What do you like best about Gaviti?

The ability for users in finance, sales and operations all to view and add notes to any outstanding invoice has helped get everyone on the same page. Everyone now plays a role in collections and we're all pulling in the same direction. The transparency and accountability increases with Gaviti have been tremendous. What do you dislike about Gaviti?

Somtimes we have billing contacts that vary on a project by project basis, even for the same client. It would be helpful to be able to set billing contacts on a project level rather than a client level for these instances so that we can ensure specific invoices and collections emails are going to the right people without having to switch off an automated workflow. What do you like best about Gaviti?

Gaviti's most valuable feature is its collections software, which offers a user-friendly interface that allows you to raise disputes and assign them to the appropriate colleague for resolution. I also appreciate the excellent option to pause individual invoices within workflows, along with other useful and easy-to-use functionalities. What do you dislike about Gaviti?

The cash application section is less user-friendly compared to the collections and disputes sections. It also lacks the range of options needed to handle the various situations that can arise during cash application. Integration for cash app was not ease and fast as expected. What do you like best about Gaviti?

Exposure is key for us. With such large portfolios, it's simply not possible to personally handle every single invoice. When we make sure the data imported into Gaviti is accurate, it significantly expands our ability to connect with clients. I also value the auto-reminder feature—extra reminders are always useful. The On-Demand email options are convenient, too. Overall, Gaviti serves as an excellent, agnostic invoice platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

The dispute management tool does not automatically resolve disputes when an invoice is paid. Even after the invoice balance has been settled, we are still required to manually mark the dispute as resolved. This would be a convenient option to have available. What do you like best about Gaviti?

Gaviti is an excellent Accounts Payable platform that significantly streamlines my Accounts Receivable processes. Its intuitive design makes it simple for both me and my clients to use. What do you dislike about Gaviti?

I would strongly encourage Gaviti to focus on improving the performance speed and flexibility of custom reporting. The occasional lag in the system, along with the complexity of pulling specific data for analysis, sometimes hinders my efficiency. What do you like best about Gaviti?

Gaviti makes those doing collections stay on track and saves so much time! I love the automation of it sending notifications on a cadence that we prescribe and then providing me with notifications to call on certain days, etc. I can set it and forget it until I get a notification to act, and the automated notifications to clients lets me focus on other things, because I know Gaviti is handling that part for me. What do you dislike about Gaviti?

Downsides:

1. It always requires I enter my username twice before taking me to the password (a small but annoying bug...I'm sure this will get fixed soon!)

2. I sometimes have to shut it down and re-log in, because sometimes the filters stay in place when they shouldn't. Also a minor bug with an easy, but annoying work-around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the minor issues you mentioned:

Username Entry Bug: If you're using Google Chrome, you can streamline the login process by enabling Chrome’s built-in autofill for passwords and usernames. This should help you bypass the double-entry annoyance. You can follow these Chrome instructions here to enable that setting.

Filter Persistence Bug: We've gone ahead and reported this issue to our technical support team, who are actively looking into it to ensure a smoother experience in future updates.

What do you like best about Gaviti?

Gaviti helped me in many ways. I don't have to constantly remind myself about such task because it has a feature where it automatically sends reminder to each of my customers. It also filters work that I need to prioritize first. Notes are easy to check, and it is also user friendly. I have a guide what to work on first especially those with higher balances or flagged as high risk. What do you dislike about Gaviti?

What do you like best about Gaviti?

Can hold all of our partners for invoicing. Keeps track of uncollected payments. Fairly clean layout. Simple to use. Very easy to send emails. A game changer for our team. Has helped us save many hours keeping track of payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

Some of the page formats are cumbersome. For example, I can't open up Customer account details in another page, instead it shows up as a pop up for half of my screen. I also can't copy and paste the emails on the Customer account page. I should be able to download all the invoices from an Account page rather than it direct me to the Invoice Search page and then allow me to download the invoices. What do you like best about Gaviti?

I work in collections and I love the ability to see the previous history/notes for an invoice. I can the automated emails that have been sent to the customer, as well as who else has called or reached out to the customer. It makes my job easier by not double calling the same customer as another employee and makes our team more efficient Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

I wish there was an ability to see all of the notes for previous invoices all in one place. It is only possible to see the notes of one invoice at a time. This can make things a little more difficult when there is a new outstanding invoice, that doesn't have any notes, but I know that there are notes on a previous invoice with the same invoice. Without leaving the page, I would love to be able to see the history of previous invoices of the same customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gaviti?

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

Logging in takes a little longer than I feel is necessary. I have to click 3 times before being logged in. Should only need to enter credentials once, click login, and be done. What do you like best about Gaviti?

I like that it keeps all billing things in one place, from their current balance, completed payments, and contact info. I also really like how it makes graphs of all sorts of data because it's easy to present to my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gaviti?

I don't like how difficult it is to copy contact info. For example, sometimes I need to send an email to a client and I have to go to the edit page of their contact info, and then I have to like very carefully copy the contact info.
