Trainual Pricing Overview

Our team has really enjoyed the use of Trainual as a training service, process manager, and company policy log. We've expanded our use of trainual to include the more complex processes in our business, and the addition has been invaluable for both onboarding new employees and reminding current employees. I do think that the categorization of Trainual content could be more flexible. Sometimes the more rigid structure of content trees means that items which really only need one page of text require a folder and subfolder. I find Trainual to be extremely beneficial for onboarding new representatives in a time-efficient manner. The setup process is impressively simple and intuitive, allowing me to implement everything I need without consuming too much of my schedule. I particularly appreciate that the system enables new reps to learn and complete tasks at their own pace, minimizing the time I need to spend on individual training sessions. The user interface stands out for its simplicity and ease of use, making it straightforward to input subjects and content. This ease of setup and content management is a major feature that enhances my workflow.
