**What do you like best about Censia?**

The ability to get really specific with weighted terms. The filtering of results is essential and game-changing for our industry. To be able to dive really deep and get meaningful results is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Censia?**

I think I’d like the tool to assess the candidates for me first - tell me which ones are good fits and why in my first snapshot. Rather than having me look through them all. I would like them to automatically rate them based on my set filters and preferences.

**What problems is Censia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of working smarter not harder. We have an immense database of candidates and censia is allowing us to narrow down the top
Candidates for our specific search and gather contact information to contact them. It’s allowing us to build multiple lists of candidates in a matter of seconds.

It's not ass effective filtering out and refining your search.

Finding qualified candidates to fill open positions for startups, mid-size, and Fortune 500 companies.

**What do you like best about Censia?**

Censia reacted quickly, professionally and with a high touch to our urgent data search requests. The team were appreciative of our urgency and were an instrumental part in us being empowered to make several critical strategic decisions.

**What do you dislike about Censia?**

None. However, I would always encourage a vendor to ask as many clarifying questions as early as possible in the process to ensure as high an ROI as possible.

**Recommendations to others considering Censia:**

Censia is disciplined and effective. We found them accommodating, solutions orientated and a good partner to us.

**What problems is Censia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data and market demographics analysis. Censia's work confirmed many of our assumptions and helped us to restructure our sales team and review our areas of opportunity.

**What do you like best about Censia?**

The product works well and the Censia team is focused on continuous improvements based on actually listening to their customers.  I've been impressed with everyone I've spoken with as a potential customer and now a happy customer.

**What do you dislike about Censia?**

We're happy with the product and that they are responsive to customer suggestions to make it even more impactful. The UI keep getting better.

**Recommendations to others considering Censia:**

Great tool and responsive team. If leveraged effectively, it's a significant time and resource saving tool.

**What problems is Censia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcing and time to fill are important to us. Censia helps us with both.

**What do you like best about Censia?**

The platform has flipped the TA market on its head, it allows the companies to define skill sets needed, look at the competitive landscape and, find talent. It is easy to use, easy to deploy, cost-effective, and intelligent.

**What do you dislike about Censia?**

I cannot really tell you any downsides to the platform.

Ease of finding a relevant pool of candidates, market competitiveness for talent strategy, and cost reduction.

The workflow is intuitive and easy to get to the desired outcomes. The talent database is a  differentiator and gets us high quality pipeline.

**What do you dislike about Censia?**

At times the profiles do not have refreshed contract details.

**Recommendations to others considering Censia:**

To maximise benefits of the platform ensure that the recruiters are trained to use it and engage with hiring managers.

**What problems is Censia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improve access to qualified passive talent, specially for niche areas. We are exploring the solution for improving internal talent mobility.

I like all of it. There is nothing I dislike.

**What do you like best about Censia?**

The AI technology does all the heavy lifting of sourcing for candidates across many different job titles or skillsets. If we continued to use Cenisa, it may help reduce recruiting hours and cost. 

It's a really great feature that you can use the database to upload a resume or LinkedIn profile of an 'ideal' candidate. We often ask our hiring managers if they could 'clone' anyone into a role, who would it be - this lets our question come to life. 

Amazing that they are offering part of their platform for free through the 'ReadyToHire' program. The database has candidates globally that are ready to work.

**What do you dislike about Censia?**

Some of the searches I pulled had a profile or two that did not seem to perfectly match for the role I was looking for. I didn't always see the search match results change drastically based on changing the tagged skillsets.

**What problems is Censia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to connect candidates displaced by the COVID-19 crisis with open roles.

Personal service of Censia Staff! Weekly sync was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Censia?**

Version I was using wasn't streamlined.  I needed greater fidelity on selecting the subtopics.

**What problems is Censia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding talent.  Exposure to qualitative assessment of potential hires versus a transparency assessment.
