I appreciate Wipro Salesforce Practice for their extensive experience in the market. Their knowledgeable teams make the implementation process a breeze, ensuring a smooth and efficient deployment of solutions. The seamless integrations with other systems have been a standout feature, contributing significantly to our operational efficiency.

The level of support provided by Wipro Salesforce Practice has been outstanding. The teams are not only friendly but also collaborative, fostering a positive working relationship throughout our projects. The simplicity in deploying their solutions has allowed us to see tangible benefits quickly.

**What do you dislike about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

One concern I have is their global reach, which may not be as extensive as some other providers. Additionally, the absence of multi-language support, especially in Spanish, has posed a limitation for our international operations.

Wipro Salesforce Practice has been instrumental in providing us with an excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution. Appirio's UI design approach is commendable. Includes use of web components and lightning components. Offered Einstein services for the sales cloud.

As the support is offered in different time zones, they might take a little longer than you expected in reverting back.

When we first implemented Salesforce, it was quite difficult to comprehend and we found a lot of problems starting up. By working with CloudSocius, we were able to quickly determine what was causing us problems and get those issues fixed.

**What do you like best about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

CloudSocius' helpful nature is required when implementing a new system and they were really good in that sense, coming over to our office and helping us understand the changes that were happening. They are always willing to help, so having a handy member on your side is essential.

**What do you dislike about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

There's not much to dislike, as they have helped me gain a much better understanding of the system I use and are willing to explain problems too

CloudSocius helped us implement Salesforce CRM and really get into using it on a daily basis, going through the processes and being our first port of call when we needed any assistance.

**What do you like best about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

CloudSocius made everything easier to understand, ensuring they completely understood what it was we were trying to achieve and made sure we got the results needed.

**What do you dislike about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

I found it an issue when we were having a problem and couldn't get a response from CloudSocius in time. We were having to wait a few days for the support ticket to be checked and even when we thought it was done, we'd still have to send them a reminder to update the ticket.

Our team needed a cost effective solution to carry out a project and they were able to lead us to it through multiple strategies that improved worker and customer experiences. I really felt that they took a lot of effort into helping us deliver results and really worked to make sure that we understood everything that they were doing along the whole process. 

**What do you like best about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

They offered cost effective solutions that really minimized cost and delivered right solutions for our team/ They led us to it without compromising the time that it took for us to understand the whole process. That is why I think they are special and a game changer. I recommend them for your customer relationship management needs. 

**What do you dislike about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

There was not anything much that we disliked except for they could have charged us less. But for the results that we got, everything that we spent was worthwhile, They are truly a nice company that helped us meet our needs and delivered effective solutions indeed. I recommend them for your needs too.

I worked with them on a 11 months implementation project .. It was a great experience. They were on top of the things and fast turn arounds. But, Whenever we had performance issues in the managed package down the road, Its always challenging to even reach a contact and have them engaged to even look for.

So, Learned the hard way, to get a good support contract in place.

Support structure and the response wasn't great after the implementation has started...

**What do you like best about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

We had utilized other support partners for our Workday implementations and weren't satisfied with the level of expertise or the end-result in our Workday tenant.  When we looked at other provides for implementing our phase 2 and 3 implementations we selected Appirio and were so satisfied that we transitioned with their cloud-support services.  In addition we have completed an SOW's for an implementation for a recent France acquisition.  We have two designated Workday professionals at our organization so resources are limited.  Appirio has truly partnered with us in both urgent cases as well as new configurations.  They feel a part of the Rosetta Stone family and take our concerns to heart.

**What do you dislike about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

They recently started providing some off-shore support and at times we struggle with the lag-time in responses and the time-zone differences when testing in our sandbox tenant.  We are currently looking at alternate solutions like sandbox exemptions and other options.  Appirio is very receptive to the feedback and is working to address.

I would ask to meet your project team to see if the team's qualifications meet your expectations in advance just as I would any other vendor-relationship.

**What do you like best about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

Appirio's US based teams are great. Very knowledgable and working to provide top notch solutions to meet our business needs. Although not necessarily a large Salesforce or Appirio customer, we did receive a level of attention and support that a large customer would receive. The sales staff and analytical staff listened to our needs and requirements including project needs such as cost containment and timing.  The project management staff worked closely with us to ensure we were meeting requirements and balancing all other project requirements. They also joining out best practices and solution alternatives to customization requests.

**What do you dislike about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

While we needed to use off-shore resources to contain costs, it was my least favorite part of using Appirio. They did deliver features as promised and as defined at time of submission.  The US team did a very good job of abstracting us away from the off-shore resources, but after we started deeper review of the off-shore developed code, we found some items of concern.  This is not a reason to not use their off-shore resources, but should be a warning to monitor the output closely, specifically in terms of maintainability if you desire your company's development team to take ownership as we did.

**Recommendations to others considering Wipro Salesforce Practice:**

If you are experienced in Salesforce deployment or development, just make sure you communicate your expectations of coding style during negations.  If you are just getting started with Salesforce, work with the Appirio sales staff to find the right project manager to fit your needs and you can communicate well with. Don't be afraid to ask to interview key project members to ensure you are comfortable working with them.  After all, they are becoming an extension of your salesforce staff..

The way it eases user's experience in filling out the timesheet application is the best. The UI is user friendly and simple.

**What do you like best about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

They worked well with our lack of established processes, documentation, and business ownership.  Hard working team.  Acknowledged and attempted to correct not having assigned anyone with even average salesforce.com (SFDC) knowledge/experience to our 4 month implementation project 3-4 weeks before go live.  Project manager had some good project management experience and helped us stay the course as best we could.

**What do you dislike about Wipro Salesforce Practice?**

Lack of SFDC experience/knowledge across the entire team.  As an administrator with 3+ years of experience doing smaller implementations and managing multiple small instances I was by far the most knowledgeable person on either Appirio or our side of the project.

They never once asked to see our previous CRM.

The company themselves have some great employees, with high levels of SFDC knowledge, skills, and experience.  I was very surprised that there wasnt a better strategy for some of the greener folks (everyone on our team) to access this in some way.  Knowledgebase, etc.  They seemed to just post questions to a message board and waited for responses most of the time.  

Informed us early on in the project that SFDC wouldnt let you have more than 7 roles total.  Put us down a path of trying to change our 100+ global roles to fit within this, until I joined the project (about halfway through) and informed the team that this wasnt true.  


**Recommendations to others considering Wipro Salesforce Practice:**

I wouldn't not recommend them as I have heard of some great work they have done.  It just wasnt done for us.  Just be very aware of the team you are getting ahead of time.  DO NOT expect that you will be getting their A-Team.  I would ask for a portfolio for each member of prior experience on Salesforce.com and within the specific role that person will be undertaking on your project.  You might even see if they have any referrals that include the folks that will be assigned to work with you.

We've used Appirio as a Salesforce.com professional services partner for the last year.  We've done very large, strategic projects with Appirio and they have delivered on-time and on-budget with high quality work.  The people are top notch and they are great to work with.

Appirio is a premium partner, so as a result they are not the low-cost salesforce.com services provider, but they are worth the money.

I cannot speak about Appirio on the Workday side, but they are top-notch on the Salesforce.com consulting and implementation side of their business.  Since they are growing quickly, make sure they staff projects with trusted resources.
