**What do you like best about Close?**

I appreciate the cross-platform functionality and the clear, organized design of Close. The ability to implement our own API interfaces simplifies and improves our processes. With Close, we can easily manage our leads and implement clear processes to reach customers. I find the UI good and easy to understand, and the integration with other applications allows us to update calendar entries with a single click.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The price for the flexible call time is somewhat too high. Prices are somewhat non-transparent and very high.

With Close, I easily manage leads and implement clear processes for customer engagement. The cross-platform functionality and custom API implementations simplify and optimize workflows.

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really like how Close makes calling and keeping records of calls easy. It's very easy to operate with almost no downtime, and the call connectivity is good. The initial setup was very easy, and I can make sales calls easily.

Almost everything works well. One thing they can improve is make it cheaper.

Close makes calling and record-keeping easy, with excellent call connectivity and minimal downtime.

**What do you like best about Close?**

THe oversight of every part of the process is right there in front of you and it is just working flawlessly.  The original set up for the Administrator was a very smooth process.  The instructions were clear and walked you through it by click and follow method. We use our CRM. everyday and all day it is our primary tool for everything.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The Cost are a bit too high for what it is.  But as a first year user I feel we are getting our organisation working and off the ground effectively.  The features are a bit overwhelming and limited to the package one purchases. As per the customer support is only on line for one to read through it all instead of having an actual service / help line.

We needed organization. Close gave us a simple tool to use as we have elderly workforce that need guidance to get the use of the CRM

**What do you like best about Close?**

Recently upgraded to the $149 plan just for predictive dialing and the time I save from being able to call multiple leads at once is worth the extra spend. At the moment I am getting connected to a lead with buyer intent every round of calls. Also, I like the note taking that's inside the CRM. Usually I'd open Notion and take my notes but Close has this featured in-house and I can reference all my notes from previous calls or take them during the call so I don't forge.t

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Predictive dialing is great. Would love to see a local presence feature that assigns a local number to the leads I am calling so they don't get suspicious of seeing the same number call them multiple times and potentially get cut off.

Helping me run through my lead lists, save time, and find interested buyers without any additional effort!

Quite like how close is almost an all-in-one solution. It's especially good for my email management and calling. I'm really big on staying in touch with my board team and Close seems to be the thing that makes sure I can notify everyone of upcoming meetings and changes.

I like everything to do with Close so it's hard to name anything bad.

Close is helping me solve the problem of team comms and notifications. I use email flows to make sure my meetings are always attended.

I love that Close lets me create my own Smart Views and customize lead statuses. This boosts my productivity massively and adds a great element of personalization, which helps me stay more organized and efficient.

I wish Close had an option for automatic Smart Views based on lead status instead of requiring users to manually create them. It would save time and make the workflow more seamless. Right now, having to set them up feels like an extra step that could easily be automated.

**What do you like best about Close?**

There's so many things I like about close. The dialer is 2nd to none. The contact rates are so high. I love that my team and I can be in the same stream talking to a merchant and it feels seamless. If my rep is having a tough chat with a customer I can jump right in the mix and the customers love and appreciate it. Being able to run campaigns with email and text right in my CRM and the contact rates be incredible. I will also say that the customer support is world class.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The logic for loading and sorting leads is not my favorite. It's much more difficult than most CRMs I've used before.

It's creating much more cohesion with my team, I am able to scale and bring people on faster.

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like about Close that the efficiency of the sales processes really allows for scheduling more appointments in the shortest time and thus actually generating more revenue. I found the ability to make the sales process more efficient and to improve and speed up the customer journey very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I find that Close is missing a bit of a dashboard, similar to what Salesforce offers, where you can see everything at a glance. Although there are Smart Views, I miss a central dashboard where you can quickly navigate to customers and recognize their status. I really miss that and it would be a helpful addition.

I find that Close offers a better overview of the sales process and accelerates the customer journey, which increases efficiency and allows us to schedule more appointments and increase revenue.

I like the simplicity of close. Most crms took me weeks to really grasp all the workflows & overload of content, not the case with close. And there support team is top notch, they've helped my on multiple occasions with little questions & are quick to answer them!

I honestly can't find anything negative to say about Close, except that I wish it had been released earlier. The product is truly phenomenal.

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close has comletely upleveled my sales expereince. It makes it so easy to implement our sales plan, track leads, scheudle follow up with leads and see the entire thread of communication from emails / texts  to the notes I take and the offers made. Going from tracking in spreadhseets to Close has allowed me to not only make more sales but to save time and offer a more customized, personalized experience for our potential clients. It integrates easily with my email and I love that I can create and communicate through a Close phone number both when I am talking to clients and sending them SMS messages that are pre-scheudled. I use Close daily and save so much time compared to all the various ways we used to communicate about sales.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Threre's nothing I dislike about Close. When we started we didn't have the ability to schedule text messages and now that we can it's everything we need.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close makes it so easy to go from getting a lead booked on my calendar to scheduling reminder emails and texts and tracking the offer that was made to following up if there's another conversation. I've hopped in for a second conversation for a high ticket program after another sales person had the initial call and I had everything I needed to feel 100% ready for that session right within the system.

I really like the design, simplicity, and power dialing features of Close. Having worked with lots of CRM tools before, I find Close’s look, feel, and capabilities much better than the rest. It's also easy to set up, which is a big plus for me.

Sometimes the power dialer can get wonky and glitch out. I have to refresh smart views frequently.

I feel like Close is somewhat lacking in terms of integrations. While other platforms like Go High Level offer the ability to create workflows in-house, I would like more customization options over workflows in Close, particularly concerning the integration of email and SMS campaigns and templates. I desire the ability to elevate this functionality to the next level without overcomplicating it, as some platforms can have too many features. It would be beneficial to have more control over pipelines and workflow building in Close.

**What do you like best about Close?**

What I like most about Close is how the onboarding for my immediate team was. At the moment I have everyone who I communicate with daily signed up with their own subaccounts and we're able to manage each stage of our pipeline per job without any problems. Close support helped us assign roles based on team member responsibilities and from there I can view how everyone is doing on their daily assigned tasks through the custom dashboard we put together. With our subcontractors I can easily add them as contents to and send and receive messages from my personal number and email which saves a lot of time changing between apps and services. Highly recommend Close and I wouldn't switch it for anything else.

I've now  added my virtual assistant to my account and they have adopted the platform quickly. Great way to outsource work without long onboarding sessions.

Assigned roles took a bit of work to understand. Once I got the help I needed all was good.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close is helping me solve all my internal team communication problems. Previously we were quite spread out (work from home and office employees) so outside of Zoom meetings communication was lacking. But with Close we have a 24/7 service outside of messaging apps we can use to stay informed with eachother.

I like the simplicity of Close, which makes it easy to use. I also appreciate the connectivity it provides within my company, allowing us to save messages and see who sent each one. Plus, I can listen to my call center's calls, which is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I can't link a separate number on my Samsung, and it doesn't let me call through a number outside of my connected cell. Also, with Samsung, I'm not able to record my calls.

**What do you like best about Close?**

I'm fine-tuning my sales funnel at the moment but what Close allows you to do is with people that you're processing is good. You can see the income generated from each person and for the most part they can be moved along my process fairly easily. The best part for me is having categories I can place leads in after we've done a job or they haven't closed. I do a bit of calling with this, I purchased a number just to try it and I am slowly getting used to it.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Most of the areas in Close require manual input therefore your numbers will be off If you miss something. Auto field input based on funnel outcomes would be cool to see.

Most of all it's the communication aspects of Close that I like. Running a business is a social job and you lose a lot of people if you're not constantly keeping in touch.

Everything. You don't need to upload your leads manually. In every lead you have, you can see the entire history, emails, calls and text in just one screen. Also, they got an AI to help you with enhancing your work like text and email. Everything is just perfect.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I love everything about this platform. Maybe we can add some features where you can separate all your prospects. Like a room where you can monitor all your prospects and number of priotirities.

You don't need to manually upload your leads, Close will do the job for you. You can also see every communication you have with your lead. Unlike the other, dialer is separate along with the emails and stuffs. Here in close, everything is in one place. Love it!

I like Close because it's very easy to use and makes it simple to delegate customers to where they need to be. The Smartviews feature is nice, allowing me to create channels to properly follow up with current or prospective clients. I also appreciate that if I miss an opportunity, it's always on me and not the CRM. The initial setup was very easy, and I would confidently recommend it to others.

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really like the new AI the suggested actions. It removes an issue we have with people forgetting to properly set the next action on a lead.

I like the templating of standard emails (features works well) and mostly like the way the pipeline works.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I need the ability to insert snippets of text into an email from a template. For example, we have a Price Match Guarantee that I would like to include the text for in the middle of an email I am composing by hand and it doesn't appear to all me to do that.

The exporting needs to be better. I need to be able to export contacts in a more granular fashion. For example, I often want to export contact information for all of the Superintendents in Michigan and I can't do that - I get all the contacts for any lead that has a Superintendent. 

In both of these instances, we have to use third party tools to perform these tasks.

It runs our entire marketing and sales pipeline and it will soon be running our entire account management process. It is a good way to keep track of prospects/customers, see activity, oversee sales representatives and account managers, speed up processes to allow people to handle more workload.

Sometimes, the lead status bothers me. Sometimes it goes to the right tab, sometimes it won't.

I find the communication log history, especially for text messages, challenging. There's no easy way to review sent text history; you have to dig for it through activities.

Really good product. Coming from a fast moving industry, time is always important and Close gives me and my crew the chance to make the best use of ours. We got set up by a Close support team member and we've been going strong. Auto reminders, team calls, shared calendars, we're never behind on work and can always keep up to date no matter which job site were on. Just topped up my account today for another month of heavy use.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Workflows required some time to organize, better docs and instructions on this would be nice.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Big benefits when it comes to outbound calling. We have a small sales team who calls overseas and they've been going strong since we got them on Close. All our meetings are done inside Close as well.

with the Close Notetaker so its simpler to go over our closer's calls and pinpoint areas of opportunity without having to listen to the entire 40 minutes and with AI Enrich being able to essentially lead score the leads so the day is more efficient for the dialers

Wonderful platform for most business related metrics. Like how I can keep all my sales guys on the account and assign them different leads based on the project we're doing and to follow up with that we can monitor how much easy sales team member is making each month. Using our personal phones for SMS has been a great way as well to keep our customers and leads up to date with our working processes. Close has done a good job at making something that doesn't take long to learn and teach to other people.

SMS functions are difficult to set up here in NZ but it's not impossible. I still highly recommend this platform and don't think this should be seen as a bad thing.

Primarily helping me solve a lot of customer conversation problems. My team is always assigned their leads and can speak with them easily without needing business phones and additional plans.

Super convenient dialler. I am able to purchase multiple phone numbers for different countries and regions. There's even an option to import numbers directly from Twilio (just found out about this) if you have extremely location specific numbers. Best part is I can connect my personal mobile number to Close, use my own phone plan, and make calls from a web browser, the phone app, and the desktop app. This is a great option to have and helps me a lot when it comes to making on the go calls.

Connecting my personal and Gmail has also been good for my lead gen Google form submissions. This is one of the best all-in-one platforms out there.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

More phone number options would be nice to have. Choose by location not just a random number.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close is really helpful when it comes to employee comms. I am slowly getting my office team onto the platform and the on-site crew too.

Sometimes it's a bit buggy. Like it'll not ring sometimes or I can't go to the previous screen if I'm already making a call.

**What do you like best about Close?**

Hands down one of the coolest crms that I have used. I especially like that Close gives the user the option to organize tracked metrics such as accumulated customer income throughout the month. There are things on here that I would never have thought of paying attention to but now that I can see what's available I've had a chance to revaluate what I would like to monitor. 

In regard to handling contacts, again it's super simple to use and every customer is a few clicks away from being able to message or call them. Landscaping is a industry where you're always on the road going from job site to job site and I can't always be at my laptop.

The Close app is a life-saver. Like I mentioned, I can't always be at my laptop so the app is almost like a secondary phone provider but I have access to emails and pipelines as well. Would love to teach my receptionist how to use this for out front desk operations. All I'll mention is be prepared to wait 3 to 5 days for your regulatory bundle to be approved so you can by a national number.

Overall, Close has my loyalty as a long-term user and the more I use this software the more sense it makes to keep it in my tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

My user interface glitches sometimes. This might be a laptop problem on my end though. I'm on a lower end product and haven't had the used the Close desktop app just yet.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close is helping me solve a few tracking issues that I've had when it comes to my specific sales process. Previously I never had anything that is dedicated to visualizing my sales process for customers and jobs. Now I can measure where I need to improve or focus more of my efforts for customer interactions. Needed Close more than I knew.
