The implementers seem to understand how to help us with our business items.

**What do you dislike about Kainos?**

The timeline could be sped up for non-complex organizations. We have to push to get meetings on the calendar.

**Recommendations to others considering Kainos:**

Proactively schedule meetings with clients.

**What problems is Kainos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing data at a project level. Being able to create dashboards with office connect and have a metadata connection to netsuite.
