## About Close
Close is a sales CRM with built-in calling, SMS, email, automation, and AI, designed for founders, startups, agencies, and growing sales teams. The platform helps businesses manage leads, communicate with prospects, track opportunities, and automate follow-up from a single system. Close is commonly used by teams that want their CRM to support sales execution, not just store customer data. Users can call, email, text, manage pipelines, assign tasks, create workflows, run outreach sequences, and track sales activity directly inside the platform. Close is built for founder-led businesses, startups, small businesses, agencies, recruiting firms, coaching companies, financial services teams, SaaS companies, and inside sales teams. It supports teams ranging from individual founders to sales organizations with more than 100 representatives. Key capabilities include: • CRM and pipeline management for tracking leads, contacts, opportunities, activities, and customer relationships • Built-in calling, SMS, and email, with communication history connected to customer records • Sales automation for workflows, sequences, lead routing, task management, and follow-up • Power Dialer and Predictive Dialer for teams managing high-volume outbound sales or recruiting workflows • Reporting and analytics for pipeline visibility, activity tracking, forecasting, and sales performance • Chloe, the AI agent built directly into Close, which can help qualify leads, book meetings, follow up with prospects, research accounts, enrich records, summarize conversations, and update CRM data Chloe operates inside Close, where customer records, conversations, activities, opportunities, and workflows already live. This allows Chloe to take action using CRM context, rather than working as a standalone AI tool connected through separate integrations. Teams can use Chloe to engage new leads, re-engage dormant opportunities, capture qualification data, schedule meetings, and hand qualified conversations to human sales representatives when appropriate. By combining CRM, communication, automation, reporting, and AI-assisted sales workflows in one platform, Close helps teams reduce manual work, improve speed-to-lead, maintain follow-up consistency, and manage more sales activity without adding unnecessary operational complexity.

## Close Reviews
  ### 1. Visually Clean, Always Improving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

It's visually clean and I really love that you guys are always changing things and updating things to make them easier and more helpful for us.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I feel like I am always asking for new things to be implemented but nothing ever comes of the ideas lol -- not really a dislike.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I LOVE that you added "Estimated Local Time" to the contact page. It makes life easy when I'm working early or late. No more hanging up quickly because it's 6am in CA.

  ### 2. Easy Setup and Feature-Rich, But Redundant Functions Need Streamlining

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan Y. | Executive Consultant (Sales Rep), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Simple user interface, easy to set up and blast campaigns, tons of features like HL. I like how it is organized in the right column. I love that it is web-based. The mobile app works pretty good, a lot better than Hubspot.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The redundancy. It would be better to only have one day to perform a function, not a half a dozen. Not knowing all the features and how to utilize them eats at me. I know I can learn more. I have tried to get on Youtube to learn more only to find out I do not have the admin privileges that I normally would and tend to give up on the task.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping my pipeline organized. It helps me to keep track of where the client is at in the sales process, what needs to be accomplished that day, etc.

  ### 3. Efficient CRM with Stellar Lead Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Orlando B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really love the filtering system and how you can filter through different things, not just through the leads, but also the numbers. When was the last time this person was called, so I could go back to that date? It definitely gets me a lot more information to then fish and dig for some perfect leads. We all got excited as soon as we found out that Close is being used for our CRM. And, honestly, we love it.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I guess filtering it out could have been enhanced easier in a way to understand. But other than that, like, it's very good.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps me handle leads and negotiate effectively, providing detailed information to improve and close deals. I love the filtering system, allowing me to filter through leads and numbers, track interactions, and find perfect leads with more information.

  ### 4. One-Stop Platform for Client Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariana D. | District Manager / Insurance Underwriter

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I find Close very easy to navigate and use. The platform's user-friendly nature makes it simple for me to handle tasks efficiently. I love how everything, including email, is well integrated, making it easy to manage communications. The text campaigns, incoming calls, and app perform really well, especially when I'm away from my computer. It's incredibly helpful to access the entire lead sheet with full information on the go. Everything being accessible on one platform is just great for my workflow, allowing me to manage my clients, outbound dialing, and communications all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes when I'm on the iPhone version, the app doesn't let me see what phone number I'm texting from. Since I have multiple numbers and clients in different states, that'd be nice to be able to see, just the way I see it on my computer.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to centralize calls, texts, and emails, allowing me to manage everything from one platform instead of juggling multiple ones.

I also love that using Close, they optimize for leads. They actually drip it and use a method that's going to make it be the best deliverable type of engagement to our leads.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes there are a few bugs and hiccups that come up, such as duplicate leads or campaigns that don't launch correctly. Some of these things could probably be improved to make a smoother user experience.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to solve lead generation issues and manage leads through our pipeline, driving them from the start to the close.

**What do you like best about Close?**

It's easy to use, and both leads and tasks are organized in a way that makes tracking simple. The integrations are impressive too, with LinkMatch being a particular favorite of mine. I really appreciate the task function—each day, I just check my inbox to see what needs to be done. When we first started, getting set up was effortless; with just one click, we were able to start using Close right away. Customer support has also been quite responsive.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

So far, I haven't encountered any issues with this tool and am really enjoying using it. I use it every day to keep track of my tasks, and I haven't found anything to complain about yet.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate being able to track all my leads so that nothing slips through the cracks. I also really like that every conversation, whether it's via email or LinkedIn, is automatically linked to the relevant lead. My bosses are happy too, since they can easily check the status of the leads we're working on.

The layout is superior. I love how easy it is to navigate and read information. I love the different features it has as well in terms of customer reach.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to stay on track with customer follow-ups, whether its sales related or customer service-related. I like how I can organise my tasks and not miss out on anything.

**Reviewed by:** Heena M. | subject matter expert, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I find integrating Close with tools like Calendly and Slack super easy and helpful. It's amazing how I can just put an icon on a Slack thread and it generates leads in Close. I love that I can do everything in one place without needing any other software to call or email, and I can make changes to lead information anytime. The integration with other apps to auto-add leads to Close also saves me a lot of time. The initial setup was easy because I watched various videos.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I wish it gives option to text as well as I can only call or email.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close centralizes communication tools, allowing emailing and calling all in one place. It simplifies lead management by integrating with other apps, auto-adding leads, and minimizing manual details entry.

  ### 10. Close CRM keeps us sharp, fast, and focused

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose N. | Director of operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close is incredibly intuitive — the ease of use is one of its biggest strengths. From day one, our team could navigate the platform without training, and it’s made daily tasks feel effortless. The number of features is also impressive: everything from lead tracking to automated follow-ups is built in, but it never feels bloated. The ease of implementation was a pleasant surprise — setup was fast, and we didn’t need a long onboarding process. Plus, the ease of integration with our existing tools made adoption seamless. We use Close daily, and it’s become a central part of our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Honestly, very little. If anything, I’d love even more customization in reporting views. That said, the customer support team has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions — so even small issues get resolved quickly. Despite the rich feature set, Close stays fast and uncluttered, which is rare for CRMs.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps us stay fast, organized, and responsive across internal operations and outreach workflows. It solves the problem of juggling multiple tools by giving us one streamlined platform for CRM, email tracking, and sales engagement. We can follow up quickly, track conversations, and manage tasks without losing momentum. It’s a huge boost to our productivity and clarity — especially in a fast-moving environment where timing and context matter.

  ### 11. Revolutionized Our Sales with Speed and Simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam A.

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really appreciate how fast, easy, and simple Close is to use; it outshines other CRMs in that regard. It's been a game changer for being able to dial and call leads at a mass scale, helping me make a lot of money for my company. Compared to Go High Level, Close is better in every way. The initial setup was pretty simple as well, with no problems at all for the managers who set it up.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Nothing is even needed to improve, maybe just an option to make the power dialer double dial leads that don't pick up before moving on.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close allows me to dial and call leads at a mass scale, making it easy and fast to generate significant revenue for my company. It's simple to use, outperforming other CRMs I've tried.

  ### 12. Effortless Email Flow and Contact Management

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theresa D.

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I appreciate Close for letting me send an email flow without having to constantly check back when to send the next email. It keeps my contacts organized with the correct phone numbers and emails. I like how it lets me create email flows for different kinds of companies. Close is pretty easy to use; it's not that difficult, and it's self-explanatory for the most part. I definitely value the email flow feature and the ability to see if people have opened my emails.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I think just the overall interface could look a little bit better.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to send email flows without needing to check back for the next send. It organizes my contacts with correct phone numbers and emails.

  ### 13. CRM – that widens your reach

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shiv Om C. | Engagement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

What I like the most is the email campaign and workflow feature. It helps us reach more people with mass campaigns, and at the same time, we can send quick one-to-one emails right after a call using templates. This way, we can follow the 3M strategy faster and more easily.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The filters available in Close feel a bit rigid, which sometimes makes it challenging to create smart views effectively

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That’s the thing—I’d say Close has its own benefits and advantages. It’s really an all-in-one solution for business development. You can manage the entire sales process here, from lead creation to closure. The features are fantastic—like email templates, snippets, workflows, and calling—all in one place to keep track of communication within the CRM. On top of that, you can manage or customize your pipeline as per your needs. Overall, it’s a huge time-saver, keeping all records in one place. It works as an email marketing tool, a lead management tool, a calling tool, and even integrates with a variety of software, which really helps boost efficiency.

  ### 14. AI-Powered CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay H.

**What do you like best about Close?**

I appreciate Close for its great AI assistance in lead summarizing and lead search. I also find the task system awesome. The AI assistance is present in every step, which is really helpful. Additionally, the call recognition system works well, making my experience smoother than before. The initial setup of Close was dope, which made it easy for me to get started.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I think activities need to be more organized or have some filters. Filters should be clearer in everything. Also, leads can be messed up and I feel there needs to be a better AI-optimized lead list.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close provides great AI assistance on lead summarizing and lead search, and has an awesome task system. It's got AI assistance integrated in every step, making it super helpful for managing tasks and leads efficiently.

  ### 15. Streamlined Sales Management with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian F. | Analysts, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I use Close for managing my sales process, making calls, and texting all in one place. I appreciate its super clean and fast interface that handles high-volume calling smoothly, along with integrated call recording. It really removes friction, letting me blast through outreach effortlessly. The initial setup was smooth and user-friendly, which is a breath of fresh air with no long onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I don't like Close's email sequence quirks and logging annoyances. It would be better with more affordable entry pricing, flexible pricing options, and improved analytics.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to manage the sales process in one place, solving frustrations from using bloated CRMs and separate tools. It provides a clean, fast interface, handles high-volume calls smoothly, and removes outreach friction.

  ### 16. Best Phone Carrier and Dialer in 2026

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin S. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Finally upgraded to the $149 (scale) plan and I couldn't be happier. I use the Close mobile app because I'm always on different job sites. So I get access to all my contacts and their pipeline stages while I'm on the move every day. Got help setting up my regulatory bundle too.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Dark mode could use an up date but other than that, close is great to use.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close is a cheaper call carrier alternative but I can also upload all my contacts and leads and follow up with them whenever I like. The best part is that I can integrate my personal email and set up email flows (my assistant showed me this).

  ### 17. Streamlines Lead Management but Dialer Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really like the workflow Close facilitated. The way it was able to relieve leads through the CSV function was beneficial. I thought it was a good price point and using it was straightforward. The initial setup was very easy, only took minutes.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I didn't like the inability to use the dialer because of the documents and things needed to get approval. Why would I have to have a business Facebook page and a sole proprietor EIN just to use the dialer function?

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close centralizes my leads, facilitating a smooth workflow and making it easy to handle leads through the CSV function.

  ### 18. High-Quality Calls, Easy Setup

The sound quality, conversation quality, easy UI, and perfect flow stand out for me. The initial setup of Close was remarkably easy, a perfect 10/10.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Pricing is just a bit high

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close solves the problem of making international calls with great quality and provides the necessary numbers effortlessly.

  ### 19. Highly Customizable lots of Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dustin B. | Insurance Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like the customization options in Close; there are a lot of options available. It's pretty easy to use, and I love the ton of different integrations it offers.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The beginning was a little complicated because I didn't understand a lot of the technology. I don't have a tech background.

I like Close because it's all there, with the email and the calls integrated. It's very easy to use, and it allows me to efficiently follow up with clients through email, even if the call is disconnected or not finished. This helps me see if they are interested in our offerings. I don't have any problems using Close, and I'd love to share it with other companies or colleagues as it might be useful to them. Also, the initial setup of Close is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I think there should be an option for text messaging.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to call clients and prospects, and I find it very easy to use. It integrates email and calls, letting me follow up with clients if calls are disconnected or unfinished, which helps gauge their interest.

  ### 21. Overall, very good CRM and Dialer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin V. | Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

The user end for me and for my callers has been very easy. Everything is at hand, from emails to notes, without having to fumble around to find them. The smart views are dynamic and make sure that the leads I call are during their local business hours. Customer support always gets back to me very quickly when I have a question.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

As amazing as the front end is, the back end does need some work. The hierarchy between the super admin account and sub accounts is not quite there yet. Before Close, I was used to being able to log in as a super admin and being able to change the settings for sub-users. On Close, those settings have to be changed while logged in to the actual sub-user account. Last I reached out about this a few days ago, they said they are working on it.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close is making it very fast and convenient to reach out to multiple contacts for prospective partnerships.

  ### 22. Efficient Tracking and Seamless Integrations with Close

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Milan S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I like that Close is simple and user-friendly, which makes it easy for my team and me to navigate and utilize its functionalities effectively. It's constantly evolving with technology, which keeps it modern and relevant. I particularly appreciate its capacity to integrate seamlessly with advanced AI tools like JetGPT and OpenAI. This integration capability extends to connecting with other different APIs we use, enhancing our workflow and productivity. This feature is crucial for us as it allows easier data analysis and lets us perform more complex tasks by utilizing diverse data sources. I also find the initial setup process to be very easy and fluent, particularly in connecting our GSuite to Close, which further simplifies the overall experience. Overall, Close provides us with a streamlined, technologically advanced platform that perfectly fits our operational needs.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I would like to see more flexibility in the opportunity segment of Close and to have the ability to customize it further to meet specific needs.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to streamline tracking and progression of investment opportunities and client communications, enhancing team visibility on stage and interactions.

  ### 23. Helps organise client work and sales outreach effectively

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

  ### 24. Streamlined Calls and Pipeline Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anthony A.

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love how Close simplifies the process of making calls and managing my outbound prospecting. It stands out because it avoids unnecessary complexity and bloat, common in many other CRMs, by offering a simple and useful interface that enhances my workflow. The integrated calling infrastructure makes it easy to handle pipelines efficiently, and the unified inbox further contributes to a seamless experience. It has just the right amount of features to genuinely help me organize and manage my pipeline tasks effectively. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be straightforward, thanks to the comprehensive tutorials that made the process easy and accessible. As a result, if the objective is cold calling and managing an outbound pipeline, I would highly recommend Close, giving it a perfect 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I think it would be beneficial to have the ability to book meetings directly within Close. Currently, while there is calendar integration for keeping up with meetings, it doesn't allow booking them directly from the platform. This capability would enhance productivity by enabling me to schedule appointments seamlessly, especially during calls.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Close simplifies managing my outbound pipeline with its easy calling and unified inbox, reducing CRM bloat while providing essential features for effective prospecting.

  ### 25. AI-Driven CRM with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt Mehmet S. | Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love that Close is simple and has powerful AI features. It helped us with organizing our sales process and provides awesome dialer tools and AI notes to keep us organized. It also has a lot of cool features that other CRMs don't have. I love everything about Close. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I think just giving more value for the buck without upgrading or doing other addons. For example, they provide some of their features with limitations and you need to upgrade, and as you upgrade it is expensive on a per seat level.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close organizes our sales process with awesome dialer tools and AI notes, keeping us organized. It has lots of cool features that other CRMs don't have.

Frankly saying this platform is really good but I wish that the price was little little high though not much. To be very effecting in using this platform the user need to give some time in learning about the capabilities of the platform.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 28. Effortless Lead Management with Few Glitches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jakub S.

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love how Close solves the complexity of managing leads and makes it incredibly easy to manage them within the CRM. I appreciate its simplicity which streamlines my daily tasks. Close is the perfect CRM for handling high-ticket sales, making my workday significantly easier and faster compared to using other CRMs. Its professional and accessible nature is a huge plus for me. I also find that the setup is straightforward and doesn't require much effort, allowing me to get started quickly.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Sometimes, Close experiences lag and becomes unresponsive when handling lead profiles. Additionally, when I exit a lead profile to return to my dialing list, the list resets entirely, which disrupts my workflow.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close simplifies lead management, making it easy for me to manage leads in the CRM. It enhances my productivity, allowing me to get through my workday faster than any other CRM.

  ### 29. Streamlined Cold Calling with Seamless CRM Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack H.

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I appreciate how Close streamlines our cold calling operations, ensuring my sales team never lets a deal slip through the cracks, which optimizes our workflow and efficiency. The built-in numbers feature is incredibly convenient, allowing my staff to call leads directly from the CRM system, making outreach a seamless process. Additionally, the robust task feature ensures that my team never misses a required follow-up by providing a dedicated section for it. I also find the unique flow of opportunity creation in Close refreshing compared to other CRMs we’ve used, enhancing the way we handle our sales processes. The integration with calendars and platforms like Zoom simplifies coordination and communication. Switching from Pipedrive to Close has been beneficial as Close is more tailored toward sales rather than project management. The initial setup was very easy for us due to our tech-savviness, and I really value the customer support which is consistently helpful and provides same-day responses.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I don't like the restrictive file size limits for imports in Close, which complicates the process of uploading tens of thousands of leads at once. This necessitates the use of a CSV splitter, adding an extra step that could be avoided with a higher file limit.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close streamlines our cold calling operations, prevents deals from slipping, allows direct calls from CRM, and ensures follow-up tasks aren't missed, enhancing sales efficiency.

  ### 30. Close CRM is a fast, sales-focused tool uniting calls, emails, and SMS for outbound teams.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anand P. | Engagement Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

Because it is focused primarily on sales/outreach, Close tends to have a simpler UI and faster learning curve in those areas (for outbound-heavy teams), compared to more general CRMs or those built for marketing and customer service

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Larger CRMs (Salesforce especially, also HubSpot) have hundreds or thousands of integrations, robust marketplaces, lots of add-ons. Close has integrations, but fewer out-of-box for very niche or advanced tools. If you have a complex tech stack, that matters.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Manual tracking leads to forgotten or delayed outreach.
2. Difficult to see where deals stand or which leads need priority.
3. Calls, emails, and SMS are in one platform → less context-switching, faster workflows.
4.Speeds up outreach → more leads contacted in less time.

  ### 31. User-Friendly CRM with Effortless Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alayna B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I love how Close is so simple to use and user-friendly. I never have any issues at all. The calling feature is my job's focal point, and it's excellent. I also appreciate the notes capability, which lets me create a digital trail of updates for myself and coworkers. The initial setup was so incredibly easy, which I really liked.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Nothing

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close helps with organizing leads, making calls, and communicating with other employees. I rely on the notes capability to keep track of client updates digitally.

  ### 32. Versatile CRM with Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marisa O.

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Close?**

I find Close very easy to use and flexible. I appreciate that the support team takes notes on feedback or features that are not currently available and keeps me informed if there are any changes. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I wish I could look at the lead info first before it jumps into the next call with power dialing. I can do it manually but it is not as easy. We would like for it to integrate fully with Shopify so data doesn't have to be manually entered.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to keep all communication in one place, manage reporting, and streamline pipeline management.

  ### 33. User-Friendly CRM with Intuitive UI, Needs Simpler Filters

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arian P.

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Close?**

I really enjoy using Close because of its ease of use. Its user interface is not only nice to look at but also clean and functional, making it straightforward to manage customer relationships effectively. The intuitive design significantly reduces the complexity usually associated with CRM tools, enabling me to focus more on making sales calls and less on navigating the software. Additionally, the initial setup of Close was very easy, which helped me get up and running quickly. These aspects collectively enhance my productivity and make Close a valuable tool in my daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I find the filtering system in Close to be problematic. There are too many filters available, which makes it confusing to use. This abundance can overwhelm my workflow instead of simplifying it, and I struggle to efficiently manage or simplify the filtering process.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to manage customer relationships easily with its clean and functional UI, simplifying our CRM tasks.

  ### 34. Streamlined CRM with Impressive Automation

I find Close invaluable as it centralizes various aspects of my work, such as handling leads, managing calls, taking notes, and maintaining client information. This integration ensures all essential functions are streamlined, thereby simplifying my workload and enhancing the overall efficiency of my business. Additionally, the automation feature of Close allows me to create workflows that perform tasks in the background while I continue running my business, which not only speeds up processes but also enhances my producibility. The initial setup of Close was straightforward and hassle-free, which is another aspect I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

I feel like the connection on Close could be improved just a little bit. Sometimes it takes a while for me to establish a connection.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Close to centralize my CRM, manage leads, calls, notes, and client information, streamlining my business operations. Its automation feature enhances efficiency, supporting background workflows and facilitating better client service.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

nothing

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close makes sure every single lead is captured and called, ensuring nobody's missed. It's just a great CRM.

  ### 36. All-in-One CRM That Supercharges Sales and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Close?**

What I appreciate most about Close is that it serves as an all-in-one CRM, streamlining communication and sales management to be both simple and efficient. By consolidating calls, emails, SMS, and tasks into a single platform, it removes the hassle of juggling multiple tools. The built-in calling features, such as the Power Dialer and Workflow Automation, enable teams to save time and maintain organization, which is especially valuable when managing a high volume of outreach. Its pipeline and reporting tools provide clear insights into deals and performance, making it straightforward to monitor progress and spot new opportunities. Close also strikes a good balance between automation and personalization, letting users automate routine follow-ups while still maintaining a personal touch. Additionally, it integrates smoothly with other tools like Zapier, Slack, and Google Workspace, and offers a robust API for creating custom workflows. In summary, Close distinguishes itself as a practical and intuitive CRM that genuinely enhances productivity and supports growth.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

Honestly, I can't say there's anything I truly dislike about Close. The platform is intuitive and dependable, making it easy to manage communication and sales processes effectively. Each feature is thoughtfully designed and serves a clear function, contributing to an overall experience that has been consistently smooth and positive.

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close addresses several major challenges that sales and client-focused teams often encounter. By consolidating calls, emails, SMS, and pipeline management into a single platform, it removes the hassle of switching between multiple tools for communication, lead tracking, and follow-ups. This unified approach not only saves time but also minimizes mistakes and ensures the whole team stays on the same page.

Personally, I find the greatest advantage to be the boost in efficiency and organization. Close allows me to manage all my conversations and deals from one location, monitor the status of each lead, and automate routine tasks such as follow-up reminders. The integrated calling and email tracking features make it easier to maintain consistent client communication, so I never miss an opportunity. In summary, Close streamlines the sales process, enhances productivity, and lets me dedicate more time to building relationships and closing deals instead of dealing with fragmented systems.

Leads never become "accounts" when they are closed

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 48. Responsive UI and Useful Features, but Filtering and Power Dialler Need Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefan V. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Close?**

Close is responsive with easy UI. Smart views are easy to use. Reports give accurate and easy to view data.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

It can be hard to set the right filters and that in itself requires training. Businesses add lots of fields etc which make it more complex. It would be good if we could use AI to establish filters.

I don't like that the power dialer can't double dial, and then any time I want to do so I disconnect.

Lately I think, but I can't confirm for sure, it seems like Close CRM has been using lots of CPU on my Macbook Pro M2

**What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to stay on top of follow up with prospects.

**What do you dislike about Close?**

The lack of built-in linkedin message and invate integration.
