What do you like best about Trainual?

Trainual helps new hires be successful right off the bat, improve time to productivity, and boost engagement. This impacts overall team success. The shared documentation is easy to access, and there’s so much flexibility with the ability to embed files, videos, hyperlinks, and more. It’s also very easy to share changes and updates as things evolve. Without Trainual, my team and I would not be as successful in our work. The UI is great—simple to use and genuinely effective. What do you like best about Trainual?

I think what I like the most about Trainual is that it's visually appealing and fun. It's interactive and has a lot of features that are just user-friendly. The features basically make people want to be in the training a little bit more, to play around in it so that they can learn more as they go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

I don't really love that Trainual is not as effective as in-person training. We've been using it for about a year, and I've noticed that the performance of employees has dropped off significantly. So even though they go to the portal and test well, the operational skills they've learned aren't good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
