Our team has really enjoyed the use of Trainual as a training service, process manager, and company policy log. We've expanded our use of trainual to include the more complex processes in our business, and the addition has been invaluable for both onboarding new employees and reminding current employees. I do think that the categorization of Trainual content could be more flexible. Sometimes the more rigid structure of content trees means that items which really only need one page of text require a folder and subfolder. This is really a nitpick, however--even with that Trainual is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
