They screwed up my Tax Returns - I owe 13k **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2025 **What do you like best about Neeyamo?** Nothing at all - this company is wildly unprofessional and seemingly is staffed with half-wits who don't know how to properly manage payments for a company of under 2.5k employees? **What do you dislike about Neeyamo?** They delayed our UK Team's payments for 3 months consecutively, then screwed up our tax returns by listing another company we've never worked for and now I owe £13k to HMRC, after repeatedly telling us everything was "fine" we're now all required to sort this issue out ourselves by having to call the HMRC and remove the incorrect company name and request a new tax number. They also incorrectly paid out bonuses to employees in incorrect currencies. I would strongly advise against every evaluating this company to be your payment provider - they're awful and at this point I'm shocked my company isn't pursuing legal action. **What problems is Neeyamo solving and how is that benefiting you?** They were supposed to solve our internal issue of paying us on the last Friday of the month, which sometimes would cause 3-5 day delays into the next month. They instead didn't solve this issue, and actually have made our lives worse by improperly inputting another company name into our HMRC tax forms - and now we all owe tens of thousands of pounds in tax. They haven't even solved that issue, and are making us solve it. ### 2. It now says I owe more than £6000 in income tax. Neeyamo are not able to rectify the issue, meaning I have to fix their error myself. Customer support has been non existent. Their recent resolution to this error, which has caused me significant stress, time, and uncertainty, is a £10 Amazon Voucher. Which feels like a slap in the face. **What problems is Neeyamo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing, it is causing more problems than solving. ### 3. It has taught me many things to survive in the corporate world. I worked on multiple projects got a chance to work on the tools from scratch to test implement. The culture was the best and enjoyed the 4 years with work. **What do you dislike about Neeyamo?** The compensation was not good. There was not much given to the deserving employees which I feel must be changed **What problems is Neeyamo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Neeyamo is payroll outsourcing and helping people to get paid on time and placing all the documents in a single tool which is easy for the client to view it at one place. I worked at configuration end when I used to do the setup ### 6.
