can go back and learn from them.

  ### 22. Clean Design and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel S. | SDR, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Very clean sleek design and easy to use. Apple of CRMs. Use it every day and it's great. Very easy to get used to.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Maybe just not fully used to it yet but after using Hubspot for many years, they are very similar. (Hubspot is my favorite). Haven't really had a chance to try customer support.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having my day be as efficient and productive as possible, not wasting time on the small things

  ### 23. I'm loving the platform and all it's AI integrated features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love the power dial and the “call outcome” field as it helps me categorize the interaction in the quickest, most efficient way.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I've been working with the platform for about 2 months and, aside from the occasional LAG, there are no complaints.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to my ADHD, I struggle with executive function disorder, so a simple task as choosing to make a call, can become very taxing when I have to consciously overcome the rush of anxiety 80 times a day. With the power dialer, I just create my list for the day and soar through the calls without feeling overwhelmed at all. Then I can categorize the outcome and move on without even thinking about. It's a simple feature that makes my job 10x easier.

  ### 24. Efficient contact tool with challenges in setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I appreciate the intelligent telephony feature in Close, which significantly simplifies the process by allowing me to effortlessly contact a large number of prospects. This feature highlights Close for me, as it supports efficient communication and helps me better manage appointments and stay in touch with potential customers.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I find the introductory videos insufficient for personal needs, which makes getting started difficult. The initial setup of Close was complicated, which hindered a smooth start.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Close provides an overview for contacting prospects and facilitates appointment scheduling through smart telephony.

  ### 25. Best CRM I have ever used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rob O. | Legal Assessment Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close has honestly transformed the way I work. I deal with a constant stream of client matters and moving parts, and this is the first CRM I’ve used that actually feels like it was built for real day-to-day work. It’s clean, fast, and just makes sense.

What I love most is how easy it is to keep track of conversations and follow-ups without anything slipping through the cracks. It’s saved me hours of admin each week, and I’ve genuinely had clients comment/poaitive trustpilot reviews on how organised and responsive I’ve been since using it.

If you’re in a job where communication and timing matter, Close will make your life so much easier. Easily the best CRM I’ve used.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Close could be improved by making it easier t9 mass delete opportunities

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one platform. Nothing not to love about it.

  ### 26. Highly recommend it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close has honestly been one of the easiest CRMs I’ve ever set up. It didn’t take much time at all to get up and running, and the interface is super intuitive. I really like how everything’s laid out following up with leads, managing the pipeline, and keeping track of conversations feels effortless. Plus, it integrates easily with the other tools we use, which saved us a lot of hassle. Overall, it’s made staying organized and on top of things way easier. Highly recommend if you're looking for a CRM that just works without the extra noise.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be around the voicemail feature. Sometimes after finishing a voicemail message, it doesn’t register the end of the call properly and just keeps running through the voicemail setup. I’ve found myself needing to refresh the page to make sure it fully wraps up. Not a dealbreaker at all, but a small fix there would make the experience even smoother.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me to stay on top of my outreach and follow up without anything slipping through the cracks. It keeps all my communications, calls, emails, notes in one place, so I'm not jumping between tools. That's been a huge time saver and it makes it way easier to stay organized and focused.

  ### 27. Using Close.com saves you a bunch of time!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier G. | Business Development Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

That you can upload your information, make calls, and send emails all on the same site without the hassle of going back and forth on windows and integrate everything you need. Also, it has a customer support button if you have trouble, you can look for the issue. Overall, a very good tool for using every day and implementing it to your workflow.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes it freezes up and takes a while to go to the companies' profiles when makes calls.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not had many problems with Close now.

  ### 28. Simple Mobile App & CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max D. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Used to use Hubspot for handling my contacts but I could never wrap my head around it. Close is a better alternative because it's simple to navigate and has one of the best mobile apps that I've seen. Feels like it's built for what I do. As long as I remember to set my custom fields properly I can see all my customer data like opportunity value and pipeline stages.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The biggest thing that stands out to me is the AI notes assistant. When I leave it on there is a delay on phone calls. Despite that it works well.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily acting as my main businesses sales software to manage customers and their pipeline stages. Using Close as my secondary phone carrier is also noteworthy.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulina P. | Graduate Admissions Specialist II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like how easy it is to navigate and organize in real time

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes it will have an outage out of the blue and sometimes and sometimes templates do not work as they should

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me stay on top of my responsibilities through tracking

  ### 33. Very effective platform with close as a setter

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew S. | setter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

It keeps track of everything required to easily access monitor call and filter through thousands of clients that need to be called and followed up each day.

  ### 34. Efficient CRM with Stellar Usability and Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy Y.

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love its clear and dynamic user interface, which makes navigating it so much easier. The efficiency it brings to organizing leads and minimizing admin tasks is top-notch. Having all interactions, including call recordings, in one interface is fantastic. The integration with tools like Slack through Zapier significantly boosts our productivity. Overall, it's my favorite CRM, and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I find it somewhat inconvenient that Close does not have integrated features for charging clients and managing contracts directly within the platform. This absence means I must use other tools to perform these tasks, breaking the workflow continuity and causing extra steps that could be streamlined if managed within Close.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close enhances our team's organization and efficiency by simplifying lead sorting, minimizing admin work, and providing a unified interface for all interactions, including call recordings and email tracking.

  ### 35. Sales without chaos, thanks to powerful pipelines

Close eliminates chaos and prevents time loss. It provides me with a clear overview, especially with the great pipelines, so I can see exactly where our potentials lie.

  ### 36. The Best CRM in existence in 2025.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

The usability is one of the things I like best about Close. It is so smooth to use and works so fast as compared to many other CRMs out there like GoHighLevel and ActiveCampaign. Close CRM is miles ahead of other CRMs out there and trust me, I've used the majority of CRMs out there and nothing comes close to Close CRM. Close is something I use everyday and I wouldn't want to use any other CRM.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The one thing I don't like about Close CRM is microphone connectivity. I've noticed at times, when making calls through Close, Close will tell me the microphone is not connected properly when it very clearly is and this can become quite annoying.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping the business I work for manage it's leads in a very effective manner. We are converting at quite a high percentage because of the CRM and because of that I make a lot of commissions.

  ### 37. Effortless Sales Management, Needs Bulk SMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angelica M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I use Close for managing the full sales pipeline. I like its organization and easy deal viewing. The easy user experience makes it great, and the initial setup was pretty easy.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I would love bulk SMS. Instead of typing out each individual text for older leads, I would like a way to send it in bulk by adjusting the names.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me manage the full sales pipeline efficiently with organization and easy deal viewing.

  ### 38. Close is best CRM tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** beena n. | Project manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close is one of the best CRM tools that helps to manage the tasks with its awesome features like the built-in communication and reporting tools. It is very easy to use and helps to close the deals sooner. The interface is very simple we can have all at one place, all emails, conversations with customer are well organised and easy to set up

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Quite happy with the features provided by close but the call feature needs to be improved.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using close I had issues with managing and organising the customer communications and conversations, email tracking was quite difficult and un-organised and hence took up a lot of time and effort to close a deal. With Close one of the best CRM tools email tracking has been very simplified and hence I can save a lot of time and efforts. Also close provides reporting features, customer conversations, emails completed or done, calls, tasks and more under one interface.

  ### 39. Seamless navigation, quick learning curve, unbelievable customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lance G. | Realtor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love that Close has everything all in one place when going to review my day. I can see the task I need to complete, my schedule and new leads that have come in. It's a great way to overview and then I can pinpoint from there by clicking on what is necessary. Which will take me to the finer details. Also, if ther is ever any issues, customer support is always quick to respond! Lastly, it syncs easily with my calendar which I love. Not only is it an extra layer of protection so I don't miss anything but it is also helpful when going to schedule my day.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

My ONLY gripe is that after I use the call feature for any length of time it does start to break up and I have to call the prospect back. It's usually not an issue but is a minor annoyance.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing me to create templates for the text I send out. Also, I enjoy the AI transcript that happens after each call. It gives a summary and I can read the entire transcript and click on specfic areas of the transcript that take me right to what I want to listen too. Love that feautre!

  ### 40. Close, and how cool it is

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Its easy to use, clean and simple for a creative like myself, its easy to use, and i love using it to contact my leads

**What do you dislike about Close?**

the pay as you go phone feature is good but its hard to track where the money is going, im not sure which phone calls cost the most, or where my top ups end up being spent

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

finding and closing leads and mangaging everything, plus communication with my leads

  ### 41. Simple and Seamless, Minor Bugs Occasionally

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dillon W. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

The simplicity and how everything just works together, just like using an Apple product that is super hard to switch away from

**What do you dislike about Close?**

few bugs here and there that make dialling more leads take slightly longer

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dialling mass amounts of leads in a short amount of time and consistently bringing efficiency to the sales team, while integrating all necessary tools into one,

  ### 42. Great software. Awful support. Billing is misleading and extremely confusing.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I think it is feature rich but confusing.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Support is awful. No phone number to call. You email and at the companies convenience, not the clients they email you back. I try to set up a scheduled call a day after I needed to speak to somebody and I was on another call so i missed the meeting, further proving my point that customer service is not good and not at my the client's convenience. Tech companies don't believe in phone support and its insanely frustrating. Not good. The advertised plans make it seem like all these features are included. They are not. It is misleading. I have no idea how billing works with text and phone features. My invoices and receipts are not itemized and Im given articles to do my own research and try to figure out. Not happy at all. I am committed to the software at this point. So I use Grok AI to give me instructions on how to do things in Close. I have to go to a third party solution for help. AI is not always helpful either. It would be nice to connect with a human via phone and have a 2 minute conversation instead of stretch it out for days.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Offer premier phone support. Be like Nordstrom or Charles Schwab, or Tmobile when John Leger was running it. Be more honest and clear about billing. Itemize Invoices and Receipts.

  ### 43. User-Friendly CRM That Organizes and Streamlines Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua H.

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I find Close user-friendly and appreciate its seamless platform. Scheduling tasks is particularly valuable for me to ensure I don't forget to follow up or reach out to clients. The initial setup was very easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Nothing at this time.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me keep my clients organized, manage tasks and reminders, and track sales reports. I value scheduling tasks to ensure I don't forget follow-ups.

  ### 44. Smart CRM with Robust Marketing Features for Home Services

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim R. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Most CRMs and management software for home services only focus on customer management whereas Close gives you the chance to cater to leads, customers, and your internal team operations and this is why I'm in big favour of this piece of software.

Close helps me send automated messages to our leads depending on their source, such as website submission forms or Facebook Advertising forms and then give those leads to a designated member on my sales team. We're a small group but we're able to manage our lead flow with extreme efficiency because of Close features.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The workflow integrations take a bit to get going. Once they're online they're good and operational.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most beneficial piece of Close is the ability to assign leads to team members or sales reps.

  ### 45. nice sales crm

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Staying on top of my sales metrics can be bothersome sometimes and Close helps me put that data into one place. I've been testing the platform for awhile now and I can safely say my team will be getting an intro to this platform for future operations. I've managed to close 4 deals this week solely because I can see who needs reminders, nurturing, calling, etc. This will be a nice CRM for my agency and personal business.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

One thing that stands out to me is when you top up your account for calling and email usage / services your balance doesn't carry over to the next month. If you pay for $20 and you don't use it, it won't go into the next month. You either buy 20 again or you do your best to use all of it. This isn't bad for teams with a large volume of sales calls and email marketing each day. Just thought I should mention this.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close easily solves my need for real data. I am all about knowing where business comes from and what happens when they enter into my pipeline. I've used so many CRMs and diallers in the past and nothing has really worked for me in a simple fashion. Extremely easy to use as well. I am someone who doesn't like long learning periods so I can basically plug and play the Close CRM.

  ### 46. AI-Driven CRM with Seamless Ease of Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toby S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really like the AI features in Close because they generate great replies. Also, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I don't like that the power dialer moves a little too fast to write notes before the next call.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close solves everything for my CRM needs, and I like the AI features for generating great replies.

  ### 47. Close is worth the price tag

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Like how this CRM is a one size fits all option. The email integration is a big time saver for me and being able to connect my personal GMAIL account is what makes Close worth the price tag. All incoming leads and client comms are routed directly to my inbox. Another thing to note is being able to give me assistant access to the whole account for client comms as well.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Integration between other apps requires some technical knowledge but it's not impossible.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client comms and and easy to access workspace for my assistant. I can keep my messages grouped together and even make outbound calls using a purchased phone number. Would recommend this CRM to any small to medium sized business who want to begin refining their communication channels.

  ### 48. Amazing software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rickson B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

The calling system, the way you can get phone numbers, how you can filter and call people pretty easily.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

That you pay per use, instead of unlimited calls for a fixed price per month, and the predictive dialer is for a high plan

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual dialing and getting phone numbers outside of your own country and with the ease of use with that.

  ### 49. close for construction

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron H. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I'm a construction business owner, I need tools that are simple, efficient, and don’t require a bunch of training just to get started. Close has been exactly that. The layout is simple and easy to go through, even for someone who isn’t super techie. The support team was good too because they moved at my pace and helped with setups. What stands out is how well it connects with our email and keeps all customer conversations in one clean, organized place.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The calling was hard to set up at first because there were a lot of verification steps for my country. But I got there eventually. If this could be made to be easier that would be good.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me and my crew stay in touch with our leads and clients. Email is especially helpful because we have multiple lead forms for ads. Close is solving the problem of company organization.

  ### 50. Exceptional Customer Support!!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikola V. | Junior Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Customer support is really good. Fanni, one of the team members, was super useful, polite, kind, responsive, fast and caring, and I just have nice things to say about him.

Overall, the software is pretty good; there is a slight learning curve, but it really has a lot of great features and capabilities that are amazing. The calling system is also super simple, and you can get a working number in a matter of seconds.

I was super satisfied with the software and would recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Nothing in particular that I can say is "bad". There is a slight learning curve but you have Closes's tutorials that are really good and you have great customer support so that learning curve is not a big deal.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to start calling people.
