What do you like best about Close?

Close is a genuinely solid choice if you're looking for a feature rich crm. Even got a few of my contractor buddies to sign up since they work out of their email daily and need something to get them organized. Great to see the Close base plan has gotten cheaper too. Love it! What do you dislike about Close?

Can't set up my email that's linked with my website but I can connect my personal GMAIL email account for sending so thats good alternative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Close?

I think it is feature rich but confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Close?

Support is awful. No phone number to call. You email and at the companies convenience, not the clients they email you back. I try to set up a scheduled call a day after I needed to speak to somebody and I was on another call so i missed the meeting, further proving my point that customer service is not good and not at my the client's convenience. Tech companies don't believe in phone support and its insanely frustrating. Not good. The advertised plans make it seem like all these features are included. They are not. It is misleading. I have no idea how billing works with text and phone features. My invoices and receipts are not itemized and Im given articles to do my own research and try to figure out. Not happy at all. I am committed to the software at this point. So I use Grok AI to give me instructions on how to do things in Close. I have to go to a third party solution for help. AI is not always helpful either. It would be nice to connect with a human via phone and have a 2 minute conversation instead of stretch it out for days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Offer premier phone support. Be like Nordstrom or Charles Schwab, or Tmobile when John Leger was running it. Be more honest and clear about billing. Itemize Invoices and Receipts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
