So as a user, I did not find any dislike as such. My experience had been smooth. **What problems is ADP Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?** I felt enormous benefits, such as no hectic tasks or unnecessary meetings with HR administrators for understanding the process to complete documentation. It is very useful and I really liked it because it automatically provides the necessary information and removes the unnecessary paperwork which was needed before. **What do you dislike about ADP Onboarding?** The UI can be made more interactive and user-friendly and it can get confusing at times. This makes the setup configuration difficult. The customer support is a bit slow as compared to others. **What problems is ADP Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is less expensive than other tools such as Bamboo HR and provides more features as well. Since ADP is such a big organization, they kept transferring responsibilities or asks from one team to another. We worked on a 6-month implementation timeline, and before even letting us know if work was to be done, they straight up threatened with the risk of project failure. **What problems is ADP Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?** ADP helped us move from a PEO to bring payroll and HRIS inhouse. ### 9. I like that it is clean-looking and easy to use. The interface is very responsive and the information is well-organized. **What do you dislike about ADP Onboarding?** Although I don't fault ADP, there is a good amount of overlap with some of our other tools. One thing that seems out of date is the reports section under "Reports & Analytics" where I can run reports. As an end-user, I have no need to run reports and they all show up blank anyway. **What problems is ADP Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?** ADP Onboarding organizes all my company information such as my timecard, vacation balance, pay statements, company policies, personal information, directory, org chart, calendar, and reports & analytics. We have found that employees find it easier to use a desktop rather than a mobile device or tablet. Which is tough for some individuals in our industry. **What do you dislike about ADP Onboarding?** My only dislike is the mobile experience through the app. Some documents you upload in the onboarding packet do no always render correctly. I have reported issues of employees having issues with the initial registration process. **What problems is ADP Onboarding solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to eliminate the the need to have employees come to the office and do paper onboarding. We can create our profiles and can also meet other employees by looking at their profiles. We can complete all the paperwork electronically in the ADP regarding Form 16, Tax Details, emergency contacts, documents, etc., without connecting to Admin and HR multiple times.
