Here is some information about our Onboarding process:
The Plecto Onboarding process is designed for new customers for the purpose of training them in using the platform and visualizing their KPIs.
During the onboarding process, you will receive technical guidance and advice on using Plecto and setting up your account. The meeting is hosted by a Customer Success Manager ex Pavlina, who will also provide strategic consultation on the best practices in visualizing your KPI’s and setting up your dashboards. During the onboarding process, you obtain the knowledge to build KPI’s and maintain your account. If you need further technical assistance during and after the onboarding process, please do not hesitate to contact Plecto Support where Morten and Jens can help you on chat or email.
