What do you like best about Trainual?

I searched for a very long time for a 'playbook' platform to use for our company as our last one let us down hard by losing our data when renewing our contract. From the beginning, Trainual looked easy to use as well as professional, but simple and had a 'fun' aspect which was important in getting employees to WANT to use the platform, not only need to use it. The onboarding process was incredible and the Implementation Specialist who guided me through the first couple weeks of using the platform was really wonderful and patient with me while I learned the features and benefits to using Trainual. Our company has a friendly competition between departments to see who can get through the content as and when it comes out within a specific time frame and it's now normal for everyone to search on Trainual prior to asking a colleague for assistance - love it! It was easy for employees to access Trainual and it's intuitive interface as well as multiple features makes it a perfect pick for us. The Trainual community forum is also really helpful and informative and a cool added feature that I wasn't sure I'd make use of, but I do and I see the value in it. The Trainual Team is also always innovating and being creative with their features as well as asking for user imput which is so valuable and makes us feel seen and heard with our concerns/ideas. We have now been using Trainual for almost 2 years and I am so so glad that I found it - I will not be looking for a new platform any time soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to use and has great AI features! All of the add in's are great- you can start with the basics and give it a tone, or captivating pictures with great ease. I use Trainual extensively to ensure that all of our staff and coaches are well-versed in our SOPs and know where to find critical information such as financial details, onboarding orientation, and offboarding processes. This clarity in training and information access has been invaluable to our team. I particularly appreciate how Trainual has streamlined the administration by allowing me to direct inquiries to the platform, saving me significant time. The ability to house our forms there and quickly share them is incredibly efficient. I find the integration with Google Suite, allowing us to add PDFs, Google Docs, and links to Google Drive, extremely useful as it leverages our existing resources. Setting up Trainual was definitely tedious due to the large number of new SOPs I had to create, and there was a learning curve initially. Formatting wasn't always super simple, making it challenging to set up initially. There were also issues with adding PDFs, as updates to documents required manual changes in all areas, which was cumbersome. The process of linking to Google Drive and other files required figuring out workarounds. Additionally, the formatting options could be more intuitive, especially when changing fonts or colors of links. We're about 1 year in to Trainual, and I've never been so excited to create content. It's very intuitive and caters to all learning styles. I've been asked to refine content we've created, and having the AI ability to rewrite to formulate a consistent writing style has been amazing. Both our tenured and newly onboarded employees really enjoy the format. Our team uses the content daily to check on documented processes and migrate our content over.
