**What do you like best about Shopify Inbox?**

What I like best about Shopify Inbox is that it keeps all customer conversations in one place. We use live chat, quick replies, notifications, and customer profiles daily to answer product and order-related questions.

The Shopify integration is very useful because we can view customer and order details without switching between multiple tools. This helps us respond faster and saves time during busy periods.

It works well on both desktop and mobile, and new team members can learn it quickly. AI reply suggestions are helpful for handling common questions, and an added benefit is that we have been able to manage customer support without paying for a separate live chat solution, which provides good value for our business.

**What do you dislike about Shopify Inbox?**

What I dislike about Shopify Inbox is that managing a large number of conversations can sometimes become difficult because the organization and filtering options are fairly basic. We occasionally have to spend extra time finding older chats or tracking customer follow-ups.

The platform works well for everyday support, but the reporting and automation features are not as advanced as some dedicated customer service tools. AI reply suggestions are helpful, but I would like to see more customization and smarter automation for handling repetitive requests.

Before using Shopify Inbox, we were handling customer questions through different channels, which made it harder to keep track of conversations and respond quickly. We often had to switch between tools to check customer details and order information.

Shopify Inbox solved this by bringing customer chats, order details, and support conversations into one place. This has helped us respond faster to product inquiries and order-related questions while keeping communication more organized.

The biggest benefit for our team is that we spend less time managing conversations and more time helping customers. It has also improved response times and made customer support easier to handle during busy periods

I make custom made products so being able to quickly answer a potential customers questions quickly using shopify chat has massively improved our conversion rate. I can quickly answer using the app on my phone which is handy when Im working in my studio.

**What do you dislike about Shopify Inbox?**

I wish that the chat conversation could be attached to a customer order notes when the chat converts into an order.

Ability to quickly reply to customer enquries when Im away from my computer, I love the app for being responsive to online queries.

I like the notices for updates when something is expiring. My website doesn't go down at all. It was easy to setup the site and I haven't had the need to reach out to customer support as of yet and my site has been up for 3 years.

**What do you dislike about Shopify Inbox?**

It can be kinda of busy and all over the place. I wish I had training on how to add and move things around.

It allows me to have an active business website, so other people can confirm that my consulting business is legit.

**What do you like best about Shopify Inbox?**

Inbox makes it very easy to manage customer conversations on your website. We use it daily as our main chat widget. It was very easy to install into our website and it integrates well with Shopify. The customer support is 10/10, as the Shopify team is always there to help when needed.

It no longer supports Messenger or Instagram messages.

I absolutely love­ Shopify Inbox! One of the coolest things about it is how it e­xcels in customer communication. Plus, it's incredibly use­r-friendly!

Heres are my  two dislikes about it :

Learning - The preliminary learning curve may be hard for the beginners. Switching through all of the features might make the effort to master.

Feature Overload- In  few areas, the abundance of features can become overwhelming for users who're seeking out a extra streamlined or simplified communication answer.

It has the facility to implement a chatbot to advise users and also generates remarketing with users who have left their cart full or abandoned, reminding them of their purchase and offering a special discount if so programmed, it is used to carry out targeted campaigns, etc.

It could be applied to large bases since large campaigns such as cyber or events of this type do not fully cover

Having many users at the same time creates a traffic jam, therefore it could be improved by being able to incorporate more profiles of other people who provide support.

**What do you like best about Shopify Inbox?**

The practicality of conversing with the visitors of my site, the ease of implementation, the high number of features because in this way the integration itself is not limited to just one feature and I don't need to look for other software for supplementation. Another feature I really liked was the customer support tool, I can even send discount coupons to my customer and order status. I am loving this software and use it frequently.

**What do you dislike about Shopify Inbox?**

I am constantly bombarded by people trying to sell me ads or resumes to help improve my site. I am just starting out and my budget is currently tight, so as soon as I tell one person, another takes their place. So my experience, to say the least, has been very annoying. I can't get any work done because I'm responding to text messages or emails about the subject in the Shopify inbox. The Shopify inbox, as I understand it, should be there for my customers, not for people selling or pushing their products or agendas on you.

**What problems is Shopify Inbox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to converse directly with the visitors of my site, making it something very important for achieving conversion. In recent days, I managed to increase my company's revenue by 25% thanks to Shopify Inbox. I can overcome all my clients' objections through the Chat and even forward the product status and help them choose the best product for them.

Being that I'm on the 5 dollar plan every month it beats out competitors with pricing. I also love the automations you can create. Was super easy to integrate and the rules can be used every day in different automated situations. I use this everyday
I haven't had to use customer support but Shopify in general has always been very fast and easy with getting back to me and answering my questions.

User interface seems a little bland at first. But then you realize you don't want or need to much or it will complicate things.

Whenever a potential customer or client has questions it gives me the ability to quickly reply and lock them in.

The ability to link product and discounts from Shopify is handy. Clear messaging makes it easy to read back through previous emails.
Experience based off approx 15 chats per day.

**What do you dislike about Shopify Inbox?**

Zero reporting features. It auto-tags chats but then you can't do anything with those tags? 
Regular cases of messages not being received by customers. 
New message notifications often didn't come through meaning missed chats.

A free, bare bones livechat that you can use until you find a better option.
