"Trainual makes my life easier"

What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual allows me to create systems, and it is systems that make everything easier. The options within Trainual allow me to make it "my own" by creating groups and subjects and organizing the content.

One of the best parts is that our team "bought in" to using it and the users love it! Easy to find the information and training they are using it for. Someone on the team is in the system daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

Once I had the system designed and populated there have been no real downsides. The work has to go in on the front end learning the system and some trial and error on setting it up the way you ultimately want it to work and your purpose for using it in the first place. That's true of any new system and Trainual isn't immune to it. The training videos do make the process easier as well as the direct support I received from the support group. What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

Repetitive questions are now answered with, "If you look at Trainual you'll find what you're looking for, and it has more detail than what I can give you here."

Onboarding no longer requires face to face training on company policy and systems. Here's one of best parts: I can require people to complete certain parts or they continue to be reminded that they haven't completed all the requirements. That's really important for Industry and Company compliance. I know who has completed which parts and who has not.

Training now includes some self directed training opportunities while other training is structured with a specific sequence required: you must complete A before you go to B. This is a great benefit to me because certain content must be learned in a sequence while other content can be completely self directed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trainual?

I use Trainual for onboarding new employees, HR policies and procedures, and as a 'wiki' for company operations. Trainual makes our content more digestible and easier to find, unlike our previous system, WorkRamp. The AI features are great, especially for content creation, enhancing confidence in finding information. I also like the 'rewrite' features, which allow me to adjust the writing style without altering the content. What do you like best about Trainual?

I love Trainual's intuitive design, which has been instrumental in helping me organize my thoughts and create policies and procedures with ease. The ability to insert multimedia elements such as pictures and videos has added significant value, enhancing the clarity and engagement of the materials I develop. I am particularly impressed with the AI integration, which saves time and effort by translating and adjusting tones effortlessly. This feature has been incredibly useful, streamlining communication and training processes. The straightforward setup, thanks to the helpful assistance from the team, made the initial adoption smooth and stress-free. Additionally, Trainual has resolved 80% of my former challenges in maintaining consistency and accessibility of information, which previously plagued my team when using word documents and Google Drive. Recognizing if team members have accessed and responded to materials is also a valuable benefit. Ultimately, Trainual's ability to save time and effort in training and creating company procedures has made it an indispensable tool, and its profound impact is why I constantly recommend it to others. "Effortless Workflow Optimization with Trainual"

What do you like best about Trainual?

I definitely love the flowchart aspect of Trainual and the design is great. It's really easy to use, and I love being able to embed images, GIFs, and links. I think it's user-friendly, at least for me, and I absolutely love using it. I also love that I can track completions. Trainual is especially helpful for maintaining consistency in agent workflows and is really valuable for visual learners like our team. The Trainual University was great too. What do you dislike about Trainual?

I wish the search was a little bit better. Sometimes I notice that I am quite literally typing in a keyword from the document, and it just doesn't quite pull it up. I think that's the number one thing that my team struggles with too is, like, if they search something, even if they search the correct word, they still can't find the exact document they're looking for. And even me in an admin role, I still struggle to find it as well. I would also say the AI is okay but it has a decent amount of improvement to go through. I know AI is still up and coming in a lot of ways, so I'm not worried about that. And obviously, there's also the really negative environmental impact of AI, so I completely understand not implementing it. I try to use it as sparingly as I possibly can. "The Perfect Pick!"

What do you like best about Trainual?

I searched for a very long time for a 'playbook' platform to use for our company as our last one let us down hard by losing our data when renewing our contract. From the beginning, Trainual looked easy to use as well as professional, but simple and had a 'fun' aspect which was important in getting employees to WANT to use the platform, not only need to use it. The onboarding process was incredible and the Implementation Specialist who guided me through the first couple weeks of using the platform was really wonderful and patient with me while I learned the features and benefits to using Trainual. Our company has a friendly competition between departments to see who can get through the content as and when it comes out within a specific time frame and it's now normal for everyone to search on Trainual prior to asking a colleague for assistance - love it! It was easy for employees to access Trainual and it's intuitive interface as well as multiple features makes it a perfect pick for us. The Trainual community forum is also really helpful and informative and a cool added feature that I wasn't sure I'd make use of, but I do and I see the value in it. The Trainual Team is also always innovating and being creative with their features as well as asking for user imput which is so valuable and makes us feel seen and heard with our concerns/ideas. We have now been using Trainual for almost 2 years and I am so so glad that I found it - I will not be looking for a new platform any time soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trainual is hugely beneficial as there is now a standard training that the every single person receives to ensure that all new starters have the same opportunity as each other. We are constantly updating and improving our processes and with Trainual, we're able to effectively send them out to the whole company so that everyone is aware and able to access the content easily. What do you like best about Trainual?

It is very easy to use and has great AI features! All of the add in's are great- you can start with the basics and give it a tone, or captivating pictures with great ease. The AI is really amazing and you work with it right there while you are creating content. I also really enjoy the mobile app- completing trainings is extremely easy to use while on the go. What do you dislike about Trainual?

Tracking completions of education required. I don't have to spend time hunting this information down, which is very beneficial.

"Highly Efficient for SOP Management, Minor Formatting Hurdles"

What do you like best about Trainual?

I use Trainual extensively to ensure that all of our staff and coaches are well-versed in our SOPs and know where to find critical information such as financial details, onboarding orientation, and offboarding processes. This clarity in training and information access has been invaluable to our team. I particularly appreciate how Trainual has streamlined the administration by allowing me to direct inquiries to the platform, saving me significant time. The ability to house our forms there and quickly share them is incredibly efficient. I find the integration with Google Suite, allowing us to add PDFs, Google Docs, and links to Google Drive, extremely useful as it leverages our existing resources. I also love the people section of Trainual; it visually links responsibilities to training SOPs, which is crucial for our multiple locations and remote team members, ensuring everyone knows who is responsible for what. What do you dislike about Trainual?

Setting up Trainual was definitely tedious due to the large number of new SOPs I had to create, and there was a learning curve initially. Formatting wasn't always super simple, making it challenging to set up initially. There were also issues with adding PDFs, as updates to documents required manual changes in all areas, which was cumbersome. The process of linking to Google Drive and other files required figuring out workarounds. Additionally, the formatting options could be more intuitive, especially when changing fonts or colors of links.
