
I can't speak highly enough about the set up and ease of use. So freaking easy compared to some of the others I was considering. On top of that when I had a question the Customer Support was phenomenal. Hands down the best CRM I have used in my sales career and definitely the most cost effective. I honestly don't have anything at the moment that I dislike about Close. It has everything that I need. If I had to nitpick I guess not being able to adjust all the settings on the phone app like I can on the web version would be it.
