
I searched for a very long time for a 'playbook' platform to use for our company as our last one let us down hard by losing our data when renewing our contract. From the beginning, Trainual looked easy to use as well as professional, but simple and had a 'fun' aspect which was important in getting employees to WANT to use the platform, not only need to use it. The onboarding process was incredible and the Implementation Specialist who guided me through the first couple weeks of using the platform was really wonderful and patient with me while I learned the features and benefits to using Trainual. Our company has a friendly competition between departments to see who can get through the content as and when it comes out within a specific time frame and it's now normal for everyone to search on Trainual prior to asking a colleague for assistance - love it! It was easy for employees to access Trainual and it's intuitive interface as well as multiple features makes it a perfect pick for us. The Trainual community forum is also really helpful and informative and a cool added feature that I wasn't sure I'd make use of, but I do and I see the value in it. The Trainual Team is also always innovating and being creative with their features as well as asking for user imput which is so valuable and makes us feel seen and heard with our concerns/ideas. We have now been using Trainual for almost 2 years and I am so so glad that I found it - I will not be looking for a new platform any time soon! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
