The ability for users in finance, sales and operations all to view and add notes to any outstanding invoice has helped get everyone on the same page. Everyone now plays a role in collections and we're all pulling in the same direction. The transparency and accountability increases with Gaviti have been tremendous. Somtimes we have billing contacts that vary on a project by project basis, even for the same client. It would be helpful to be able to set billing contacts on a project level rather than a client level for these instances so that we can ensure specific invoices and collections emails are going to the right people without having to switch off an automated workflow.
